Claims (1)
- 直列の分割器給電信号ライン(11)と、
直列のコレクタ給電信号ライン(17)と、
前記分割器給電信号ライン(11)と前記コレクタ給電信号ライン(17)との間に接続された複数の固体増幅器(A(1)-A(N)) および複数の結合器回路(DC(1)-DC(N),CC(1)-CC(N)) とを具備し、前記複数の固体増幅器および結合器回路(A(1)-A(N),DC(1)-DC(N),CC(1)-CC(N)) は、前記分割器給電信号ライン(11)から結合された信号を増幅してその増幅された信号を前記コレクタ給電信号ライン(17)に結合し、
さらに、前記分割器給電信号ライン(11)と前記コレクタ給電信号ライン(17)との間の位相エラ−を補償するために前記分割器給電信号ライン(11)に沿って分布された位相シフト回路(21)とを具備し、
前記位相シフト回路(21)はシャントキャパシタの対(23)を含んでおり、各対のキャパシタは動作波長の4分の1の長さに等しい電気的長さによって分離されているマイクロ波固体送信機回路。
