Claims (7)
- 測定チューブ(1)を通過する媒体の流れを測定する磁気誘導性流量測定方法であって、少なくとも一つの界磁コイル(2)を有し、前記測定チューブ(1)の軸に垂直な方向に延在する磁界成分を有する磁界を発生させ、前記界磁コイル(2)の電気抵抗が測定され、第1の温度として、界磁コイル(2)の温度が前記界磁コイルの測定された抵抗に基づいて算出される磁気誘導性流量測定方法において、
前記界磁コイル(2)とは別の位置で測定された温度を第2の温度として求め、前記媒体流の温度が、前記第1の温度と第2の温度に基づいて算出され、
前記第2の温度を測定する場所は、第2の温度が、第1の温度と異なり、媒体の温度及び/又は周囲温度に依存するように選択され、
前記流れる媒体の温度の算出は、第1の温度及び第2の温度に媒体の温度及び周囲温度の影響を反映するモデルに基いて行われることを特徴とする磁気誘導性流量測定方法。 - 前記流れる媒体の温度の算出は、下記する数式

T2=cTM+dTU+y
に基づいてなされ、ここでT1は第1の温度、T2は第2の温度、TMは媒体温度、及びTUは周囲温度であり、a,b,c,d,x及びyは、少なくとも第1の温度、第2の温度、媒体温度及び周囲温度における定数若しくは関数であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気誘導性流量測定方法。 - 前記aとc、及び/又はbとdは、各々お互いに異なっていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の磁気誘導性流量測定方法。
- 電子部品格納部が設けられ、且つ前記第2の温度は、該電子部品格納部において測定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気誘導性流量測定方法。
- 前記電子部品格納部の内因性の熱が決定され、且つ第2の温度及び/又は流れる媒体の算出された温度の補正に使用されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の磁気誘導性流量測定方法。
- 前記界磁コイルの内因性の熱が決定され、第1の温度及び/又は流れる媒体の算出された温度の補正に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気誘導性流量測定方法。
- 第1の温度及び/又は流れる媒体の算出された温度は、媒体の測定された流量の関数として補正されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気誘導性流量測定方法。
