車両を撮影する車両撮像部と、
通過車両の車載器と通信を行う路側無線装置と、
この車載器とこの路側無線装置が正常通信した場合には開き、正常通信しない場合には閉じている進入阻止棒と、
この進入阻止棒が閉じた状態で通過車両が上記進入阻止棒に接触した後に、開いた状態を検出する不正車両検知部と、
この不正車両検知部が、上記車載器と上記路側無線装置が正常通信せずに、上記進入阻止棒の状態変化を検出した場合に、
上記車両撮像部で撮影される運転者の少なくとも顔とナンバプレート画像を外部装置に伝送する制御機と、
を備えたことを特徴とする不正車両検出装置。

この進入阻止棒が閉じた状態において、通過不許可車両が進入阻止棒を強行突破することで、閉路状態の上記進入阻止棒の端部が物理的または電気的に接触した状態から非接触の状態に変化したことを検知する不正車両検知部と、
この接触状態から非接触状態に変化した時に、当該不正車両の運転者の少なくとも顔とナンバプレートを含む車両全体画像を撮影する車両撮像部と、
上記不正車両検知部から、上記進入阻止棒の端部が上記不正車両検知部に対し物理的または電気的に接触した状態から非接触の状態に変化したことを示す信号を受信したときに、この車両撮像部に撮影指令を出し、上記車両撮像部からの映像に撮影日時、撮影地点などの撮影情報を合成した映像データを外部装置に伝送する制御機と、
を備えたことを特徴とする不正車両検出装置。
