Description
1.ジュール効果を介して熱エネルギーを発生するフィルタ媒体は、例えば、フィルタハウジングへの熱放射を介して熱エネルギーを失う。
2.熱エネルギーは、再生中にフィルタ媒体を通過するガスを加熱する対流を介して失われる。この効果は、薄板材がストリーム中で再生される時よりもかなり大きい。
3.熱エネルギーは、熱伝導に起因して失われる。例えば、フィルタ媒体がハウジングに溶接される時に、多くの熱エネルギーは、フィルタ媒体からハウジングへ両者の接触を介して伝達される。ハウジングは、この熱エネルギー伝導によって不必要に加熱される。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも2つの側面部材を備え、該側面部材の各々は、硬い材料層を備えるとともに少なくとも1つの熱的且つ電気的絶縁側を有する、電気再生可能フィルタエレメントであって、プリーツ状輪郭線に従ってプリーツが形成されるとともにプリーツ開口をエッジに設けた金属ファイバフリースを備えている電気再生可能フィルタエレメントにおいて、前記金属ファイバフリースは前記側面部材同士間に設けられ、前記熱的且つ電気的絶縁側は、前記エッジに接触するとともに前記プリーツ開口を閉鎖することを特徴とする電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 前記側面部材の少なくとも1つは孔を備え、前記金属ファイバフリースと前記側面部材とが中空フィルタボリュームを画定し、前記孔が、前記中空フィルタボリュームの内側へのガスの入口を画定する、請求項1に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 前記側面部材の全てが孔を有する、請求項2に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 前記側面部材は、前記プリーツ状輪郭線と実質的に平行な方向へクランプ力を前記金属ファイバフリースに及ぼす、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 前記側面部材の各々は、熱的且つ電気的絶縁ファブリックと硬い材料層とを備え、前記熱的且つ電気的絶縁ファブリックは、前記硬い材料層の一方の側に存在し、前記側面部材に前記熱的且つ電気的絶縁側を提供する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 前記側面部材の各々がセラミックプレートを備え、前記金属ファイバフリースは、両側面部材の前記セラミックプレート同士間に取付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気再生フィルタエレメント。
- 前記側面部材の各々は硬い材料層を備え、該硬い材料層と前記金属ファイバフリースは、セラミック接着剤の層を使用して接続され、該セラミック接着剤の層は、前記金属ファイバフリースの前記エッジの長手に亘る前記金属ファイバフリースの前記側面部材との直接接触を防止する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 前記金属ファイバフリースは、少なくとも1つの金属繊維薄板材を備え、該金属繊維薄板材の各々は2つの端部を有し、前記金属繊維薄板材の前記端部の各々に接点体が固定される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメント。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気再生可能フィルタエレメントを備えるフィルタユニットであって、前記フィルタエレメントの前記側面部材の前記孔を介して延出する透過性コア部材を備えるフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィルタエレメントは互いに断熱されている、請求項9に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記透過性コア部材は穴あき金属チューブである、請求項9または10に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタユニットを少なくとも1つ備えるフィルタシステムであって、バルブシステムと電子制御システムとを備え、該電子制御システムは、前記バルブシステムの開閉を制御するとともに、前記フィルタシステムの前記フィルタユニットの前記フィルタエレメントへの電流を制御するフィルタシステム。
- 前記フィルタシステムは、少なくとも二つのフィルタユニットを備え、前記バルブシステムは、1つのフィルタユニットをオフラインに配し、前記電流は、オフラインに配された前記フィルタユニットの少なくとも1つのフィルタエレメントへ提供される、請求項12に記載のフィルタシステム。
