【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は取付け対象体に対して確実に被取付け物の取付けをなすと共に該取付対象体からの被取付け物の取り外しに際して該被取付け物と共に当該取付け対象体から容易に取り外して回収し得るようにしたクリップの提供に関する。

【従来の技術】
自動車などに内装部品を組み付ける組み付け手段として用いられ、しかも、この内装部品の取り外しに際して該内装部品と共に取り付け対象物から取り外し得るようにした各種のクリップがある。

図12及び図13は、かかる従来のクリップを示すものである。
図12に示されるクリップ100は被取付け物110のリブ111に対して取付けられると共に該クリップ100を用いて取付け板120に該被取り付け物110を取り付けるものであって、このクリップ100は先端側を窄ませるように該先端側で連続されている一対の脚片101、101を各端部側に向けて一旦該各脚片101間の間隔を離した後、これを互いに近付く向きに屈曲した肩部101aを有し、また、該肩部101aから互いに平行な状態で延設される嵌め合い部101bを有し、また、この嵌め合い部101b端から外方に突き出す鍔部102を有する構成としてあり、しかも、前記脚片101の先端部の内側から突き出す挟持部103を有しており、該挟持部103に前記リブ111の両側から接触する平坦な挟持面103aと該リブ111に構成されている係合孔111aに係合される係合突部103bを備えた構成としてある。

そして、前記被取付け物110のリブ111を該クリップ100の各脚片101間から該脚片101の先端側にある挟持部103の各係合突部103b間に押し入れ、この挟持部103の挟持面103a間に該リブ111の先端部を入れ込むと共に該リブ111に備えられている係合孔111aに前記係合突部103bを係合させて該クリップ100を該被取付け物110に備えさせ、これを前記取付け板120の取付け孔121内に前記クリップ100の先端側から差入れて、該クリップ100における前記鍔部102を該取付け孔121の一方側に、また前記肩部101aを該取付け孔121の他方側に係合させて前記被取付け物110を取付け板120に組み付けるようにして用いていた。

また図13に示されるクリップ200は、前記と同様に被取付け物210に備えられている係止片211の係合孔211aにクリップ200の抜け止め片203の係止突起203bを係止させて該クリップ200を前記被取付け物210に組み付けると共に、この被取付け物210に備えられたクリップ200を取付け板220に設けられている取付け孔221に差入れて該被取付け物210を該取付け板220に組み付けるものであって、このクリップ200は、先端側のU字状部201aで連続されている一対の脚片201を有すると共に、夫々の端部側に外向きの鍔部202を有し、しかも、前記U字状部201aから該鍔部202側に向けて脚片201を一旦該方に互いに離れるように屈曲した後再度互いに近付く側に屈曲した「く字状」の屈曲部201bを有し、更に該屈曲部201bから前記鍔部202に向けて互いに平行な嵌め合い部201cを有する構成としてあり、この屈曲部201bの内側の各屈曲片間を亙るように該屈曲部201bの一方の片部201b’から該脚片201間に突き出すと片部203a’と、この片部203a’から再度他方の屈曲部201bの片部201b”に向けて屈曲する片部203a”を備えた抜け止め片203を有する構成としてあり、前記屈曲部201bと共に菱形をなすように構成する該抜け止め片203の突き出し端部に前記係止突起203bを有する構成としてある。

そして、前記抜け止め片203間に前記被取付け物210の係止片211を受け入れ且つ該係止片211の係合孔211aに前記係止突起203bを係止して該クリップ200を被取付け物210に組み付けると共に該クリップ200の先端側から前記取付け板220の取付け孔221に該クリップ200と被取付け物210とを差入れ、該クリップ200における前記鍔部202と前記屈曲部201bの片部201b”との間で該取付け板220を挟持するようにして該被取付け物210を取付け板220に取り付けるようにして用いていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図12で示されるクリップ100は、被取付け物110のリブ111の挟持部103が該クリップ100の先端側の内側から突き出す構成としてあり、このクリップ100を備えた前記被取付け物110を前記取付け板120の取付け孔121から取り外す際に、該クリップ100は該クリップ100の係合突部103bを前記リブ111の係合孔111aの孔面によって前記取付け孔121から抜き出す向きに引かれると同時に、このリブ111による該クリップ100の引っ張りによって該クリップ100の肩部101aが前記取付け孔121の孔縁に沿って前記脚片101を互いに窄ませるように当接されることとなり、この取付け孔121の孔縁による前記肩部101aの撓み込みに要する力が前記係合孔111aと前記係合突部103bの係合力を上回る場合、前記被取付け物110のリブ111が該クリップ100の前記係合突部103bとの係合を離脱して該クリップ100を前記取付け孔121に残した状態で前記被取付け物110が前記取付け板120から取り外される不具合があった。

特に、前記図12で示されるクリップ100にあっては、前記挟持部103の係合突部103bが前記クリップ100の先端側に備えられており、前記リブ111を前記取付け孔121から引き抜く側に引いた際に、該係合突部103が前記リブ111の係合孔111aに対する係合を解くように互いに離れる側に変形される不具合があった。

また、図13に示されるクリップ200は、前記係止片211の係合孔211aに係合される係止突起203bを有する抜け止め片203が、前記「く字状」の屈曲部201bを有する脚片201の端部側にある嵌め合い部201cから離れた位置にある前記該脚片201部分から突き出し状態に設けてあって、該クリップ200の長さ方向の略中央の該脚片201相互が比較的離れた位置で前記係止片211に係止される係止突起203bを有するように突き出し設けられた比較的長寸状のものとして構成してあり、前記被取付け物210を前記取付け板220に安定した組み付け状態に維持するのに難があり、また、前記クリップ200を該被取付け物210と共に前記取付け板220から確実に取り外すのに難があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために請求項1に記載の発明を、差入れ先端側で連続されいている脚片部を互いに向き合うように備えた脚部と、
この夫々の脚片部から前記先端側に向けて延びるように該脚片部間に備えられている係止保持片部と、
前記脚片部の夫々の端部側から互いに離れる向きに突き出すように備えられている鍔状部と、
該鍔状部に向き合うように前記脚片部に備えられている係合部とを有し、
前記係止保持片部間に被取付け物の取付け部を受け入れ且つ該取付け部の係止孔の孔内面に該係止保持片部の係止部を係止させて該被取付け物に対して抜け止め状態に備えられると共に取付け対象体の取付け孔周辺部の一方の面に前記鍔状部を係合し且つ他方の側に前記係合部を係合させるように該取付け孔に差入れ取りつけられるプラスチック製のクリップであって、
前記係止保持片部が前記脚片部の端部側から前記先端側に向けて延びるように備えられていると共に、
前記係止保持片部の係止部が前記係合部よりも前記脚片部の端部側で前記係止孔の孔内面に係止可能としてあることを特徴とするクリップとしてある。

このように構成されるクリップにあっては、当該クリップが前記取付け対象体の取付け孔内において前記被取付け物の係止孔に係止部を係止した状態で該被取付け物を保持すると共に、前記被取付け物を前記取付け対象体から取り外す際に前記クリップを被取付け物と共に取付け対象体から取り外すことができる。

このように構成されるクリップにあっては、前記取付け対象体に取り付けられる被取付け物が、この取付け対象体の取付け孔内において前記クリップの係止部に係止された状態で保持され、この被取付け物の抜き出し方向に向けた動きを該取付け孔内において前記係止部で阻止すると共に、抜き差し方向以外の向きに生ずる該取付対象体と被取付け物相互間の動きに際して該クリップの係止部における被取付け物の取付け部の傾き量が少なく、前記取付け対象体と被取付け物相互間における互いに傾く向きに向けた動きに対して該クリップの係止保持片部の変形量が少なく、このクリップの係止保持片部間に前記被取付け物の取付け部が安定に係止保持される。

また、この被取付け物の抜き差し方向以外の向きに生ずる該取付対象体と被取付け物相互間の動きに際して該クリップの係止部にもたらされる力によって変形される前記係止保持片部の変形は、この係止保持片部に連続されている前記脚片部が前記取付け孔の内面によって該変形を防ぐ向きに支持されていることから比較的変形し難く、前記取付け対象体と被取付け物相互間における互いに傾く向きに向けた動きに対して該クリップの係止保持片部の変形量を少なくし、このクリップの係止保持片部間に前記被取付け物の取付け部が安定に係止保持される。

図1〜図11は典型的な実施の形態に係るクリップAを示すものであって、図1は当該典型的な実施の形態に係るクリップAを用いて取付け対象体Cに被取付け物Bを組み付ける状態を夫々の要部と共に上方から見て、また、図2は、これを側方から見て一部を断面して示している。図3はこのクリップAを用いて取付け対象体Cに被取付け物Bを組み付けた状態を断面で示すと共に、図4はこの組み付け状態にある被取付け物Bを取付け対象体Cから取り外す状態を断面で示している。また、図5はこのクリップAを用いて被取付け物Bを取付け対象体Cに組み付けた状態を切断の位置を変えて断面して示している。
図6〜図11は当該クリップAを示すものであって、図6は当該クリップAを正面側から見て、図7はこれを上方から見て、図8はこれを右側から見て、図9はこれを下側から見て、図10はこれを図7におけるV−V矢視の向きで断面して、図11はこれを更に図7におけるW−W矢視の向きで断面して示している。なお、このクリップAの背面側は前記図6で示される正面側と同一に、また、このクリップAの左側は前記図8で示される右側と同一に表れる。
