【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、雌部材と、この雌部材に取り外し可能にはめ付けられる雄部材とからなるバックルの改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
係止体と係合体(雌雄部材)とから構成され、かかる係止体に設けられた嵌合段部(掛合突部)を係合体に形成された小孔(係合窓)にはめ込んで当該係止体と係合体とを連結させるようにした止め具(バックル)が開示されている。(実用新案公報所載の実公昭51−32583参照)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
かかる止め具にあっては、前記連結状態において、止め具の長さ方向に沿った向きに作用される、連結させ合わされている前記係止体と係合体とを引き離す向きの力に対して前記小孔への嵌合段部のはまり込みにより抗することができ、こうした力の作用時における前記連結状態の維持力を一応備えている。

しかし、かかる止め具にあっては、前記連結状態における前記小孔からの嵌合段部の予期しない抜け出しの防止を、係合体に設けた隆起突子を係止体における基端縁に押し付けさせることにより確保しているにすぎず、かかる連結状態において前記のような力が作用された場合、この基端縁に対する隆起突子の押し付け状態が低下するため、このような力が作用されている状態から係合体に前記小孔から前記嵌合段部を抜け出させる向きの移動力が併せて作用されてしまうと前記連結状態が比較的簡単に解かれてしまうものであった。

そこで、この発明は、この種の止め具(バックル)において、連結状態において雌雄部材に当該雌雄部材の長さ方向に沿った向きに作用される、当該雌雄部材を離れ出させる向きの力が作用された場合に、一方部材に形成された係合窓にはまり込んだ他方部材の掛合突部が当該掛合窓から抜け出す向きに当該他方部材が移動され難いようにして、かかる連結状態を安定的に確保できるようにすることを主たる目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明にあっては、バックルが以下の(1)〜(4)の構成を備えたものとした。
(1)掛合窓を備えた正面板部と一対の側面板部とを備えた雌部材と、(2)この雌部材の背面側から前記一対の側面板部間にはめ入れられる基部と前記掛合窓にはめ入れられる掛合突部とを備えた雄部材とからなると共に、(3)この雄部材の基部及び前記雌部材の側面板部のいずれか一方に、前記はめ入れに伴なう弾性変形後の弾発によって、当該雄部材の基部及び前記雌部材の側面板部の他方に設けられた被掛合突条に掛合される掛合突条が形成してあり、(4)しかも、この被掛合突条及び掛合突条が、雌雄部材の長さ方向に長く続くように形成してあると共に、この被掛合突条及び掛合突条の少なくとも一方が、突き出し端部を丸めさせた形状としてある

かかる構成によれば、前記雌部材の一対の側面板部の間に、当該雌部材の背面側から前記雄部材の掛合突部及び基部を当該掛合突部が前記掛合窓に入り込み可能となる位置に向けて入れ込み操作することにより、
(1)前記雄部材の基部及び前記雌部材の側面板部のいずれか一方に形成された掛合突条をこれらの他方に形成させた被掛合突条に突き当てて当該雌部材の側面板部側若しくは雄部材の基部側又はこれらの双方を一旦弾性変形させ、
(2)かかる弾性変形によって、前記掛合突部が前記掛合窓に入り込み可能となる位置まで雌部材内に雄部材の掛合突部及び基部を進入させることができると共に、
(3)前記掛合突部が前記掛合窓に入り込み可能となる位置まで前記雄部材の掛合突部及び基部を進入させた状態から、前記掛合突条が被掛合突条を乗り越えるように、当該雄部材を背面側から押し込むことにより、
(4)前記掛合窓に前記掛合突部を雌部材の背面側から入り込ませて当該掛合窓と掛合突部とを掛合させて、かかる雌雄部材をその長さ方向において離れ出す向きに分離しないように掛合させ合わせることができると共に、
(5)前記弾性変形後の弾発によって前記被掛合突条に掛合突条を掛合させて、前記掛合窓から掛合突部を抜け出させる向きに雄部材を構成する基部が移動しないようにすることができ、かかる雌雄部材の掛合状態を確保させることができる。

特に、前記被掛合突条及び掛合突条は、雌雄部材の長さ方向に長く続くように形成されていることから、前記雌部材内から前記雄部材の基部を抜け出させる向きの力が加わった場合に当該雄部材はこの向きに移動され難く、また、かかる被掛合突条と掛合突条との掛合面積を広く確保させることができ、前記雌雄部材の掛合状態は安定的に確保される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1ないし図15に基づいて、この発明の典型的な実施の形態について説明する。

なお、ここで図1ないし図3は、実施の形態にかかるバックルを構成する雄部材2と雌部材1とを分離させた状態でそれぞれ示しており、また、図4および図5は、かかる雌部材1のはめ込み部13に対し雄部材2の掛合突部21および基部20を入れ込み始めた状態を、また、図6ないし図9は、かかる雄部材2と雌部材1との掛合状態をそれぞれ示している。また、図10ないし図12は、かかる雌部材1を、また、図13ないし図15は、かかる雄部材2を、それぞれ示している。

この実施の形態にかかるバックルは、雌部材1と、この雌部材1に取り外し可能にはめ付けられる雄部材2とからなり、典型的には、雌部材1に取り付けられたバンドなどの帯状体wと雄部材2に取り付けられたバンドなどの帯状体wとを当該はめ付けに伴って連結させ合わせる用途などに用いるのに適したものである。

一方、前記雄部材2は、前記雌部材1のはめ込み部13を構成する一対の側面板部11、11間にはめ入れ可能な幅を備えた基部20の一方側に前記帯状体wの取付部14を備えていると共に、この基部20の他方側に前記掛合突部21を有している。

この実施の形態にあっては、かかる基部20は、正面板部20aと、一対の側面板部20b、20bとから構成されており、かかる側面板部20bはそれぞれ、当該正面板部20aにおける当該雄部材2の長さ方向rに沿った縁部に沿って当該縁部から当該雄部材2の背面側bに向けて一体に突き出すように設けられている。そして、この一対の側面板部20b、20b間の間隔が前記雌部材1のはめ込み部13を構成する一対の側面板部11、11間にはめ込まれる間隔となるようにしてある。

また、この実施の形態にあっては、前記掛合突部21は、かかる基部20を構成する正面板部20aにおける取付部22との接合側と反対の側にある雄部材2の幅方向に沿った縁部に一つの辺部を一体に接合させたプレート体21aによって構成されている。かかるプレート体21aは、雄部材2の正面側fに向けられた面を前記基部20を構成する正面板部20aの外面よりも当該雄部材2の背面側bから離れ出すレベル、つまり、当該正面板部20aの外面よりも上方に位置させており、これにより、当該正面板部20aの外面と当該プレート体21aの面との間に前記取付部22側を向いた段差状の掛合面21bが形成されている。また、この実施の形態にあっては、かかるプレート体21aは、正面視において、前記雌部材1の掛合窓10aの窓縁形状にほぼ倣った矩形状をなすように構成されており、後述する雄部材2の雌部材1へのはめ入れ操作に伴って当該掛合窓10aをほぼ塞ぐように当該掛合窓10aに雌部材1の背面側bから入り込み、前記掛合面21bを当該掛合窓10aにおける雌部材1の仕切板部12に向き合った窓縁に掛合させるようにしてある。(図8)

(2)このように雌部材1の側面板部11を広げ出させることによって、前記掛合突部21が前記掛合窓10aに入り込み可能となる位置に向けて雌部材1のはめ込み部13に雄部材2の掛合突部21及び基部20を進入させることができると共に、(図5)
(3)前記掛合突部21が前記掛合窓10aに入り込み可能となる位置まで前記雄部材2の掛合突部21及び基部20を前記はめ込み部13に進入させた状態から、雄部材2の基部20に設けられた掛合突条20cが雌部材1の被掛合突条11aを乗り越えるように、当該雄部材2の基部20を構成する前記正面板部20aの外面と雌部材1のはめ込み部13を構成する正面板部10の内面とを近接させる向きに当該雄部材2を背面側bから押し込むことにより、
(4)前記掛合窓10aに前記掛合突部21を雌部材1の背面側bから入り込ませて当該掛合窓10aと掛合突部21とを掛合させて、かかる雌雄部材1、2をその長さ方向rにおいて離れ出す向きに分離しないように掛合させ合わせることができると共に、
(5)一旦弾性的に外向きに広がり出された前記雌部材1のはめ込み部13を構成する側面板部11の弾発(弾性復帰)によって前記被掛合突条11aに掛合突条20cを掛合させて、前記掛合窓10aから掛合突部21を抜け出させる向きに雄部材2を構成する基部20が移動しないようにすることができ、かかる雌雄部材1、2の掛合状態を確保させることができる。(図8)

(3)これにより、雌部材1のはめ込み部13から雄部材2の掛合突部21および基部20を抜き出させて、ワンタッチで雌雄部材1、2の掛合状態を解くことができる。
