Description
前記液体の上に配置され、
前記液体中に浸漬される少なくとも1つの軸流運動アセンブリ(axial-flow moving assembly)を下端に備えるとともに、
前記反応器に浸漬され、前記出力軸により駆動可能な自吸インペラを備える
立て出力軸を有する駆動装置、および
前記インペラにより排出されるガス/液体分散体を前記軸流運動アセンブリに向けるための手段
を備え、
前記出力軸は、シリンダにより同軸的に囲包され、該シリンダの下端は前記インペラ中に開放し、上端は密封的に前記駆動装置に接続され、かつ前記軸と前記シリンダにより画定される環状ギャップ中にガスを注入するための開口が穿設され、
前記インペラは、2つの重合ディスクと、前記ディスクの間に固定され配置された一組の半径方向羽根とから構成され、上側ディスクは、前記シリンダの前記下端が入り込む中央孔が穿設され、該シリンダの下端は、前記穴のエッジとともに、少なくとも部分的に環状のスペースを画定し、該スペースを通って液体が前記インペラ中に吸引され、
前記自吸インペラの前記下側ディスクの表面積は、該インペラの上側ディスクの表面積よりも小さいところの装置に関する。
図1に示す装置のような装置に、種々のタイプの自吸インペラを取り付けた。
Claims (4)
- 反応器中で液体(L)を攪拌し、ガスを液体中に注入するための装置であって、
容器の上に配置され、
前記液体中に浸漬される少なくとも1つの軸流運動アセンブリ(4)を下端に備える立て出力軸(2)と
前記反応器に浸漬され、前記出力軸により駆動可能な自吸インペラと
を有する駆動装置(1)、および
前記インペラにより排出されるガス/液体分散体を前記軸流運動アセンブリ(4)に向けるための手段
を備え、
前記出力軸は、シリンダ(6)により同軸的に囲包され、該シリンダの下端(6a)は前記インペラ中に開放し、上端(6b)は密封的に前記駆動装置(1)に接続され、かつ前記軸と前記シリンダにより画定される環状ギャップ(15)中にガスを注入するための開口(14)が穿設され、
前記インペラは、2つの重合ディスク(8、9)と、前記ディスクの間に固定され配置された一組の半径方向羽根とから構成され、上側ディスク(8)は、前記シリンダ(6)の前記下端(6a)が入り込む中央孔(12)が穿設され、該シリンダの下端は、前記孔のエッジとともに、少なくとも部分的に環状のスペース(13)を画定し、該スペースを通って液体が前記インペラ中に吸引され、
前記下側ディスク(8)が、環帯の形態に、少なくとも部分的に切除されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記軸流運動アセンブリ(4)が、プロペラであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記インペラ(5)により放射状に排出されるガス/液体分散体を前記軸流運動アセンブリ(4)に向けるための手段が、インペラ(5)を囲包し、インペラから放射状に発する流れを軸流運動アセンブリ(4)に向けるように形状付けられたバッフル形成環状ケーシング(16)を含み、該環状ケーシングは、軸(2)と同軸の2つの重合中央開口(17、18)が穿設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜2いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸流運動アセンブリ(4)の下側で前記出力軸上には、追加の運動攪拌アセンブリが配置されていないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
