Claims (2)
- 少なくとも次の(1)〜(3)の工程を含むDNAチップの製造方法。
(1)基板表面を炭素含有酸化ケイ素(SiOC)で被覆する第一工程。
(2)基板の所定領域のみをマスクする第二工程。
(3)マスクされていない露出領域に対して紫外線照射又はプラズマ・アッシングを行って該露出領域の表面に水酸基を形成し、
前記水酸基を、メルカプト基を有するシランカップリング剤又はチタンカップリング剤で置換処理してメルカプト基に置換することにより、
検出用の一本鎖核酸を固定可能に表面処理する第三工程。 - 請求項1記載のDNAチップの製造方法により得られ、
物質間の相互作用を検出するための表面であって、
検出用の一本鎖核酸をジスルフィド結合により固定可能な親水性領域と、
炭素含有酸化ケイ素(SiOC)で表面処理された疎水性かつ絶縁性の領域と、
を備える検出表面を少なくとも備えるDNAチップ。
