Description
おおよそ0.7〜1.0mmのピッチを有して先端角度はむしろ34°〜43°の領域内である。選定されたピッチによるが、おおよそ35°〜38°の領域内の先端角度が有利である。
本発明による骨用ネジの一つの実施形態において、骨用ネジのヘッドはおおよそ2.0〜3.0mmの直径を有している。おおよそ2.55〜2.65mmのネジヘッドの直径が有利である。比較的大きなネジヘッドの直径は外科医にとってスクリュードライバーの刃を経由してネジ上に大きなトルクを移転することを許容する。結果としてネジを骨或いは骨断片の中にねじ込むことを一層簡単にする。
しかしながら、ネジヘッドは省略されるかもしれない。このような場合には、ネジはネジ山と軸部のみから構成されることとなる。軸部が構造から受けるトルクを保持することができる。
特にシンプルで製造するのに高価でない本発明による自己穿孔式骨用ネジの一つの実施形態において、骨用ネジのヘッドの下側表面は円錐形構成である。ネジヘッドは、それから、またシンプルで製造するのに高価でないプレートの表面に円錐形状に形成された凹部の中に皿状に埋め込まれることができる。
骨用ネジ10のヘッド12は、おおよそ2.6mm直径を有している。この比較的大きなネジヘッドの直径は、スクリュードライバーの刃を経由してネジ10の上に大きなトルクを移転することを外科医に対して可能にする。結果として、ネジ10はより簡単に骨または骨断片の中にねじ込まれる。

Claims (10)
- ネジ山を提供されている軸部を備える自己穿孔式骨用ネジにおいて、ネジ山はおおよそ0.7〜1.0mmのピッチを有し、骨用ネジの先端角度は、骨用ネジの先端部に近接する最初のネジ山構成部分のネジ山斜面の始点が骨用ネジの先端部からおおよそ0.2〜0.5mmの距離で配列され、前側先端部分がネジ山斜面なしで構成されているように、おおよそ34°〜43°の範囲以内であることを特徴とする自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- ネジ山は、おおよそ0.8〜0.9mmのピッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- 骨用ネジは、おおよそ3〜7mmの長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- ネジ山は、おおよそ1.0〜1.3mmの直径のコア部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- ネジ山は、おおよそ1.05〜1.2mmの直径のコア部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- ネジ山は、円錐形の外形のコア部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- 骨用ネジは、トルクを受ける構造を有するヘッドを備えており、トルクを受ける構造は、四角形状のエッジを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- 骨用ネジのヘッドは、おおよそ2.0〜3.0mmの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の自己穿孔式骨用ネジ。
- ネジ山を提供されている軸部を有し、そのネジ山はおおよそ0.7〜1.0mmのピッチを有しており、且つ骨用ネジの先端部に近接する最初のネジ山構成部分のネジ山斜面の始点が骨用ネジの先端部からおおよそ0.2〜0.5mmの距離で配列され、前側先端部分がネジ山斜面なしで構成されているように、骨用ネジの先端角度が、おおよそ34°〜43°の範囲以内である自己穿孔式骨用ネジと;骨用プレートと、プレートに構成されている穴を貫通するために置かれている骨用ネジと、プレートの表面に構成されている凹部に適合されている骨用ネジのヘッドの下側表面、とを備えている埋め込みシステム。
- 骨用ネジのヘッドの下側表面は、円錐形の外形を有していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の埋め込みシステム。
