【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づき説明すると、図3に於いて符号1は、上方に開口2を備えた合成樹脂製のケース本体を示し、該開口2は合成樹脂製の被せ蓋3により塞がれる。該開口2にはキャリア4に整列して収容したフォトマスクやマスクブランクなどのマスク5が収められる。該ケース本体1の開口縁6にはこれに嵌着される被せ蓋3のズレを防止する立ち上がり縁6aを設け、該ケース本体1に被せ蓋3をロックするために、該被せ蓋3の対向する下縁7から延長形成した弾力性を有する係合片8、8の各係合孔9がケース本体1の対向周面に設けた突起10に夫々嵌合される。
