Claims (10)
- 互いに粘度の異なる複数の粘性材料を混練する粘性材料の混練方法であって、前記粘性材料を冷凍脆化した後、粉状に粉砕して混合し、得られた混合物を混練する工程において、表面に螺旋状に延在する溝を形成した回転可能な2本の混練ロールを並設し、一方の混練ロールに前記混合物を巻き付けると共に、前記溝により該混合物の対流・置換を行いつつ、ロール軸方向に一方側から他方側に送りながら混練する混練手段を使用し、前記混合物を前記混練手段の混練ロール間のバンクに連続的に定量供給して混練する粘性材料の混練方法。
- 前記粘性材料が固体であり、小片化した該固体粘性材料を冷媒により冷凍脆化した後、粉砕する請求項1に記載の粘性材料の混練方法。
- 前記粘性材料が2種類であり、その内、粘度が高い方の粘性材料を冷凍粉砕した後、該粉砕物と粘度が低い方の粘性材料とを共に冷凍粉砕する請求項2に記載の粘性材料の混練方法。
- 前記混合物を前記一方の混練ロールから熱を付与し、かつ他方の混練ロールで冷却しながら混練する請求項1,2または3に記載の粘性材料の混練方法。
- 前記粘性材料が固形ゴムと固形熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1,2,3または4に記載の粘性材料の混練方法。
- 互いに粘度の異なる複数の粘性材料を混練する粘性材料の混練装置であって、前記粘性材料を混合する混合手段と、該混合手段で得られた混合物を混練する混練手段を備え、前記混合手段が、前記粘性材料を冷媒により冷凍脆化して粉状に粉砕する粉砕部を有し、前記混練手段が、表面に螺旋状に延在する溝を形成した回転可能な2本の混練ロールを並設し、一方の混練ロールに前記混合物を巻き付けると共に、前記溝により該混合物の対流・置換を行いつつ、ロール軸方向に一方側から他方側に送りながら混練する混練機を有する粘性材料の混練装置。
- 前記粘性材料が固体であり、前記粉砕部が前記冷媒により冷凍脆化した小片の固体粘性材料を粉砕する請求項6に記載の粘性材料の混練装置。
- 前記粘性材料が2種類であり、前記粉砕部が、前記冷媒により冷凍した粘度の高い方の粘性材料を粉状に粉砕する第1粉砕手段と、前記冷媒により冷凍した粘度の低い方の粘性材料と粉砕物とを粉状に粉砕する第2粉砕手段とを備える請求項7に記載の粘性材料の混練装置。
- 前記2本の混練ロールが4区分で温度制御可能である請求項6,7または8に記載の粘性材料の混練装置。
- 前記粘性材料が固形ゴムと固形熱硬化性樹脂である請求項6,7,8または9に記載の粘性材料の混練装置。
