Description
本発明は更に、主要な軸受がリングギヤの外径よりも小さな内径を有することを教示する。従って、組立て中、主要な軸受はリングギヤ上を軸方向に移動できないが、これは、それを通ってリングギヤが軸方向に移動できる一層大きな直径のものに比べた場合に主要な軸受けに関する結果的な利点により補償される。特に、主要な軸受の内側リングの軸受表面がリングギヤの歯付き表面のものよりも小さな直径を有することが好ましい。
本発明の第1の実施の形態によれば、図1は歯車ユニットの低速遊星キャリヤ〔3〕に直接取り付けられたロータハブ〔2〕を備えた風力タービンのナセル〔1〕内に設置された歯車ユニットを示す。ナセルに関してロータハブを位置決めすると共に、歯車ユニットのリングギヤ〔13〕に関して遊星キャリヤを位置決めする主要な軸受〔4〕は遊星キャリヤ上に装着される。
Claims (15)
- 一体化した主要なロータ軸受を有し、遊星歯車段を備え、上記一体化した主要なローラ軸受が風力タービンのナセルに関するロータハブのための位置を提供し、低速リングギヤに関して遊星キャリヤを位置決めするようになった形式の風力タービンに使用する歯車ユニットにおいて、
上記遊星歯車段が、そのまわりで上記遊星キャリヤが回転するような軸線の方向で考えた場合に、上記主要な軸受に関して軸方向に変位して位置し、
上記ナセル又は上記主要な軸受の外側リング(単数又は複数)に直接的に固定される中間のハウジング構造を介して上記遊星歯車段の上記リングギアが上記ナセルに固定されて、
上記ロータハブと上記ナセルとの間で作用する曲げモーメントによる力が上記主要な軸受を介して当該ロータハブから当該ナセルへ直接的に伝達され、上記曲げモーメントが上記遊星歯車段のリングギヤを介して該ナセルへ伝達されないことを特徴とする歯車ユニット。 - 上記主要なロータ軸受の外側リング又はその各々が上記ナセルに、又は、随意には主要軸受カバーや中間のハウジング構造を介して固定され、上記ロータハブ及び上記遊星キャリヤが当該主要な軸受の内側リング(単数又は複数)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記遊星歯車段を含む平面と実質上同じ軸方向の平面内にある上記遊星キャリヤのいかなる部分も、上記ナセルへいかなる上記曲げモーメントをも伝達しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記主要な軸受が二重先細りローラ軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記二重先細りローラ軸受が2連の先細りローラを有し、
前記2連の先細りローラは、相対する側が径方向内側に向けて傾斜した状態で同一円周上に並んだO形状に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の歯車ユニット。 - 上記二重先細りローラ軸受が割り型の内側リングを有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記主要な軸受の上記外側リング(単数又は複数)が主要軸受カバーを介して上記ナセルに実質上直接的に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記主要な軸受が中間のハウジングを介して上記ナセルに実質上直接的に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記中間のハウジングが上記ナセル又は上記主要な軸受の上記外側リングに直接固定されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記遊星歯車段の上記リングギヤは、上記ロータを取り除く必要なしに少なくとも上記遊星歯車及びリングギヤを取り外すことができるように、選択的に解放可能な状態で上記ナセルに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記主要な軸受及び上記遊星キャリヤ又はその一部のうちの少なくとも1つを除く上記歯車ユニットのすべての部品が上記ロータを取り除く必要なしに取り外すことができることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記遊星キャリヤが上記遊星歯車を支持する1部品を含む2部品構成のものであり、上記1部品が上記主要な軸受に関して実質上直接的に固定された上記遊星キャリヤの第2の部分に選択的に解放可能な状態で固定されることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記主要な軸受が同主要な軸受からその場で選択的に取り除くことができるように配置されたシールパックを具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記シールパックが上記主要な軸受に関して軸方向に変位できることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の歯車ユニット。
- 上記シールパックが円周方向で不連続なシールを有することを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の歯車ユニット。
