Claims (1)
- セメント・コンクリートの廃材を粗破砕して所定の大きさとしたコンクリート塊を、竪型破砕機のケーシング上部に形成した外筒とその内側に偏心回転可能に設けた筒状ロータとの間に供給し、前記ロータを偏心回転させてコンクリート塊どうしを摩擦接触させることにより、コンクリート塊からセメントモルタルを除去して再生骨材を製造するコンクリート廃材再生処理設備において、前記竪型破砕機の下流側でセメントモルタルと篩い分けられた再生骨材に所定時間散水して、その色調をイメージセンサで測定した結果から推定される再生骨材のセメントモルタル付着量に基づいて、コンクリート塊の竪型破砕機内での滞留時間を調整するようにしたことを特徴とするコンクリート廃材再生処理設備。
