Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a bath water purifier.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A bath water purifier that circulates and purifies bath water by repeating bathing after the bath water in the bath is introduced and filtered through a filtration tank is discharged. Circulation of the bath water is performed by a built-in pump, but a large-sized bath water purifier for business use has a large pump with a large lifting head corresponding to it.
On the other hand, some bath water purification apparatuses are provided with a cleaning mode in which a closed loop is formed inside the apparatus, and the bath water is circulated to perform internal cleaning.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when bath water is circulated in a closed loop with a large pump in internal cleaning, the flow rate becomes faster, the filter medium in the filtration tank may be violated, or dirt that has adhered and fixed inside will peel off, and it will become dirty during normal use after cleaning. There was a problem such as flowing into the bathtub.
In addition, there is a problem that the pressure in the apparatus becomes excessively high when the bath water is heated to a high temperature during the internal cleaning.
Furthermore, when the pump fails, the operation has to be stopped, and there is a problem that a large loss in business is caused especially in a commercial bath water purifier.
The object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention allows a bath water to be circulated in a bath water purifying apparatus that enters a bath water in a bathtub, performs a predetermined purification treatment, and then discharges the bath water into the bathtub again. With this configuration, the pumps can be selectively used according to the capacities of the first and second pumps. For example, the normal operation is performed by the first pump, and the second pump is used for the internal cleaning which should be performed with a smaller power. Further, even when one of the pumps fails, the other pump can be operated and there is no need to stop the operation.
Furthermore , when there is a failure in the first pump, it is possible to automatically switch the pump and prevent the operation from being stopped.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows the state of the normal purification operation.
In FIG. 1, by the operation of the normal purification pump 20 which is the first pump, the bath water in the bathtub T enters the bath water purification apparatus from the suction port 24 via the pipe 40, passes through the hair catcher 23, and normally It passes through the switching valve 26 via the purification pump 20, enters the filtration tank 21 via the pipe 41, and is filtered here. The filtration tank 21 is provided with a UV lamp, and is sterilized at the same time. The heater 22 is heated to a predetermined temperature, passes through the switching valve 27, flows out from the discharge port 25 to the bathtub via the pipe 42, and is purified by repeating this circulation.
[0006]
In addition, 28 is a hot water temperature sensor and 29 is a water shortage sensor. Reference numeral 3 denotes a drainage switching valve for draining outside the system. Reference numeral 50 denotes a check valve.
[0007]
A small pump 15, which is a second pump, is further provided in parallel with the normal purification pump 20. One side of the small pump 15 is connected to the hair catcher 23, and the other side is connected to the pipe 41 via a check valve 50.
The small pump 15 is smaller than the normal purification pump 20 and has a smaller capacity and head.
[0008]
FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the control device of this embodiment. The control device 30 is mainly composed of a microcomputer and controls the entire bath water purification device. The control device 30 is provided with a display unit 31 and an operation unit 32, and a user or the like inputs various commands from the operation unit 32. The display unit 31 performs various displays, and various displays and notifications are performed on the display unit 31.
[0009]
The control device 30 controls the operation of the normal purification pump 20, the operation control of the small pump 15, the switching between the normal operation mode and the heat washing mode by the opening / closing control of the switching valve 26 and the switching valve 27, the heating control of the heater 22, the drainage The opening / closing control of the switching valve 3 is performed. In addition, various information is input from the hot water temperature sensor 28 and the water shortage sensor 29 during these controls. Various displays and notifications are made on the display unit 31.
[0010]
At the time of internal cleaning of the inside of the device, the control device 30 is operated by the small pump 15. This is shown in FIG. In this mode, the control device 30 switches the switching valve 26 and the switching valve 27 as shown in the figure, stops the normal purification pump 20 without operating, and allows the bath water to simply pass through. The bath water is internally circulated by the operation of the small pump 15. In this example, the bath 22 is heated to a high temperature by the heater 22 to perform hot cleaning in which hot water is circulated.
[0011]
That is, the bath water enters the piping 40 from the bathtub T through the suction port 24, enters the filtration tank 21 through the small pump 15, the check valve 50, the piping 41 through the hair catcher 23, and then enters the heater 22 for switching. It passes through the valve 27, the check valve 51 and the switching valve 26, passes through the normal purification pump 20, flows again from the hair catcher 23 toward the small pump 15, and circulates in this closed loop to perform internal cleaning. Yes.
At the time of this cleaning, since it is operated by the small pump 15, the flow rate of the bath water does not become excessive, and the filter medium in the filtration tank 21 does not run out and the attached dirt does not peel off. Further, even if the heater 22 is heated to a high temperature, the pressure in the apparatus does not become too high.
[0012]
When a failure occurs in the normal purification pump 20, the water shortage sensor 29 detects this and sends a signal to the control device 30. The control device 30 displays a notification to that effect on the display unit 31. By this display, the user can perform normal operation by stopping the normal purification pump 20 and operating the small pump 15.
When the control device 30 detects a signal from the water shortage sensor 29, a program is created in advance so that the normal purification pump 20 is stopped and the small pump 15 is operated, and the control device 30 is automatically controlled. Also good.
[0013]
FIG. 4 shows a state when the normal purification pump 20 is out of order. The bath water in the bathtub T is sterilized and filtered in the filtration tank 21 through the check port 50 and the pipe 41 from the hair catcher 23 through the small pump 15 from the suction port 24 through the pipe 40, and is filtered by the heater 22. It is heated to a predetermined temperature, returns to the bathtub T from the discharge port 25 via the pipe 42, and circulates by repeating this process.
As described above, even if a failure occurs in the normal purification pump 20, it is not necessary to stop the operation by operating the small pump 15.
[0014]
In the embodiment described above, the small pump 15 provided in parallel with the normal purification pump 20 can continue operation by the small pump 15 even if the normal purification pump 20 breaks down. Further, when cleaning the inside, the bath water is circulated by the small pump 15 so as to prevent the peeling of dirt, the inside from becoming a high pressure, and the like.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the bath water purification apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the suspension of the operation due to the failure of the pump and to perform the internal cleaning appropriately.
