Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep clean the bathtub water constantly even if the bath is used consecutively net time by making clean a filtering tank. SOLUTION: A back washing means for a filtering tank 27 discharges hot water heated through a hot water supply heat exchanger 3 from a hot water supply solenoid valve 20 through a lower supply passage 28, a change-over valve D29, the filtering tank 27, a change-over valve C 24, a drainage passage 30, and a supply passage to a bathtub. Consequently, foreign matters removed through a filtering material 25 in the filtering tank 27 when the bathtub water is discharged can be back washed and discharged outside without requiring any extra drainage piping work, and the bathtub water can be kept clean constantly even if the bath is used consecutively net time by making clean the filtering tank 27.

Further, when the value of the water level sensor 14 becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value, the washing switch of the external input device 31 is pressed to perform reverse washing, so that the bathtub water after the bathing is completed is discharged from the washing machine by a pump or the like. When supplying and using the remaining hot water for washing, backwashing can be performed so that sewage water that has been backwashed by mistake is drained into a bathtub and not supplied to the washing machine.

As described above, the bath water heater of the present invention
Even if you do not perform drainage plumbing separately from equipment plumbing,
When draining the bathtub water, the foreign matter removed by the filter media in the filter tank is backwashed and discharged outside the machine, and can be drained together with the bathtub drainage. Even if you take a bath, you can always keep the bathtub water clean.
