交換器の下流側にそれぞれ設けられた上部往き通路およ
び下部往き通路と、上部往き通路および下部往き通路を
切替えるバイパス三方弁と、前記上部往き通路に設けら
れた排水三方弁と、この排水三方弁の下流側それぞれに
設けられた、ろ過材とアルミ電極を有するろ過槽および
