浴槽水の浴水を入水して所定の浄化処理を加えた後に浴槽に出水し、この行程を繰り返すことにより浴水を循環浄化する浴水浄化装置が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
該浴水浄化装置において、定期的なメンテナンスなどのために、前回のメンテナンスの記録や故障の記録或いは運転時間などの記録が必要であるが、従来は手書きの記録が主として行われていた。またこれらの情報を記憶装置に記憶するものもあるが、表示内容が記号化されており、熟練者でも対応表等が必要であった。また、該記憶内容をデータとして取り出すことはできない問題があった。
また、近年薬剤の注入などによる殺菌の必要性が求められているが、これら薬剤注入の記録を残すものはなかった。
本発明は上記従来技術の問題を解決することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、浴槽の浴水を入水し、所定の浄化処理を施した後、再び該浴水を浴槽に出水する浴水浄化装置において、浴水浄化装置の運転制御を行う制御装置と、浴水浄化装置の運転記録を逐次記憶するための記憶装置と、該記憶装置に記憶されたデータを着脱可能な記憶装置、通信装置による送信等により外部に取り出し可能とし、更に薬剤注入装置を備え、前記記憶装置には、前記薬剤注入装置による薬剤注入を含む制御内容及び表示と告知の内容がその時間と共に逐次記録されることで、前記薬剤注入装置による薬剤注入記録を運転時間との関係で運転記録すると共に任意に取り出すことで、薬剤注入の実施内容を含む運転記録報告の作成を行えるようにしたことを特徴とする、浴水浄化装置とすることで課題を解決した。
また本発明は、前記記憶装置に記憶される運転記録が、浄化装置の停止記録と共に記録されるメンテナンスの記録、故障の記録、運転時間の記録、の1以上を含む、請求項1に記載の浴水浄化装置とすることで課題を解決した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1において、循環ポンプ20の稼働により浴槽Tの浴水は吸込口24から浴水浄化装置Yに入水し、ヘアキャッチャー23を通り、湯温検知センサ28を経由して循環ポンプ20を通って、更に管路切替バルブ27を経由し、ろ過タンク21においてろ過される。そして、加熱装置22により所定温度まで加温され管路切替バルブ26を通って吐出口25から浴槽Tに出水され、この循環を繰り返して浄化されるように構成されている。

管路切替バルブ26から吐出口25の間に塩素注入器である殺菌装置1が設けられており、塩素流量計2と逆止弁50を介して配管40に接続している。
またヘアキャッチャー23と循環ポンプ20の間の配管41には塩素濃度測定装置3が設けられている。

浴水浄化装置Y内部の洗浄を行う場合には、管路切替バルブ26と管路切替バルブ27をA−C接続とする。これにより浴水は循環ポンプ20から管路切替バルブ26を介して加熱装置22に逆方向から流入し、更にろ過タンク21へと逆方向から流入して洗浄する。洗浄後の汚れた水は、管路切替バルブ27を通って排水管42から排水されるようになっている。

制御装置30には更にICメモリなどの着脱メモリ34が着脱可能に設けられており、操作部32からの所定の操作により実装メモリ33に記録された運転記録データを着脱メモリ34に書き込むことができるようになっている。
更にこの実施形態では通信装置35を備えており、実装メモリ33のデータを外部に送信することができるようになっている。

以上説明したように本発明の浴水浄化装置によれば、浴水浄化装置の運転記録を記憶し、該データを外部に出力できるから、データの解析を容易に行うことができ、故障の分析や消毒の記録などを簡単に行うことができる。また薬剤注入量、薬剤注入時間、薬剤注入濃度などの薬剤注入の記録を時間経過と共に記録できる等の効果がある。
