Description
本願は、2004年7月30日に出願された日本国特許出願第2004−223836号、第2004−223837号、および第2004−223838号に対し優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
従来の携帯電話型の端末では内蔵した電池から電源を供給されて動作していたが、PCカード(PCMCIAカード)型端末ではサイズの制約等から内部に電池等を持たず、パーソナルコンピュータ等のホスト機器から電源供給を受ける形態が一般的である。
Claims (3)
- 装着されたホスト機器から電源の供給を受けて動作する無線通信端末の制御方法であって、
前記電源の電源電圧を測定するステップと、
前記測定された電源電圧が、予め設定された許容最低電源電圧または許容最低電源電圧に十分近い電圧を測定した際の送信電力を送信出力上限値として設定するステップと、
前記無線通信端末の送信出力が前記設定された送信出力上限値を上回る場合、当該送信出力を前記設定された送信出力上限値に制限するステップと、
を具備したことを特徴とする無線通信端末の制御方法。 - 装着されたホスト機器から電源の供給を受けて動作する無線通信端末に、前記電源の電源電圧を測定するステップと、
前記測定された電源電圧が、予め設定された許容最低電源電圧または許容最低電源電圧に十分近い電圧を測定した際の送信電力を送信出力上限値として設定するステップと、
前記無線通信端末の送信出力が前記設定された送信出力上限値を上回る場合、当該送信出力を前記設定された送信出力上限値に制限するステップと、
を実行させることを特徴とする無線通信端末用プログラム。 - 装着されたホスト機器から電源の供給を受けて動作する無線通信端末であって、
前記電源の電源電圧値を測定する電源電圧測定部と、
前記測定された電源電圧が、予め設定された許容最低電源電圧または許容最低電源電圧に十分近い電圧を測定した際の送信電力を送信出力上限値として設定する送信出力上限値設定部と、
前記無線通信端末の送信出力が前記設定された送信出力上限値を上回る場合、当該送信出力を前記設定された送信出力上限値に制限する送信出力制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする無線通信端末。
