Claims (4)
- タービン軸(1)上に互いに並置して複数のタービン円板(3,4,5)が配置され、それら各タービン円板に複数の動翼(14)が星状に取り付けられ、該動翼が、その内部の冷却材通路を通って流れる冷却材(10,12,13)により冷却されるガスタービンにおいて、
互いに隣接して配置されたタービン円板(3,4,5)間に、半径方向にわたり分布した複数の中空室(8,9,20)が封じ込まれ、これら各中空室が、夫々タービン軸(1)を円周方向に包囲し、各中空室の内部に冷却材(10,12,13)が異なった圧力でかかり、冷却材(10,12,13)が各中空室に夫々供給および排出されるべく構成され、さらに、半径方向に隣接する中空室(8,9,20)が、隣接するタービン円板(3,4,5)のそれぞれの面取り部に当てがわれて遠心力でシール作用が働く遠心シール(6)により相互に密封されたことを特徴とするガスタービン。 - 同一タービン円板(3,4,5)に配置された各動翼(14)の一体形成冷却材通路が、相互に隣接するタービン円板(3,4,5)で封じ込まれた同一の中空室(8,9,20)に、半径方向孔或いは貫通路(7)を経て連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタービン。
- 少なくとも1つの中空室(8,9,20)が、冷却材供給又は排出装置に連通していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガスタービン。
- 請求項1記載のガスタービンにおける動翼(14)を冷却する方法であって、
タービン軸(1)を貫流する冷却材(10,12,13)が異なった圧力でかかり、中空室(8、9)を流れる冷却材(12,13)の圧力がこれらの中空室より半径方向外側に位置する中空室(9、20)を流れる冷却材(13,10)の圧力より大きく、また、半径方向最内側の中空室(8)内に冷却材として新鮮蒸気(12)、その半径方向外側に位置する中空室(9)内に冷却材として使用済み蒸気(13)、半径方向最外側の中空室(20)内に冷却材として新鮮空気(10)を各々流すことを特徴とする冷却方法。
