Description
Claims (8)
- 流れ媒体(S)を圧縮するための、特にガスタービン(1)のための軸流コンプレッサ(2)であって、該コンプレッサは、ステータブレード列を形成するために組み立てられ且つ各々がステータブレードキャリア(26)に固定された複数のコンプレッサステータブレード(24)と、ロータブレード列を形成するために組み立てられ且つ各々がコンプレッサシャフト(20)のコンプレッサディスク(64,66)に固定された複数のコンプレッサロータブレード(18)と、を備え、
各々2つの連続した前記コンプレッサディスク(64,66)はそれらの間に形成された中空スペース(70)を収容し、
最後の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)は、前記流れ媒体(S)の流れ方向から見て後方中空スペース(78)を画定した軸流コンプレッサにおいて、
少なくとも1つの冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)は前記ステータブレードキャリア(26)および前記ステータブレードキャリア(26)に固定された前記コンプレッサステータブレード(24)を通じて前記コンプレッサディスク(64,66)の間に形成された1つの前記中空スペース(70)において開口しており、前記冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)は前記流れ媒体(S)の流れ方向から見て最後の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)の上流に配置され、前記冷却媒体供給ダクトは前記コンプレッサステータブレード(24)の先端においてそこに配置された排出開口(94)を介して前記コンプレッサシャフト(20)と面しており、
前記中空スペース(70)は後続の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)を通じて誘導された少なくとも1つの冷却媒体移送経路(100)を介して前記後方中空スペース(78)に接続されており、
前記後方中空スペース(78)は、一側において最後の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)の後端面(76)に対向して配置され、シャフトカバーの端面によって画定されていることを特徴とする軸流コンプレッサ(2)。 - 最後の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)の上流に配置されたステータブレード列の複数の前記コンプレッサステータブレード(24)には、周方向から見て、対応した冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)が備わっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流コンプレッサ(2)。
- 環状冷却媒体分配チャンバ(106)が前記ステータブレードキャリア(26)または周囲を取り囲んだケーシング部品に形成されており、前記環状冷却媒体分配チャンバには前記コンプレッサステータブレード(24)内に配置された前記冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)のセクションが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸流コンプレッサ(2)。
- 冷却媒体を供給するために設けられた前記ステータブレード列(68)のコンプレッサステータブレード(24)は、その先端(36)において、一側において前記流れ媒体(S)のための流路(22)を画定し且つ他側において前記中空スペース(70)を前記流路(22)に関してシールした環状ボディ(90)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の軸流コンプレッサ(2)。
- 個々の前記冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)は前記環状ボディを通じて誘導されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の軸流コンプレッサ(2)。
- 個々の前記冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)は、前記後方中空スペース(78)に直接先行した前記中空スペース(70)において開口していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の軸流コンプレッサ(2)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の軸流コンプレッサを備えたガスタービン(1)。
- 軸流コンプレッサ(2)を作動するための方法であって、該軸流コンプレッサは各々がステータブレードキャリア(26)に固定された複数のコンプレッサステータブレード(24)と、ロータブレード列を形成するために組み立てられ且つ各々がコンプレッサシャフト(20)のコンプレッサディスク(64,66)に固定された複数のコンプレッサロータブレード(18)と、を備え、
各々2つの連続した前記コンプレッサディスク(64,66)はそれらの間に形成された中空スペース(70)を収容し、
最後の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)は、流れ媒体(S)の流れ方向から見て後方中空スペース(78)を画定した軸流コンプレッサを作動するための方法において、
冷却媒体(K)は、前記コンプレッサディスク(64,66)の間に配置された前記中空スペース(70)内に、少なくとも1つの冷却媒体供給ダクト(80)によって導入され、前記冷却媒体供給ダクトは前記ステータブレードキャリア(26)および前記ステータブレードキャリア(26)に固定された前記コンプレッサステータブレード(24)を通じて誘導され、且つ前記流れ媒体(S)の流れ方向から見て最後の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)の上流に配置され、前記冷却媒体供給ダクトから、前記冷却媒体(K)は、後続の前記コンプレッサディスク(66)を通じて誘導された少なくとも1つの冷却媒体移送経路(100)を介して前記後方中空スペース(78)に導入されることを特徴とする軸流コンプレッサ(2)を作動するための方法。
