Hanging device of the present invention is composed of a hanging element for holding down was suspended under via a hanging Ri lowered aid wires, a fixing portion for fixing the suspension unit to a support, fixed And an adhesive surface that is bonded to the support via an adhesive, an adhesive surface that is formed to surround the adhesive surface, and a partition groove that partitions the adhesive surface and the adhesive surface. It is characterized by that. Here, the adhesive surface refers to a surface for applying and bonding an adhesive to the support, and the adhesive surface is a function that can be stuck and fixed simply by pressing on the support like the adhesive surface of an adhesive tape. A surface having
[0011]
By adopting such a configuration, the fixing portion includes an adhesive surface, a partition groove surrounding the adhesive surface, and an adhesive surface surrounding the periphery thereof. Therefore, an adhesive is applied to the adhesive surface. Since the adhesive surface is exposed by peeling off the release paper and the adhesive device can be fixed simply by pressing the adhesive surface against the support, the fixing operation is extremely easy. The adhesive surface is located on the outermost periphery, there is nothing near the outer periphery, and there is nothing to prevent the release paper peeling work with fingers, so before and after applying the adhesive to the adhesive surface The release paper peeling work is very easy.
[0012]
In addition, since it is fixed by the adhesive surface and the adhesive surface, it exhibits excellent fixing force immediately after the fixing operation, and the partition groove between them can prevent mutual interference due to the flow of the adhesive. Defects such as a decrease in adhesive strength do not occur, and the fixing force can be maintained for a long time. Furthermore, since the excess of the adhesive applied to the adhesive surface flows into the partition groove surrounding the adhesive surface when pressed by the support, the amount of adhesive on the adhesive surface can be adjusted to an appropriate amount. Not only can the excessive adhesive enter the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, it is possible to prevent poor adhesion.
[0013]
In this case, it is desirable to provide a step between the adhesive surface and the adhesive surface so that the adhesive surface is positioned so as to protrude from the adhesive surface. By providing such a step, after applying the adhesive to the adhesive surface and pressing the support, if the pressing force is released, a gap corresponding to this step will be generated between the support surface and the adhesive surface. Therefore, the flow of the adhesive can be ensured, and the adhesive can be uniformly distributed on the bonding surface. In addition, when a two-component reactive adhesive is used, the contact and mixing of the two components are favorably performed by the gap generated at the step, so that adhesion failure due to insufficient mixing / reaction can be avoided. The specific dimension of the step is preferably set in consideration of various conditions such as the material, stretchability, and thickness of the base material of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface.
[0014]
Here, if a through-hole is provided in a part of the partition groove, excess adhesive that cannot be accommodated in the partition groove can be discharged from the through-hole, so that a larger amount of adhesive than expected can flow into the partition groove. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the partition function from being lowered. In addition, when the adhesive surface to which the adhesive is applied is pressed against the support, gas such as air that is present in the gap between the two can escape through the through-hole, so that poor adhesion due to residual bubbles can be prevented. . Also, if you forget to apply the adhesive to the adhesive surface and there is a construction error that only fixes the adhesive surface, you can discover the mistake by visually checking the through-hole during the appearance check after construction. Therefore, the confirmation after construction is improved, and the reliability can be improved.
[0015]
In this case, it is desirable that a plurality of the through holes are arranged on the bottom surface of the partition groove. With such a configuration, the function of discharging excessive adhesive and the function of discharging residual bubbles are enhanced, so that the fixing force can be improved. In addition, if a plurality of through holes are arranged on the bottom surface of the entire partition groove surrounding the periphery of the adhesive surface, the adhesive flowing into the partition groove will penetrate through the plurality of through holes when the adhesive surface coated with the adhesive is pressed against the support. By visually confirming the discharge from each of the holes, it can be confirmed that the adhesive has spread evenly over the entire bonding surface, so the reliability of the bonded portion can be improved.
[0016]
In addition, if a screw hole is provided on the adhesive surface, various fixing parts such as screws and nails can be screwed or driven into the support through the screw hole, so a stronger fixing force is required. It is effective when
[0017]
Furthermore, the suspension part is provided with a locking hole for inserting a suspension assisting tool, and an introduction path for communicating the locking hole and the exterior for introducing the suspension assisting tool from the outside into the locking hole. It is desirable to provide any one of a bent part, a narrow part, a curved part, and a dead-end branch path for preventing the suspension aid from being detached from the introduction path. With this configuration, the suspension aid such as a wire and rod can be inserted into the locking hole via the introduction path, so that the ring portion provided in the suspension aid can be inserted. The work to do becomes easy. In addition, by providing a bent part in the introduction path, it is possible to prevent the suspension part from being detached from the locking hole due to vibration or swinging during the lifting operation, thereby improving workability and safety. Can be secured.
[0018]
On the other hand, the suspension member is formed by providing the fixing portion and the suspension portion on a flat plate material that can be plastically deformed, and bending the bending portion provided between the fixation portion and the suspension portion. You can also. With such a configuration, it is a flat shape before use, and it can be used to fix the fixed part to the support after being bent at the bent part and adjusting to a predetermined shape at the time of use. It is possible to reduce the transportation and storage space in front.
[0019]
In addition, the suspension member can be formed of a synthetic resin. In this case, since the suspension member can be easily manufactured by using an injection molding method or the like, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
