Description
a) 計量素子中に所定容量のサンプル液体が残るように、分析するサンプル液体に計量素子を接触させるステップ、
b) サンプル採取・計量デバイスを反応キュベットの中に導入するステップ、
c) 支持体上の少なくとも1つの液体区画を開放して、この液体区画中に収容されている液体が反応キュベット中に流れ且つそこで計量素子中に含まれているサンプル液体と接触するようにし、サンプル液体を計量素子中から反応キュベット中に供給して反応混合物を形成するステップ、
d) 場合によりアナライトの測定に必要な追加の試薬を加えるステップ、および/または反応混合物を混合するステップ、
e) 特に光学的な検出方法により、アナライトについて測定される特性量に基づきアナライトを測定するステップ、
を含んでなる。

Claims (11)
- 所定容量のサンプル液体を採取するための計量素子と、所定容量の液体が収容されている少なくとも1つの密閉液体区画を含む支持体と、を有するサンプル採取・計量デバイスであって、
該計量素子が支持体と一体化した構成部品であり、該液体区画に収容されている液体はサンプル液体と混合される液体であり、支持体上の該液体区画が開放可能であり、その結果、該液体区画に収容されている液体がリリースされ、反応キュベットの中に流れ、反応キュベット中で、該液体が計量素子中に収容されているサンプル液体に接触することが可能であることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 前記計量素子が、毛細管または流路の形態に設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンプル採取・計量デバイス。
- 前記液体区画中に収容されている少なくとも1種の液体が、緩衝溶液、希釈溶液または試薬溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサンプル採取・計量デバイス。
- 前記液体区画が、引き剥がしまたは穴開け可能な液密且つ気密のホイルによって密閉されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のサンプル採取・計量デバイス。
- 前記支持体上に互いに離間していくつかの液体区画が存在し、該区画が特に同時または順次に開放可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のサンプル採取・計量デバイス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のサンプル採取・計量デバイス、および反応キュベットを含む、サンプル液体中のアナライトを測定するための分析試験システム。
- 前記反応キュベットが、反応キュベット中のアナライトの測定を可能とするデバイスを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分析試験システム。
- 前記アナライトを測定するのに必要とされる特定の試薬液体が、サンプル採取・計量デバイスの支持体上の1つまたは複数の液体区画中に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の分析試験システム。
- 前記アナライトを測定するのに必要とされる特定の試薬が、反応キュベット中に特にドライケミストリーの形態で収容されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の分析試験システム。
- 請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の分析試験システムを用いてサンプル液体中のアナライトを測定するための方法であって、
a) 前記計量素子中に所定容量のサンプル液体が残るように、分析するサンプル液体に計量素子を接触させるステップ、
b) サンプル採取・計量デバイスを反応キュベット中に導入するステップ、
c) 前記支持体上の少なくとも1つの液体区画を開放して、この液体区画中に収容されている液体が反応キュベット中に流れ且つそこで前記計量素子中に含まれているサンプル液体と接触するようにし、サンプル液体を計量素子から反応キュベット中へ移送して反応混合物を形成するステップ、
e) 特に光学的な検出方法により、アナライトについて測定される特性量に基づきアナライトを測定するステップ、
を含む前記方法。 - 請求項10におけるステップc)とステップe)の間に、
d) アナライトの測定に必要な追加の試薬を加えるステップ、および/または反応混合物を混合するステップ、
をさらに含む請求項10に記載のサンプル液体中のアナライトを測定するための方法。
