Description
前記被覆部材はオシレーション素子及び前記噴出孔片周囲とオシレーション素子とが接触する部位の外側を囲繞して被覆すると共に、前記固定部材は前記噴出孔片及びオシレーション素子と共に被覆部材を容器の開口部上に装着して成り、更に、前記固定部材は管体から成り、前記容器の開口部の外側に嵌合され、且つ、該管体の上端部を内向きに延設してフランジを形成し、該フランジを前記被覆部材と共に前記噴出孔片及びオシレーション素子を前記開口部上に取り付けたことを特徴とする霧化器ノズル、
及び、請求項2記載発明は、前記被覆部材は該被覆部材の外側から外向きに延設された伸長部を有し、該伸長部を前記固定部材のフランジと相互に係合できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の霧化器ノズル、
及び、請求項3記載の発明は、前記固定部材の管体は、前記フランジの他端内側に向かって内向きに形成された係合部を備え、且つ、前記容器の開口部外側面に該係合部と係合する凹溝を設け、該係合部と該凹溝との係合により、前記固定部材を前記開口部の外側に固定できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の霧化器ノズル、
及び、請求項4記載の発明は、前記固定部材の管体内側面と容器の開口部外側面に相互に噛合する雌雄のねじ部を設けて、相互に噛合させることにより前記の固定部材を前記開口部外側面に固定できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の霧化器ノズルを提供するものである。

Claims (4)
- 多数微小噴出孔を有する噴出孔片と、
該噴出孔片の周縁部に設置され、且つ、該噴出孔片の周縁部に接触されて該噴出孔に振動を発生させるオシレーション素子と、
密着性を有する軟性材質から成り、且つ、前記オシレーション素子の外側を被覆する被覆部材とが、容器の開口部上端面に設置され、固定部材にて取替自在に固定されるように構成された霧化器ノズルに於いて、
前記被覆部材はオシレーション素子及び前記噴出孔片周囲とオシレーション素子とが接触する部位の外側を囲繞して被覆すると共に、
前記固定部材は前記噴出孔片及びオシレーション素子と共に被覆部材を容器の開口部上に装着して成り、
更に、前記固定部材は管体から成り、前記容器の開口部の外側に嵌合され、且つ、該管体の上端部を内向きに延設してフランジを形成し、該フランジを前記被覆部材と共に前記噴出孔片及びオシレーション素子を前記開口部上に取り付けたことを特徴とする霧化器ノズル。 - 前記被覆部材は該被覆部材の外側から外向きに延設された伸長部を有し、該伸長部を前記固定部材のフランジと相互に係合できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の霧化器ノズル。
- 前記固定部材の管体は、前記フランジの他端内側に向かって内向きに形成された係合部を備え、且つ、前記容器の開口部外側面に該係合部と係合する凹溝を設け、該係合部と該凹溝との係合により、前記固定部材を前記開口部の外側に固定できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の霧化器ノズル。
- 前記固定部材の管体内側面と容器の開口部外側面に相互に噛合する雌雄のねじ部を設けて、相互に噛合させることにより前記の固定部材を前記開口部外側面に固定できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の霧化器ノズル。
