Description
Claims (7)
- 軸方向に、異なる硬度の材料を有する、円筒内部表面を微細機械加工する方法であって、
前記円筒内部表面を予備旋削するステップと、
上記予備旋削では、前記円筒内部表面の少なくとも1つの軟質エリア(6)が、少なくとも1つの硬質エリア(4)よりも大きな直径に予備旋削され、
少なくとも前記硬質エリア(4)を、前記軟質エリア(6)の直径レベルまでホーニング加工するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記硬質エリア(4)および前記軟質エリア(6)は、仕上げ寸法(8)まで仕上げホーニング加工されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げホーニング加工による材料の半径方向の除去は、10μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質エリア(4)および前記軟質エリア(6)は、異なるホーニング砥石によって仕上げホーニング加工されることを特徴とする請求項2あるいは3に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質エリアの前記ホーニング加工後、旋削溝(18)又はホーニング溝が、前記軟質エリア(6)内に残ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記軟質エリア(6)と前記硬質エリア(4)との間の移行エリア(16)において、前記硬質エリア(4)は、前記軟質エリア(6)の直径まで予備旋削されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒内部表面のその後の化学的処理は、前記硬質エリア(4)内でのみ行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
