Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a yarn guide for guiding a traveling synthetic yarn, and is provided with a spiral guide section that forms a guide eye, and preferably a straight fixed section. , In which the fixed section is firmly connected to the guide section. A yarn guide support used to guide a plurality of yarns traveling in parallel and having a plurality of yarn guides arranged on the same plane with a pitch interval A therebetween, the yarn guide support Are each of the type formed by a spirally configured guide section forming a guide eye and preferably a straight fixed section rigidly connected to the guide section.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to guide the yarn, a yarn guide is used in an apparatus for manufacturing or processing the yarn, for example a melt spinning machine. Thereby, a predetermined guide track of the yarn can be maintained from one processing stage to the next processing stage. In this case, a thread guide known as a pig tail-shaped thread guide is generally used because of its shape. Such a thread guide is formed into a spirally configured guide section that forms a guide eye for the thread and a fixed section that extends substantially straight. Such a yarn guide is known, for example, from German Offenlegungsschrift 3,520,864. In this case, the guide section and the fixed section are formed from round wire members.
[0003]
When guiding a plurality of yarns running in parallel, there is often a desire to achieve as small a yarn spacing as possible between each yarn. When using known thread guides, however, in order to maintain a small thread guide width, the problem arises that the guide section has only a relatively small radius of curvature to guide the thread inside the eye. To do. Therefore, a high surface load with a correspondingly high friction is created on the yarn guide, and this high friction causes local heating and thus yarn damage. Another disadvantage is that the guide section basically has little strength.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
German Patent Application Publication No. 3520864 Specification
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve such a thread guide so as to form a guide eye having a contact surface as large as possible, and at the same time, slightly enlarge the outside of the thread guide.
[0006]
Another problem of the present invention is that a guide eye formed on a yarn guide in a yarn guide support body having a plurality of yarn guides realizes a minimum yarn interval while maintaining an ideal size yarn contact. Is to do so.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the yarn guide of the present invention that solves this problem, the guide section has an asymmetric profile cross section with a curved portion only on one side facing the guide eye.
[0008]
As a result, the maximum contact surface for guiding the yarn is generated in the range of the yarn eye. Based on the asymmetric profile cross-section, the side of the guide section opposite the guide eye may be arbitrarily formed or have a shape adapted to the periphery. In this case, however, care must be taken so that the thread guide for passing the thread through the thread eye is not damaged. The curvature of the guide section on the side facing the guide eye is preferably formed to be greater than 2 mm, so that a sufficient contact surface is formed to guide the yarn.
[0009]
A particularly advantageous production is when the profile cross section is formed in a semicircular or semi-elliptical shape. This allows a helical deformation of the guide section to be formed in a simple manner while maintaining the necessary curvature within the guide eye. The guide section is in this case preferably made of ceramic or made of a ceramic-coated support material.
[0010]
According to the yarn guide support body having a plurality of yarn guides according to the present invention that solves this problem, the guide section of the yarn guide is asymmetric with a curved portion having a radius of curvature on the side facing the yarn guide eye. The distance between two adjacent yarn guides is smaller than 4 times the radius of curvature of the curved portion.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Thereby, the yarn can be guided at a narrow pitch provided by the yarn guide support. Thus, it is possible to reduce yarn friction, especially when guiding the yarn in a spinning device, and at the same time to maintain a slight pitch, advantageously less than 15 mm. Reduced yarn friction has a direct effect on improving yarn quality in such processes.
[0012]
Advantageous further configurations are described in the dependent claims.
