Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a yarn guide for guiding a traveling synthetic yarn, in which a spirally formed guide section forming a guide eye is provided, advantageously a straight fixing section is provided. , Wherein the fixed section is rigidly connected to the guide section. A yarn guide support provided with a plurality of yarn guides used for guiding a plurality of yarns traveling in parallel and arranged on the same plane with a pitch interval A therebetween, wherein the yarn guide support is provided. Each of which is formed by a helically configured guide section forming a guide eye and an advantageously straight fixed section rigidly connected to the guide section.
[0002]
[Prior art]
To guide the yarn, a yarn guide is used in an apparatus for producing or processing the yarn, for example a melt spinning machine. This allows the predetermined guide path of the yarn to be maintained from one processing stage to the next. In this case, a yarn guide, known in particular from its shape as a pig tail yarn guide, is generally used. Such a thread guide is formed into a spirally shaped guide section forming a guide eye for the thread and a substantially straightened fixed section. Such a thread guide is known, for example, from DE-A 35 20 864. In this case, the guide section and the fixed section are formed from round wire members.
[0003]
When guiding a plurality of yarns running in parallel, there is often a desire to achieve the smallest possible yarn spacing between each yarn. With the known thread guides, however, the problem arises that in order to maintain a small thread guide width, the guide section has only a relatively small radius of curvature for guiding the thread inside the eye. I do. Therefore, a high surface load with a correspondingly high friction is produced in the yarn guide, which causes local heating and thus yarn damage. Another disadvantage is that the guide sections have essentially little strength.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
German Patent Application DE 35 20 864 A1
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to improve such a thread guide so as to form a guide eye with as large a contact surface as possible, while at the same time minimizing the outside expansion of the thread guide.
[0006]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a yarn guide support having a plurality of yarn guides, wherein a guide eye formed on the yarn guide realizes a minimum yarn interval while maintaining a yarn contact of an ideal size. Is to do so.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the yarn guide of the invention, which solves this problem, the guide section has an asymmetric profile cross section with a bend only on one side facing the guide eye.
[0008]
This creates a maximum contact surface for guiding the yarn in the area of the yarn eye. Due to the asymmetrical profile cross section, the side of the guide section opposite the guide eye may be arbitrarily formed or have a shape adapted to the periphery. In this case, care must be taken not to damage the thread guide for passing the thread through the thread eye. The curvature provided on the side of the guide section facing the guide eye is advantageously formed to be greater than 2 mm, so that a sufficient contact surface for guiding the yarn is formed.
[0009]
It is particularly advantageous if the profile cross section has a semicircular or semielliptical shape. In this way, a helical deformation of the guide section can be formed in a simple manner, while maintaining the required curvature in the area of the guide eye. The guide section is in this case preferably made of ceramic or of a ceramic-coated support material.
[0010]
According to the yarn guide support having a plurality of yarn guides of the present invention which solves this problem, the guide section of the yarn guide has an asymmetrical shape having a curved portion having a radius of curvature on a side surface facing the yarn guide eye. The distance between two adjacent yarn guides is formed to be smaller than four times the radius of curvature of the curved portion.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
This allows the yarn to be guided at the narrow pitch provided by the yarn guide support. It is thus possible to reduce the yarn friction, especially when guiding the yarn in a spinning device, and at the same time to maintain a slight pitch, advantageously less than 15 mm. The reduced yarn friction has a direct effect on improving the yarn quality in such a process.
[0012]
Further advantageous configurations are set out in the dependent claims.
