Description

The present invention relates to a seat device for a cargo bed in which a sheet is unfolded so as to cover a loading platform of a truck, and the unfolded sheet can be wound and stored from the unfolded state.

Conventionally, the applicant of the present invention has proposed a loading platform seat device to which a truck is attached (see Patent Document 1).

This loading platform seat device is mounted horizontally in the loading platform width direction above the loading platform and pivotally supports the front shaft, and is horizontally mounted in the loading platform width direction above the loading platform and pivots the rear shaft. The shaft and the rear shaft are connected to independent forward and reverse motors, and a plurality of belts are passed between the front shaft and the rear shaft, and a seat is mounted on the plurality of belts, and each belt is wound around the rear shaft. The belt and the sheet that are wound and stored on the front shaft are unwound while being taken out, so that the sheet is unfolded so as to cover the loading platform, and the belt and the sheet are wound on the front shaft from this sheet unfolded state. However, each of the belts wound around the rear shaft is unwound so that the sheet is wound and stored in a state where the loading platform is opened.

In this conventional loading platform seat device, loading and unloading of cargo can be performed from above the loading platform using a crane, so loading and unloading can be performed efficiently, and seats are automatically deployed using a motor. Since the sheet can be rolled up and stored from the unfolded state, it is possible to efficiently perform operations such as expanding the sheet and placing it on the loading platform, or conversely folding and storing the expanded sheet.

However, when the bulk of the load to be loaded on the loading platform is high, when the sheet comes into contact with the load when the sheet is unrolled or taken up, a large resistance is added to the unfolding of the sheet, and the unwinding of the sheet cannot be performed smoothly. Further, there arises a problem that the sheet is rubbed against the luggage and the sheet is damaged or the luggage is damaged.
In addition, even when a hood bone is attached to the loading platform and a sheet is stretched on the outer surface of the hood bone, similarly, the fed sheet comes into contact with the hood bone, and the sheet cannot be smoothly fed out. However, there was a problem that the hood bone was rubbed and the sheet was damaged or the hood bone was deformed.
JP 2004-66869 A

In the present invention, when the bulk of the luggage is high or when the hood bone is attached, the sheet is not rubbed against the luggage or the hood bone when the sheet is fed out or taken up, the sheet is torn, It is an object of the present invention to provide a cargo carrier seat device that can prevent a luggage and a hood from being damaged.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the loading platform seat device of the present invention (Claim 1) includes:
A seat device for a cargo bed that expands a sheet so as to cover a cargo bed of a lorry and can wind and store the spread sheet,
The front shaft is supported horizontally across the front of the loading platform in the width direction of the loading platform, and the rear shaft is supported horizontally across the loading platform in the width direction of the loading platform.
Connect the front and rear shafts to independent forward and reverse motors,
While passing a plurality of belts between the front shaft and the rear shaft, a seat is attached on the plurality of belts,
While winding each belt on the rear shaft, by feeding out each belt and the sheet wound and stored on the front shaft, it is formed so that the sheet is unfolded in a state of covering the loading platform,
While winding each belt and sheet on the front shaft from this sheet unfolded state, by feeding each belt wound on the rear shaft, it is formed so that the sheet is wound and stored in a state of opening the loading platform,
At the front of the loading platform, behind the front shaft, the support bar is placed horizontally in the loading platform width direction, located below the seat,
The support bar and the rear shaft are formed so as to be movable up and down by a driving force.

Further, the loading seat device of the present invention (Claim 2)
2. The seat device for a loading platform according to claim 1, wherein the sheet is formed on the belt by forming a plurality of cylindrical portions extending in the belt extending direction and inserting each belt into each cylindrical portion. Formed.

In addition, the cargo bed apparatus of the present invention (Claim 3)
3. The cargo bed apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each belt is formed by a front belt having a front end attached to a front shaft and a rear belt having a rear end attached to a rear shaft, and the rear end and rear of the front belt. The front end of the side belt was detachably connected and the seat was mounted on the front belt.

In the seat device for the cargo bed of the present invention (Claim 1), a support bar is horizontally mounted behind the front shaft at the front portion of the cargo bed, and the support bar and the rear shaft can be moved up and down by a driving force. There is a feature in the point.

Therefore, when the bulk of the load is high or when the hood bone is attached, the support bar and the rear shaft are lifted by the driving force to lift the seat above the load or the hood bone, and in that state, the seat is fed out or wound. If you take it off, the seat will not rub against your luggage or hood bones, you can easily pull out and wind up the seat, the seat will tear, the luggage will be damaged, and the hood bone will be deformed Can be prevented.

After unwinding the seat, the support bar and the rear shaft are lowered by the driving force so that the seat is covered with the load or the hood bone and then deployed, so that the seat can be covered easily and cleanly on the load or the hood bone. In addition, since the support bar and the rear shaft are lowered, the support bar and the rear shaft do not become wind pressure resistance during traveling.
Further, even after the sheet is wound and stored on the front shaft, if the support bar and the rear shaft are lowered by the driving force, the support bar and the rear shaft do not become wind pressure resistance during traveling.

Further, when the belt is inserted into the cylindrical portion formed on the sheet so that the sheet is mounted on the belt (Claim 2), it is easy to attach and remove the sheet to and from the belt. Repair, replacement, washing, etc. become convenient.

Further, when the belt is formed by a detachably connected front belt and a rear belt (Claim 3), after winding and storing the seat, the front belt and the rear belt are separated by a connecting bracket, If the rear belt is wound up, there is no belt on the loading platform, and the belt does not get in the way when loading and unloading the luggage.

FIG. 1 is a side view of a truck equipped with a loading platform seat device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, FIG. 3 is a front view showing a support bar, and FIG. 4 is a front view showing a rear shaft. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the loading platform apparatus.

In the figure, A is a freight vehicle, and a loading platform 9 is equipped with a loading platform seat device 1.
The loading platform 9 is provided with a rear door 90 at its rear end, side doors 91 and 91 at its both ends, and a front plate 92 at its front end.

A front shaft 2 is pivotally supported above the front portion of the loading platform 9 in a horizontal direction in the loading platform width direction.
In this case, bearings 20 and 20 are attached to both ends of the upper surface of the front plate 92 via frames 92 a, and the front shaft 2 is horizontally supported between the bearings 20 and 20, and at one end of the front shaft 2. A forward / reverse motor 21 is connected, and the forward / reverse motor 21 rotates forward and backward.

A support bar 3 is laid across the front of the loading platform 9 behind the front shaft 2 and below the seat 6 in the loading platform width direction.
In this case, the hydraulic cylinders 30 are attached to both sides of the front end portion of the loading platform 9 so as to expand and contract in the vertical direction.
A bracket 31 is connected to the upper ends of the hydraulic cylinders 30 and 30 by a pin 32 so as to be rotatable in the vehicle width direction, and the support bar 3 is horizontally mounted between the spherical plain bearings 33 and 33 provided on the brackets 31 and 31. It is pivotally supported.

In addition, since the bracket 31 can be rotated in the vehicle width direction by the pin 32, when the load of the vehicle width method is applied to the support bar 3, the load of the vehicle width method can be absorbed by the rotation of the bracket 31. The deformation of the support bar 3 and the hydraulic cylinder 30 can be prevented.

Further, the spherical plain bearing 33 has a spherical contact between the outer ring and the inner ring, whereby the support bar 3 is rotatably supported and the radial to the bearing part accompanying the bending deformation of the support bar 3. The load in the direction can be absorbed, whereby the bending deformation of the support bar 3 and the damage of the bearing and the hydraulic cylinder 30 can be prevented.

Further, the rear shaft 4 is pivotally supported horizontally above the rear portion of the loading platform 9 in the loading platform width direction.
In this case, the hydraulic cylinders 40, 40 are attached to both sides of the rear end portion of the loading platform 9 so as to expand and contract in the vertical direction, and bearings 42, 40 are provided at both ends of the upper surface of the horizontal frame 41 passed between the upper ends of the hydraulic cylinders 40, 40. 42 is attached, and the rear shaft 4 is horizontally supported between the bearings 42, 42, and a forward / reverse motor 43 is connected to one end of the rear shaft 4. It is supposed to be.

A curtain rail 44 is attached to the lower surface of the horizontal frame 41, and a curtain sheet (not shown) is detachably attached to the curtain rail 44.

The horizontal frame 41 is connected to the upper ends of the hydraulic cylinders 40, 40 so as to be rotatable in the vehicle width direction by a bracket 45 and a pin 46 in the same manner as the support bar 3. When a load in the width method is applied, the load in the vehicle width method can be absorbed by the rotation of the bracket 45, and deformation of the rear shaft 4 and the hydraulic cylinder 40 can be prevented.

The raising / lowering range of the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 is such that the lowered position is lower than the front shaft 2 and the raised position is higher than the front shaft 2.
In this case, the lowered position is lower than the upper surface of the front plate 92 so as not to generate air resistance during travel. In particular, as to the raised position, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. It is preferable to set it so that it is higher than the

As the forward / reverse motors 21 and 43, motors (for example, geared motors) formed so as to be locked in the stopped state are used.
Further, the operation levers 21a and 43a of the forward / reverse motors 21 and 43 and the operation levers 30a and 40a of the hydraulic cylinders 30 and 40 are gathered in one place on the side of the cargo bed 9 so that it can be operated by one operator. Are arranged.

A plurality of (four in the embodiment) belts 5 are passed between the front shaft 2 and the rear shaft 4, and a seat 6 is mounted on the plurality of belts 5.
In this case, the belt 5 is formed by a front belt 50 having a front end attached to the front shaft 2 and a rear belt 51 having a rear end attached to the rear shaft 4, and the rear end of the front belt 50 and the rear belt 51 are formed. The front end is detachably connected by a connection fitting 52.

The front end of the front belt 50 is directly fixed to the front shaft 2, and a plurality of take-up drums 47 (four in the embodiment) corresponding to the number of the belts 5 are attached to the rear shaft 4. The rear belt 51 is wound around the winding drum 47.

The seat 6 is mounted on the front belt 50. In this case, a plurality of cylindrical portions 60 extending in the extending direction of the belt 5 are formed in a narrow width on the lower surface of the seat 6, and the inside of each cylindrical portion 60 is formed. Each of the front belts 50 is inserted into the seat 6 so that the seat 6 is attached.
The length of the seat 6 is longer than the length of the loading platform 9, and the width of the seat 6 is wider than the width of the loading platform 9. In the unfolded state, the loading platform 61 and 61 are used to form the loading platform. It is formed so that 9 can be sufficiently covered.
Further, rubber bands 62 are attached to both side edge portions of the seat 6 for pulling looseness of the hem portion when the seat 6 is put on the loading platform 9.
Further, the front edge portion and the rear edge portion of the seat 6 are formed in a cylindrical shape, and the ropes 64 and 64 are passed through the cylindrical portions 63 and 63, respectively. The rear edge can be squeezed.

Then, when covering the loading platform 9 with the seat 6, the forward / reverse rotation motor 43 is driven (for example, forward rotation), and the belt 5 is wound around the rear shaft 4 while simultaneously driving the forward / reverse rotation motor 21 (for example, The belt 6 and the seat 6 wound around and stored on the front shaft 2 are fed out and the seat 6 is unfolded so as to cover the loading platform 9.

Further, when the sheet 6 is taken up and stored, the forward / reverse motor 21 is driven (for example, reversely rotated) from the sheet unfolded state, and the belt 5 and the sheet 6 are wound around the front shaft 2 at the same time. 43 is driven (for example, reversely rotated), and each belt 5 wound around the rear shaft 4 is fed out, whereby the sheet 6 is wound and stored in a state where the loading platform 9 is opened.
At this time, the overhanging portions 61 and 61 provided on the left and right sides of the sheet 6 are folded inside the upper surface and wound together with the belt 5 as shown in FIG.

As described above, in the load carrier sheet device 1 according to the present embodiment, the belt 6 or the sheet 6 is driven by the forward / reverse rotation motors 21 and 43, and the sheet 6 is unfolded on the load carrier 9 by feeding or unwinding. It can be wound and stored.
Further, since the sheet 6 is attached to the belt 5, the sheet 6 can be wound and fed out reliably and without being disturbed as the belt 5 is wound and fed.
Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently perform operations such as spreading the sheet 6 and placing it on the loading platform 9, or folding and storing the spread sheet 6.
Moreover, since the loading / unloading of the load can be performed from above the loading platform 9 using a crane, the loading / unloading of the load can be efficiently performed.

At this time, since the front shaft 2 and the rear shaft 4 are driven by the independent forward / reverse motors 21 and 43, respectively, the belt 5 and the seat 6 are changed in accordance with the change in the winding diameter of the belt 5 and the seat 6. The slack and tension can be eliminated while being adjusted by the forward / reverse rotation motors 21 and 43, so that the seat 6 can be properly unfolded on the loading platform 9 or taken up and stored.

Further, since the belt 5 is formed by the front belt 50 and the rear belt 51 that are detachably connected, after the seat 6 is wound up and stored, the front belt 50 and the rear belt 51 are separated by the connecting metal 52. If the rear belt 51 is wound up, the belt 5 does not exist on the loading platform 9, and the belt 5 does not get in the way when loading and unloading the luggage.

Further, since the belt 5 is inserted into the cylindrical portion 60 formed on the seat 6 and the seat 6 is attached to the belt 5, the seat 6 can be easily attached to and detached from the belt 5. It is convenient for repairing and replacing the belt 5 and washing.

In addition, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, when a hood bone 95 is attached to the loading platform 9 and the seat 6 is stretched on the outer surface of the hood bone 95, the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 are shown as indicated by phantom lines. Is raised by the driving force (hydraulic cylinders 30 and 40) to lift the seat 6 above the hood 95. If the sheet 6 is unrolled or rolled up in this state, the sheet 6 will not be rubbed against the hood bone 95, and the sheet 6 can be unrolled or rolled up easily. It is possible to prevent the bone 95 from being deformed.

Further, after the seat 6 is unwound, the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 are lowered by the driving force (hydraulic cylinders 30 and 40) as shown by the solid line, and the seat 6 is covered with the hood bone 95 and then deployed. The hood bone 95 can be covered with the seat 6 easily and cleanly, and since the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 are lowered, the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 become wind pressure resistance during travel. There is nothing.
Further, even if the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 are lowered by the driving force even after the seat 6 is wound and stored on the front shaft 2, the support bar 3 and the rear shaft 4 do not become wind pressure resistance during traveling.
