[Prior art] In order to protect the precious cargo from the wind and rain, a typical 1~1000 truck with an open top of the loading platform requires at least 2 angstroms of human effort to cover the heavy and bulky loading platform sheet made of canvas or the like during rainy days. I was working on installing it after shifting it. During sunny days, it has become a common practice to remove the cargo seat to make it easier to load and unload cargo.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The work of attaching and detaching the cargo bed sheet as described above may be fine for small trucks, but it becomes extremely hard work for large vehicles with a capacity of 10 tons or more, which are currently in widespread use, especially after rain. It is not easy to manipulate cargo seats that have absorbed moisture. Moreover, such work, which requires many manpower and a considerable amount of working time, is also problematic from the standpoint of improving productivity in the transportation business.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the truck bed sheet attaching/detaching device of the present invention provides a loading/unloading device for loading and unloading a truck bed sheet, which is installed horizontally at the front or rear of the bed. The present invention adopts a configuration comprising: a rotation means for the winding shaft; and a winch installed at the rear or front of the loading platform for expanding the loading platform sheet wound around the winding shaft.

[Operation and Effects of the Invention] The truck loading/unloading bed seat attaching/detaching device having the above-mentioned configuration, when removing the loading bed sheet which is stretched out on the loading bed and is in use, removes the fixing hooks on the peripheral edge of the loading bed sheet from the loading bed. After removing it, fold the hanging portions on both the left and right sides of the loading platform sheet onto the top horizontal plane of the loading platform sheet and lift it up, then lock the front edge of the loading platform sheet to the winding shaft, and then operate the winding shaft rotation means. By doing so, the cargo bed sheet is stored in the front (or rear) of the cargo bed in an extremely compact and unobtrusive state without requiring any manual labor. If you want to reuse the sheets stored in this way, connect the end of the bed sheet wound around the winding shaft to the winch tow cable and operate the winch, and the bed sheet will be folded as shown above. Since the seat is automatically expanded from the front end to the rear end of the loading platform, the next time the folded left and right sides are manually pulled down, the sheet expansion process is instantly completed.

Therefore, the labor and work time required to attach and detach the cargo bed sheet are reduced to an extent that is incomparable compared to the conventional method that relied entirely on manual labor. Even in the event of a collision, the sheet can be quickly stretched without requiring emergency help, thereby avoiding damage to the cargo. And, of course, it contributes to reducing transportation costs.

Reference numeral 8 designates an arm for lifting and supporting the winch tow rope 13 in order to reduce the tendency of the sheet to droop and rub against the load when the winch tow rope 13 is lifted up and the loading platform sheet A is extended. This is a rotation shaft for rotating the arm 8 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. A pulley 12 and a pulley 12 are built into the upper end of the arm 8, which has a hollow structure, and a winch 9 for winding up the tow cable 13 is built into the rotating shaft 8a at the lower end. Reference numeral 10 serves as a drive motor for the winch 9, and 11 and 11a serve as mounting bases for the motor 10, and serve to pull the supporting arm 8 of the tow cable 13 out of the way into the space under the loading platform when it is not in use. Hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. Alternatively, it may be a mere rail-like mechanism for moving the winch 9 laterally. 14 is a mechanism for fixing the arm 8 when the arm 8 is brought to the storage position under the loading platform shown in broken lines in FIG. Stops 16 and 17 are stops for the towline 13.

Next, when the loading platform sheet 8 in the used state shown in Fig. 5 is no longer needed and is to be removed, the sheet should be folded along the sheet bending guide line shown by broken lines a and b in the figure as shown in Fig. 6. Fold it in five along the width of the sheet. This folding work can be completed easily and quickly by two people, but if it is a small or medium-sized truck, it can be done by one person using an auxiliary tool such as a rope. Also, depending on the car model, a tri-fold may be sufficient. Next, the front edge of the folded loading platform sheet A is connected to a hook or other locking member fixing means (not shown) attached to the winding shaft 2 of the loading platform sheet. In addition, by turning on the power switch (not shown) for the rotating motor 3 of the winding shaft 2, the sheet A can be rolled into an extremely compact external shape without requiring any manual labor. If you feel that the sheet A is rubbing the top surface of the load at this time, which is not desirable, or if the load is getting in the way, operate the hydraulic cylinder for vertical movement of the winding shaft 2 built into the support column 4, etc. In addition to moving the winch to the highest possible position in advance, the lifting and supporting arm 8 of the winch towing line 13 is also displaced from the storage position shown in broken lines in FIG. 1 to the arm use position shown in solid lines,
The sheet A may be lifted by hooking the tow rope 13 onto the hook C at the end of the winding of the sheet A. The arm 8 can be fixed at any rotation angle by the function of an attached detent mechanism or the like. As the sheet A is rolled in, the pull line 13 is pulled out from the winch 9 which is in an idling state. Sheet A
After winding the winding shaft 2 around the winding shaft 2, the arm 8 is returned to the storage position and fixed by the stopper 14. The arm 8 may be rotated manually, but a geared motor or a hydraulic cylinder for rotation may also be attached.

When it is desired to extend the loading platform seams 1 to A wound around the winding shaft 2 again into the state shown in FIG. 8 from the broken line position to the solid line position in FIG. Then, the very heavy cargo bed sheet A that is still folded in five will be automatically extended to the rear end of the cargo bed 1 without any effort (the first
(see figure). Once sheet A is expanded like this,
The work of pulling down both sides of the folded sheet and letting it hang over the sides of the cargo can be done easily and quickly by just one person. When the expansion work is completed, the arm 8 is returned to its storage position.

The installation and removal work of the truck bed seat using the device of the present invention as described above can be almost completely automated, except for the labor of folding the seat, so it does not require the manual labor of the conventional method. The seat that has been shifted and attached to the cargo bed is dragged down to the ground, folded to the extent that it can be placed on the roof of the driver's cab, and the worker unfolds the folded seat while riding on top of the cargo. Not only can it eliminate the heavy labor of transporting people, which is unsuitable in today's age of scientific omnipresence, but it can also indirectly contribute to reducing transportation costs.

In that case, the winch 9 will be installed at the front of the loading platform 1. Further, instead of the motor 3 or the motor 10, the rotational force of an automobile engine or the like may be used. Furthermore, the folding of the loading platform sheet A or the unfolding of the folded sheet, which is the only work process that requires manual labor, can be accomplished by attaching a second winch that utilizes the rotational force of the motor 3 or 10. It can also be made significantly easier.
