【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技機の前面枠を本体枠に対して施錠させる施錠装置に関するものである。さらに詳しくは、この発明は、パチンコ、パチスロ、スロットマシン、スマートボール、アレンジボール等に例示される遊技機の前面枠を本体枠に対して施錠したり解錠したりするのに好適な施錠装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
遊技機の前面枠は、一端が蝶番で本体枠に固定され、他端は自由端とされて本体枠に対し回動可能となっており、前面枠の自由端の背面に、本体枠に設けられた受け金具との施錠を可能とする施錠装置が取り付けられている。

従来より、例えば、登録実用新案第2508452号公報に記載の如き構造の施錠装置が知られており、これを図16に示す。図16では、受け金具、前面枠、および、本体枠も示している。この施錠装置70は、概略、縦長の取付板71の側方に支持板72が起立した基枠体73の内側に、施錠杆74が支持板72に沿って上下に摺動可能に配設され、施錠杆74が引張バネ75により施錠方向に付勢され、支持板72の上部と下部に設けられた支軸76、76を中心に回動可能に軸支された鉤部材77、77と、施錠杆74の上下端とがそれぞれ連結ピン78、78で連結され、前記取付板71の中間部にシリンダ錠79が取り付けられた構造をしている。
そして、ガイドピン80が、施錠杆74に穿設された長孔81に挿通されて支持板72に固定され、施錠杆74がガイドピン80によって案内されることで、施錠杆74が支持板72に沿って上下に摺動するようになっている。

このような施錠装置が設けられた遊技機においては、図示していない蝶番を支点にして前面枠82を本体枠83に対して閉鎖すると、本体枠83に設けられた受け金具84に鉤部材77が当接し、鉤部材77が上方に回動するとともに施錠杆74が下方へ摺動する。そして、鉤部材77の鉤爪部77aの先端が受け金具84の上端縁を乗り越えると、施錠杆74が引張バネ75の復元力により施錠位置に戻り、受け金具84に鉤部材77が係合し、前面枠82が本体枠83に施錠される。そして、図示していないキーをシリンダ錠79に差し込み、キー操作によりカム板87を解錠方向に回動させて、施錠杆74を下方に摺動させ、鉤部材77を上方に回動させて受け金具84と鉤部材77との係合を解除し、蝶番を支点として前面枠を開くことができる。

ここにおいて、上下の鉤部材77、77と受け金具84、84との係合関係は同一なことから、上方の鉤部材と受け金具に基づいて説明し、下方の鉤部材と受け金具については説明を省略する。図17は施錠装置の上方部と受け金具の関係構造を示す部分拡大説明図である。なお、便宜上、本体枠と前面枠の図示は省略している。図17に示されるように、鉤部材77は、その下側縁に略台形状の切欠77bが設けられ、該切欠77bにより鉤部材77の先端側に鉤爪部77aが形成され、該鉤爪部77aの切欠側は直線状の係合用縁77cとなっており、施錠位置における前記鉤部材77の係合用縁77cは、施錠杆の摺動方向Xと平行(すなわち、前記施錠杆の摺動方向Xと直交し前記支軸76の軸心を通る直線Yと直交)に設定されている。そして、切欠77bの深さ、すなわち、切欠77bの底縁77dは、前記直線Yを越えた深さに及んでいる。

受け金具84は板状であって、施錠状態において、図17に示されるように、受け金具84の上端縁が鉤部材77の切欠77bの底縁77dと当接または底縁77d近傍にまで達しており、受け金具84と鉤部材77の係合用縁77cが係合することになり、施錠状態において、前面枠を無理にこじ開けようとする力に抵抗することになる。

この鉤部材77を受け金具84に係合させて施錠したり、受け金具84との係合を外して解錠するためには、鉤部材77は、図17の実線と2点鎖線で示すよう回動できること、すなわち、施錠状態における受け金具84と鉤爪部77aとの間に、鉤部材77が支軸76を中心に回動できるだけの間隙tを設けることが必要である。
一方、この間隙tは、本体枠と前面枠との間のガタとして機能し、ガタの大きさによっては、例えば、先端にフックが形成された帯状で薄い鋼板や先端が折り曲げられてフックが形成されたピアノ線のような操作具をガタの間から挿入し、フックの先端を鉤部材77に引っかけて引っ張り、鉤部材77を支軸76を中心に解錠方向に回動させると、受け金具84と鉤部材77との係合を解除でき、蝶番を支点として前面枠82を開くことができることになる。このようにして、前面枠82が開放されると、前面枠82の背面に配設された機器や部品への操作が可能となり、これら機器や部品を改変したり、遊技機の勝率を制御するROMを勝率の高い裏ROMと交換するといった不正操作が可能となる。鉤部材77の切欠77bの底縁77dまでの深さを深くする程間隙tを大きくすることが必要となることから、ガタもより大きくなることになる。

そして、必要とするガタよりも無理にガタを少なくするように受け金具84を本体枠に取り付けたり、または、施錠装置70の前面枠への取り付けや受け金具84の本体枠への取り付け誤差等によって、受け金具84と鉤爪部77aとの間隙tが不十分となった場合は、図18に示すような不完全な施錠状態となり、この状態において、前面枠を無理にこじ開けようとする力が働くと、鉤部材77と受け金具84との係合点が徐々にずれ、鉤部材77は支軸76を中心に解錠方向に回動してゆき、比較的少ない力でも係合が外れ、前面枠が開いてしまうことになる。

そこで、遊技機の組立時等において、施錠時における受け金具84と鉤部材77との間隙tが不十分な場合や過大な場合を想定して、適正な間隙tに調整ができるように、受け金具84の板厚をペンチ等で曲げることができる程度としている。しかしながら、受け金具84をペンチ等で曲げて間隙tを調整する必要のある場合、前面枠を閉めた状態では、受け金具84と鉤部材77との関係は、前面枠が邪魔になって、直接確認ができない。間隙tの調整は、前面枠を開いて行うことになるが、カンに頼らざるを得ず、不正確になりやすく、また、適正な間隙tになるまで、調整を繰り返す必要があり、手間がかかり、コスト高に繋がる。

また、前述のように、受け金具は、ペンチ等の道具で曲げることができる程度の板厚であることから、強度が十分とは言い難く、施錠状態において、前面枠を不正操作等の目的で無理にこじ開けようとすると、受け金具が比較的容易に変形してしまい、前面枠が開けられてしまうことになる。

図19に示すように、鉤部材77の切欠77bの深さを浅くして、施錠杆74の摺動方向Xと直交し支軸76の軸心を通る直線Yまでの深さとすると、図17に示したような間隙t(すなわち、ガタ)を受け金具84と鉤爪部77aとの間に設けなくとも、図19の実線と2点鎖線で示すように鉤部材77を受け金具84に係合させて施錠させたり、または、受け金具84との係合を外して解錠させることができることになる。しかしながら、鉤部材77の切欠77bが浅いため、施錠状態における受け金具84との係合が不十分となりやすい。図20に示すように鉤爪部77aの先端を下方に延ばせば、施錠状態における受け金具84と鉤部材77との係合が十分となるが、鉤部材77が大きくなり、コスト高となる。

ところで、従来の施錠装置70は、図21に示されるように、その構造上、施錠杆74と連結された鉤部材77が支軸76の軸心を中心に回動するのに支障がないように、支持板72には、連結ピン78のかしめ部の逃がし用の湾曲長孔90を穿設することが必要とされ、そして、施錠装置70の組立においては、鉤部材77の軸孔91に支軸76を挿通し、支軸76を支持板72にかしめ止めすること、および、鉤部材77と施錠杆74とを連結ピン78でかしめて連結することが必要であり、製造上、多くの工程を必要とする。そして、このような構造においては、鉤部材77を回動可能とする支軸76の軸線と、鉤部材77と施錠杆74を連結する連結ピン78の軸線とが平行となっていないと、鉤部材77の回動、および/または施錠杆74の摺動に無理な力を必要としたり、きしんだりすることから、鉤部材77と受け金具84との係合が円滑に行われなかったり、係合状態が不十分であったり、キー操作による解錠が円滑に行い難いといった欠点が指摘されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この出願の発明は、上記のような実情に鑑み鋭意研究の結果創案されたものであり、受け金具との施錠または解錠が円滑で確実であり、しかも、容易に行うことができる遊技機の施錠装置、とりわけ、受け金具との施錠または解錠が円滑で確実であり、しかも、容易に行うことに加え、不正解錠等の不正操作を防止できることにもなる遊技機の施錠装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明は、縦長の取付板の側方に支持板が起立した基枠体の内側に、施錠杆が前記支持板に沿って上下に摺動可能に配設され、該施錠杆が引張バネにより施錠方向に付勢され、前記取付板が本体枠に対し開閉可能とされた前面枠に取り付けられ、前記支持板の上部と下部に設けられた支軸を中心に軸支され、前記施錠杆の摺動に連動して施錠位置と解錠位置との間で回動可能な鉤部材が、本体枠に取り付けられた受け金具に係合することで施錠され、前記取付板に取り付けられたシリンダ錠の解錠操作によって、前記引張バネの付勢力に抗し前記施錠杆を支持板に沿って摺動させて、前記鉤部材を施錠位置から解錠位置に回動させ、前記鉤部材と前記受け金具との係合を解除することで解錠を行う遊技機の施錠装置であって、前記鉤部材の一側縁に前記受け金具を受け入れる切欠が設けられ、該切欠により前記鉤部材の先端側に鉤爪部が形成され、該鉤爪部の前記切欠側が前記支軸の軸心を中心とする円弧形状の係合用縁となっており、前記鉤部材の施錠位置における前記鉤部材の係合用縁と前記施錠杆の摺動方向と平行な接線との接点が、前記施錠杆の摺動方向と直交し前記支軸の軸心を通る直線上に位置するように設定され、前記施錠杆または前記鉤部材のいずれか一方にプレスによるダボ出し加工またはバーリング加工によって形成された突起が、他方に穿設された長孔に係合することで、前記施錠杆の摺動に連動して前記鉤部材が施錠位置と解錠位置との間で回動可能となっていることを特徴とする。

これによれば、鉤部材は、受け金具を受け入れるサイズの切欠を備え、その切欠側の受け金具と係合する係合用縁が円弧形状となっていることから、受け金具との係合用縁との間にガタとなる間隙を生ずるように設定しなくても、高々係合用縁と受け金具との間で僅かな摩擦力が発生する程度で、鉤部材は支軸を中心に円滑に回動することになり、確実に施錠することができ、また、解錠も円滑に行うことができる。

すなわち、前面枠を本体枠に対し閉鎖すると、鉤爪部が受け金具に当接し、引張バネの付勢力に抗し、支軸の軸心を中心に回動し、鉤部材の鉤爪部の先端が受け金具を乗り越えると、引張バネの復元力によって鉤部材が施錠位置に復帰して、受け金具が鉤部材と係合し、施錠状態となる。
施錠状態において、シリンダ錠の解錠操作を行うと、引張バネの付勢力に抗し施錠杆が支持板に沿って摺動し、該摺動に連動して鉤部材が支軸の軸心を中心に回動し、鉤部材が施錠位置から解錠位置になり、鉤部材と受け金具との係合が外れて解錠され、前面枠を本体枠に対し開くことができる。

そして、施錠状態において、蝶番を支点として前面枠を不正に水平方向にこじ開けようとする力が働いても、その力は、前記施錠杆の摺動方向と直交し前記支軸の軸心を通る直線に沿って働くことから、鉤部材が支軸を中心に解錠する方向に回動する恐れはなく、また、前面枠と本体枠との間に不正操作を行うことのできる間隙等が生ずることがない。
仮に、施錠状態における鉤部材の係合用縁と受け金具との間に取り付け誤差等を勘案して間隙(ガタ)を設けるとしても、その間隙(ガタ)は、図16に示すような従来の板状の受け金具に対応した施錠装置と比べ、わずかで良く、そのため、前面枠と本体枠との間に不正操作を行うことのできる程の間隙等が生ずることがない。

そして、前記鉤部材の係合用縁と前記施錠杆の摺動方向と平行な接線との接点が、円柱状受け金具との係合当接点となっていてもよい。

また、前記施錠杆または前記鉤部材のいずれか一方にプレスによるダボ出し加工またはバーリング加工によって形成された突起が、他方に穿設された長孔に係合することで、前記施錠杆の摺動に連動して前記鉤部材が施錠位置と解錠位置との間で回動可能となっている。これにり、前記突起を、他方に穿設された長孔に係合させることで、施錠杆の摺動に連動して、鉤部材を回動させることが可能となり、従来の施錠装置のように、鉤部材と施錠杆とを連結ピンでかしめて連結する工程が必要なく、製造コストを低減することができる。また、従来の施錠装置のような支持板に連結ピンのかしめ部の逃がし用の湾曲長孔を穿設する必要がないことから、この点からも製造コストを低減することにもなる。また、従来の施錠装置においては、鉤部材の回動を可能とする支軸の軸線と、鉤部材と施錠杆を連結する連結ピンの軸線とが平行になっていないと、鉤部材の回動、および/または施錠杆の摺動に無理な力を必要としたり、きしんだりすることから、鉤部材と受け金具との係合が円滑、確実に行われなかったり、係合状態が不十分であったり、キー操作による解錠が円滑、容易に行い難いといった欠点があったが、この施錠装置では、かかる欠点がなく、施錠・解錠が円滑で確実であり、しかも、容易に行うことができることになる。

以下、図面に基づきこの発明の態様を更に詳細に説明する。もちろんこの発明は以下の態様によって限定されるものではない。

図1および図2から明らかなように、施錠装置1は、縦長の取付板2の側方に支持板3が起立した断面L字状の基枠体4の内側において、施錠杆5が支持板3に沿って上下に摺動可能に配設され、後述するような係合構造によって施錠杆5の摺動に連動して、支持板3の上部と下部に設けられた支軸6、6を中心に軸支された鉤部材7、7が、施錠位置と解錠位置との間で回動可能とされており(図1の矢印方向参照)、また、施錠杆5と支持板3の間にリセット作動杆8が上下に摺動可能に配設されている。

図3に示されるように、鉤部材7は、板状であって、その下側縁に湾曲状の切欠7aが設けられ、その先端側に受け金具と係合する下向きの鉤爪部7bが形成されている。前記切欠7aは、後述する受け金具14を受け入れる大きさ(深さ、幅)を有し、鉤爪部7bの切欠側は支軸6の軸心Oを中心とする半径Rの円弧形状の係合用縁7cとなっており、鉤部材7の施錠位置における係合用縁7cの施錠杆5の摺動方向Xと平行な接線との接点が、施錠杆5の摺動方向Xと直交し支軸6の軸心Oを通る直線Y上に位置するように設定されている。
鉤爪部7bの外側縁7dは、後述するように、施錠時に受け金具と当接し、鉤部材7を支軸6を中心に上方に回動させるため爪先に向かって傾斜した円弧状となっている。

鉤部材7の基部7eの支軸の挿通孔よりも取付板寄りの位置に穿設された長孔10に、施錠杆5に形成された鉤部材側に突出する突起11を係合させることで、施錠杆5の上下への摺動に連動し、鉤部材7が支軸6を中心に施錠位置と解錠位置との間で回動できるようになっている。
施錠杆5に形成した突起11の突出量は、鉤部材7の厚さを越えないものとなっている。このような突起11は、例えば、プレスによるダボ出し加工によって形成することができる。

そして、支持板3の後縁の上部と下部には、受け金具14を受け入れる凹部3a、3aがそれぞれ形成されており、下部の凹部3aの下方位置には、湾曲した当接案内面を有するプラスチック製の当接部材13が取り付けられている(図1参照)。

施錠装置1の鉤部材7と係合する受け金具14は、図5の左側面図、図6の正面図に示す構造のものである。
図5、図6に示すように、受け金具14、14は、円柱状のピンで、基板15の上下部に固定されている。受け金具14、14の基板15への固定位置は、施錠装置1の鉤部材7が施錠位置にある状態において、鉤部材7の切欠7aが受け金具14を受け入れ、係合して施錠できる位置に設定されている。基板15の下方の受け金具14の下方位置には、前述した支持板3に取り付けられたプラスチック製の当接部材13を受け止める受部材16が取り付けられている。該受部材16の前方側は、平坦部に続く傾斜面部となっている。
基板15には、パチスロ機の本体枠に取り付けるための複数の止めネジ挿通孔15aが穿設されている。

図1、図2に示されるように、施錠杆5とリセット作動杆8の摺動は、後述するようにシリンダ錠17のキー操作によって行われるようになっている。
支持板3に設けられた支軸6、6は、円柱状のピンが使用されており、支持板3の上下への摺動をガイドする機能も兼用するものである。支持板3の上下部に設けられた支軸6、6と中間部に設けられたピン18が、施錠杆5の上下端部および中間部に穿設された長孔19、19、19に挿通され、例えば、ピン18が長孔19の下端縁に当接する位置と上端縁に当接する位置との間で施錠杆5が上下に摺動することになる。

リセット作動杆8の上部に穿設された長孔21には、前記中間部のピン18が挿通されるとともに、リセット作動杆8の下部にはリセット作動片22が設けられて、施錠杆5に穿設されたスリット23を通り内側に突出しており、リセット作動杆8が上下に摺動できるようになっている。リセット作動片22は、右方に直角に折り曲げられ(図1参照)、その先端が取付板2の近傍にまで達しており、リセット作動杆8の上方への摺動により図示していないリセットスイッチを作動させるようになっている。このリセットスイッチは、リセット作動片22の有無を検出して、パチスロ機のリセット信号を出力するもので、リミットスイッチ等の接触スイッチが使用されるが、これに限られず、光電スイッチ等の非接触スイッチであってもよい。

リセット作動杆8の長孔21の下方位置にはバネ掛止部24が設けられ、施錠杆5のスリット25を通って基枠体4の内側に突出している。該バネ掛止部24には、引張バネ26の一端が係止され、該引張バネ26の他端は、施錠杆5に設けられたバネ掛止部27に掛止されており、引張バネ26によって、施錠杆5は上方に付勢され、リセット作動杆8は下方に付勢される。

取付板2の下方部は、幅広部2aとされ、該幅広部2aに穿設された孔にシリンダ錠17が内側から挿入されて外側に突出し、シリンダ錠17のフランジ部29を介してネジ止めされている。シリンダ錠17の錠軸30は基枠体4の内側に突出し、該錠軸30には、第1突部31aと第2突部31bを備えたカム板31が固定されている。第1突部31aは、シリンダ錠17のキー操作によってカム板31を図2の反時計方向に回動させたときに、施錠杆5の係合孔32の下辺に係合して、施錠杆5を下方に摺動させる機能を果たし、第2突部31bは、シリンダ錠17のキー操作によってカム板31を図2の時計方向に回動させたときに施錠杆5の逃がし窓33を通って、リセット作動杆8の係合孔34の上辺に係合して、リセット作動杆8を上方に摺動させる機能を果たすようになっている。
