酸化インジウム(In2O3)、ITO(スズ/Snドープ酸化インジウム/In2O3)、FTO(フッ素/Fドープ酸化スズ/SnO2)、ATO(アンチモン/Sbドープ酸化スズ/SnO2)、AZO(アルミニウム/Alドープ酸化亜鉛/ZnO)、GZO(ガリウム/Gaドープ酸化亜鉛/ZnO)、IZO(インジウム/Inドープ酸化亜鉛/ZnO)。半導電性材料粉体の体積抵抗率が1×10−2〜1×102Ω・cmであることが好ましい。
(1) 半導電性材料の粒子が、光触媒粒子の表面に付着し、担持されている。
(2) 光触媒粒子の表面に、半導電性材料のコーティングが形成されている。
光触媒RATOの特徴的である還元力は、例えばステンレス鋼の浸漬電位を-300〜-400mV(vs.Ag/AgCl)まで卑の方向へ移行させるほどの光励起電子が発生することが知られている。
犠牲アノード金属と半導電性材料が表面形成された光触媒の合計重量を100重合部とするとき、
犠牲アノード金属:85.0〜99.9重量部
半導電性材料が担持された光触媒:0.1〜15.0重量部
(1) 光触媒材料からなる粒子本体と、この粒子本体に担持されている半導電性材料を備えている光触媒粒子を、犠牲アノード金属の溶融メッキ浴に添加する。このメッキ浴に金属材料を浸漬することによって、犠牲アノード金属からなるメッキ被膜、およびこのメッキ被膜内に分散され、固定化されている光触媒粒子とを備える複合メッキ被膜を金属材料上に形成する。
(2) ニトロセルロースラッカー(ラッカーエナメル、ハイソリッドラッカー、ホットラッカー、特殊ラッカー、下地塗料)

1mol/L濃度の硫酸亜鉛(ZnSO4)水溶液を作成し、溶液100mlに対して半導電性材料粉末「RATO」を1mg添加し、攪拌、分散させたものをメッキ液とする。これをメッキ浴に移し、攪拌しながら、温度を20℃に保った状態とした。表面を脱脂処理、水洗、乾燥した縦10mm、横10mm、厚さ0.1mmの鋼板をメッキ浴に浸漬し、定電流‐10mA/cm2を30分間印加しながら電解メッキを行なった後、水洗、乾燥を行い、実施例1の試験体を得た。得られた試験体のZnメッキ層中には、半導電性材料粉末「RATO」が共析していた。
実施例1と同様にしてメッキ被膜を鋼板上に形成した。ただし、メッキ浴は、1mol/L濃度の前記硫酸亜鉛(ZnSO4)水溶液とし、RATOは添加しなかった。
実施例1と同様にしてメッキ被膜を鋼板上に形成した。ただし、メッキ浴は、1mol/L濃度の前記硫酸亜鉛(ZnSO4)水溶液とした。RATOは添加せず、その代わりに、水溶液100mlに対して、光触媒TiO2粉末を1mg添加し、攪拌、分散させたメッキ浴とした。このメッキ浴を使用し、実施例1と同様にして試験体を作成した。この時、得られた試験体のZnメッキ層中には光触媒TiO2が共析していた。
3%塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)水溶液を作成し、試験液とする。得られた各試験体を試験液に24時間暗中で浸漬した。また試験液に浸漬中において水銀-キセノン灯により100mW/cm2の紫外線を8時間照射した後、16時間暗中で浸漬した。

Claims (11)
- 金属材料上に形成された犠牲アノード金属からなるメッキ被膜、およびこのメッキ被膜内に分散され、固定化されている光触媒粒子を備えており、この光触媒粒子が、光触媒材料からなる粒子本体と、この粒子本体に担持されている半導電性材料とを備えていることを特徴とする、複合メッキ被膜。
- 前記犠牲アノード金属が、亜鉛、マグネシウムおよびアルミニウムからなる群より選ばれた金属またはこれらの合金から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の複合メッキ被膜。
- 前記光触媒材料が、ガリウムリン、酸化ジルコニウム、ケイ素、硫化カドニウム、タンタル酸カリウム、セレン化カドミウム、チタン酸ストロンチウム、酸化チタン、酸化二オブ、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉄、酸化タングステンおよび酸化スズからなる群より選ばれていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の複合メッキ被膜。
- 前記半導電性材料が、酸化インジウム、スズドープ酸化インジウム、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ、アンチモンドープ酸化スズ、アルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛、ガリウムドープ酸化亜鉛およびインジウムドープ酸化亜鉛からなる群より選ばれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の複合メッキ被膜。

- 光触媒材料からなる粒子本体と、この粒子本体に担持されている半導電性材料を備えている光触媒粒子を含有する犠牲アノード金属塩の水溶液に、金属材料を浸漬し、前記水溶液に電流を流すことによって、犠牲アノード金属からなるメッキ被膜、およびこのメッキ被膜内に分散され、固定化されている前記光触媒粒子を備える複合メッキ被膜を前記金属材料上に形成することを特徴とする、複合メッキ被膜の製造方法。
- 光触媒材料からなる粒子本体と、この粒子本体に担持されている半導電性材料を備えている光触媒粒子を含有する犠牲アノード金属塩の水溶液に、金属材料を浸漬し、還元剤で前記犠牲アノード金属塩を還元することによって、前記犠牲アノード金属からなるメッキ被膜、およびこのメッキ被膜内に分散され、固定化されている前記光触媒粒子を備える複合メッキ被膜を前記金属材料上に形成することを特徴とする、複合メッキ被膜の製造方法。
