Description
本発明は、オレフィン流れからジメチルエーテルを除去することに関する。特に、本発明は、蒸留によりオレフィン流れからジメチルエーテルを除去し、ポリマー級のエチレン流れとポリマー級のプロピレン流れを生成することに関する。
オレフィン類、特にC2及びC3オレフィン類は、オリゴマー、例えば、より高度なオレフィン類、並びにポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンのようなポリマーのような誘導生成物を製造するための供給源として望ましい。オレフィン供給源は、伝統的には、石油供給原料を分解することにより製造されている。

本発明は、オレフィン流れからジメチルエーテルを除去する方法を提供する。本方法の結果は、オレフィン流れを分離し、特に、ジメチルエーテル含量が実質的に低減されたエチレン、プロピレン及びブチレン流れが得られることである。
本発明は、オレフィン流れ、特に、エチレン及び/又はプロピレンを含有するオレフィン流れからジメチルエーテルを除去する方法を提供する。一般的に、本方法は、共通の流れにおけるプロパン及びジメチルエーテルを分離するようにオレフィン流れを蒸留することを含む。蒸留されたオレフィン流れにおけるエチレン及び/又はプロピレンは、十分な品質、すなわち、ポリマー級の品質を有しており、重合法のための供給原料として使用することができる。

(式中、Rは、結晶内細孔系中に存在する少なくとも1つの有機テンプレート剤を表わし、mは、(MxAlyPz)O2のモル当りに存在するRのモル数を表わし、0乃至0.3の値であり、各々の場合における最大値は、テンプレート剤の分子寸法及び関係する特定のアルミノ燐酸金属塩の細孔系の利用できる空洞体積に依存し、x、y及びzは、四面体酸化物として存在する、それぞれ、金属M(すなわち、マグネシウム、マンガン、亜鉛及びコバルト)、アルミニウム及び燐のモル分率を表わす)により表わされ得る。
Claims (10)
- オキシジェネートを分子篩触媒と接触させ、水、プロピレン、プロパン及びジメチルエーテルを含有するオレフィン流れを生成すること、
そのオレフィン流れを乾燥すること、及び
その乾燥されたオレフィン流れを蒸留し、プロピレンからジメチルエーテル及びプロパンを分離すること
を含む、オキシジェネートから生成されたオレフィン流れからジメチルエーテルを分離する方法。 - 乾燥されたオレフィン流れが、1,000wppmより多くの水を含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥されたオレフィン流れが、10wppmより多くの水を含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥されたオレフィン流れから蒸留されたプロピレンが、ジメチルエーテルを含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥されたオレフィン流れから蒸留されたプロピレンが、25wppmより多くのジメチルエーテルを含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥されたオレフィン流れから蒸留されたプロピレンが、1wppmより多くのジメチルエーテルを含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥されたオレフィン流れから蒸留されたプロピレンが、0.5wppmより多くのジメチルエーテルを含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- オレフィン流れが、少なくとも0.05重量%のジメチルエーテルを含有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- オレフィン流れが、さらにブチレン及びより高い沸点の化合物を含有し、乾燥されたオレフィン流れを蒸留し、プロピレンから、ジメチルエーテル、プロパン、ブチレン及びより高い沸点の化合物を分離する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ジメチルエーテル及びプロピレンから、ブチレン及びより高い沸点の化合物を分離することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
