Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solderable polyamideimide enameled wire. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyamide-imide enameled wire that can be soldered without peeling off the polyamide-imide enamel coating layer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Enamel wire is widely used as a magnet wire for electrical equipment coils. In the manufacture of this electric device coil, the enameled wire of the coil end is soldered to a connection terminal, a lead insulated wire or the like.
[0003]
Since soldering is a connection between conductors, before performing a soldering operation, a general enameled wire peels off the enamel film to expose the conductor.
[0004]
On the other hand, the polyurethane enamel wire can be directly soldered from the enamel film without peeling off the enamel film. For this reason, polyurethane enameled wire is widely used as a solderable enameled wire for small size applications where it is difficult to mechanically peel off the enamel film.
[0005]
On the other hand, demands for downsizing, higher performance, higher reliability, and the like have been increasing year by year in recent electrical equipment. In response to such a demand, a heat resistant enameled wire having solderability is desired.
[0006]
Practical examples of solderable heat-resistant enameled wires include solderable imide-modified polyurethane enameled wires in which an imide bond is introduced into a part of polyurethane resin, and solderable polyesterimide enameled wires made by modifying polyesterimide resin. It has become.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, solderable imide-modified polyurethane enameled wires are slightly better in heat resistance than polyurethane enameled wires, and are not essentially heat-resistant enameled wires. Therefore, as heat-resistant enameled wires with solderability, It is insufficient.
[0008]
Further, the solderable polyesterimide enameled wire has a heat resistance category defined by JIS of 155 to 180 ° C./20,000 Hrs. However, with this solderable polyesterimide enamel wire, heat resistance softening and heat deterioration deteriorate rapidly when solderability is improved, and conversely solderability deteriorates when heat resistance softening and heat deterioration are increased. Therefore, the heat-resistant enameled wire having this property or soldering property is insufficient.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and its object is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and to maintain good heat softening and heat deterioration, as well as solderability. Another object of the present invention is to provide a good solderability polyamide-imide enamel wire.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is that, in a polyamide-imide enamel wire formed by providing a polyamide-imide enamel film on a conductor, the polyamide-imide enamel film comprises a diisocyanate component comprising an alicyclic diisocyanate and an aromatic diisocyanate, and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. applying a polyamide-imide coating material obtained by reacting an acid component consisting of acids and polyvalent aromatic carboxylic acid or its anhydride state, and are not obtained by baking, wherein the diisocyanate component is the alicyclic diisocyanate 10 -50 mol% / 90 to 50 mol% of the aromatic diisocyanate, and the acid component consists of 10 to 50 mol% of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid / 90 to 50 mol% of the polyvalent aromatic carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof. Solderable polyamide In the Midoenameru line.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the solderable polyamideimide enamel wire of the present invention will be described.
[0012]
In the present invention, examples of the alicyclic diisocyanate include dicyclohexylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate. These may be used alone or in combination.
[0013]
Aromatic diisocyanates include 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenyl ether diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate, xylene diisocyanate and the like. These may be used alone or in combination.
[0014]
In the present invention, aliphatic dicarboxylic acids include oxalic acid, adipic acid, pimelic acid and the like. These may be used alone or in combination.
[0015]
The polyvalent aromatic carboxylic acid or its anhydride is preferably a divalent aromatic carboxylic acid, a trivalent aromatic carboxylic acid or its anhydride, a tetravalent aromatic carboxylic acid or its anhydride. Particularly preferred is a trimellitic anhydride of a trivalent aromatic carboxylic acid anhydride. Examples of the divalent aromatic carboxylic acid include terephthalic acid, and examples of the tetravalent aromatic carboxylic acid anhydride include pyromellitic acid anhydride.
[0016]
In the present invention, the diisocyanate component is preferably composed of alicyclic diisocyanate 10 to 50 mol% / aromatic diisocyanate 90 to 50 mol%. A particularly preferred diisocyanate component is one comprising dicyclohexylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate 10-50 mol% / 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate 90-50 mol%.
[0017]
Here, the reason why the diisocyanate component is 10 to 50 mol% alicyclic diisocyanate / 90 to 50 mol% aromatic diisocyanate is that good solderability cannot be obtained when the alicyclic diisocyanate is 10 mol% or less, and conversely 50 mol% or more. This is because the heat softening property and the heat deterioration property deteriorate.
[0018]
In the present invention, the acid component is preferably composed of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid 10 to 50 mol% / polyvalent aromatic carboxylic acid or its anhydride 90 to 50 mol%. A particularly preferable acid component is composed of 10 to 50 mol% adipic acid / 90 to 50 mol% trimellitic anhydride.
[0019]
Here, the reason why the acid component is 10 to 50 mol% of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid / 90 to 50 mol% of polyvalent aromatic carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof is that good solderability is obtained when the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid is 10 mol% or less. On the contrary, if it is 50 mol% or more, the heat softening resistance and the heat deterioration resistance deteriorate.
[0020]

As can be seen from Table 1, the polyamide-imide enamel wire of Comparative Example 1 has an excellent heat resistance softening temperature of 410 ° C., but its soldering time is 30 seconds or more when immersed in a solder bath of 460 ° C. on one side is poor. .
[0045]
The polyamide-imide enamel wire of Comparative Example 2 has excellent solderability with a soldering time of 1 second when immersed in a 460 ° C. solder bath, but its half-surface heat-resistant softening temperature is the lowest at 300 ° C. and its heat deterioration resistance is also initial. The worst at 15% of the value.
[0046]
The polyamide-imide enamel wire of Comparative Example 3 has the best heat-softening temperature of 420 ° C., but its soldering time is 30 seconds or longer when immersed on a half-surface 460 ° C. solder bath, and has poor solderability.
[0047]
The solderability polyesterimide enamel wire of Comparative Example 4 has good solderability with a soldering time of 6 seconds when immersed in a 460 ° C. solder bath, but its half-surface heat resistance softening temperature is as low as 320 ° C. and heat deterioration resistance. Is also bad, 30% of the initial value.
[0048]
On the other hand, the polyamide-imide enamel wires of Examples 1 to 6 have a good heat softening temperature of 330 ° C. to 390 ° C. and a good heat deterioration resistance of 35% to 75% of the initial value. Moreover, the soldering time when immersed in a 460 ° C. solder bath is 10 seconds or less, and the solderability is also good.
[0049]
