Claims (6)
- 複数の画素が格子状に配置された表示部を有する表示装置であって、
前記表示部は、長方形状の画素で構成される領域と正方形状の画素で構成される領域とを有し、
前記長方形状の画素の開口部面積と前記正方形状の開口部面積とが同一である表示装置。 - 前記表示部の上下両端の少なくとも一行が前記長方形状の画素で構成される請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示装置が液晶表示装置であって、
前記表示部の上下両端の少なくとも一行が前記長方形状の画素で構成され、
前記長方形状の画素の反射性能が前記正方形状の画素の反射性能よりも高い請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記表示装置が液晶表示装置であって、
前記複数の画素毎に画素電圧を保持するための蓄積容量を有し、前記蓄積容量の容量により、前記複数の画素の開口部の面積を同一にする請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1から4いずれか一項に記載の表示装置を少なくとも1つ備える携帯電話端末。
- 前記長方形状の画素で構成される表示領域が、前記携帯電話端末の状態に関する情報または前記携帯電話端末の操作を案内する情報を表示する請求項5に記載の携帯電話端末。
