この発明はパチンコ機等の遊技機の遊技機枠に関する。

【従来の技術】
「島」と呼ばれる遊技機設置設備の球補給樋に接続された球供給管を介して遊技機設置設備に設置された球補給計数器に球が送られて、球補給計数器から遊技機の裏側に設けられた貯留タンクに球が供給され、貯留タンクから整列タンクを介して遊技機の払出機構に球が供給される。この場合、球は球通路としての球供給管を介して貯留タンクまで一列で供給されるにもかかわらず、貯留タンク内ではばらばらになり、単列又は複列の整列タンクで再び一列となって払出機構に供給される。従って、整列タンク内で球つまりが生じてしまう。そこで、球補給樋に接続された球通路としての球供給管を払出機構の入口に接続することにより、貯留タンク及び整列タンクを無くして、整列タンク内での球つまりを解消したものが知られている。即ち、球供給管の球出口部を取り付けるためのホルダ（取付部）が固定枠の側板の内面に設けられた遊技機枠が知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。これは図１１に示すように、固定枠１００の左側板１０１（遊技者側から見た場合に左に位置する側板）の上下間の中央付近における内面１０２に、球補給樋に接続された球通路としての球供給管１０３の球出口部１０４を取り付けるためのホルダ１０５と、球出口部１０４から流下してくる球を計数する球計数器１０６を備えた払出機構１０６Ａとが設けられている。上下ヒンジ１０７，１０８を介して固定枠１００に片開き可能に取り付けられた開閉枠１０９には、払出機構１０６Ａの球計数器１０６で計数された球を受ける球樋１１０が設けられ、この球樋１１０を介して遊技機の前面に設けられた図外の皿に球が払い出される。開閉枠１０９が開かれると球出口部１０４と払出機構１０６Ａの球入口部１１１との間に設けられたシャッタ１１２が図外のばねによる復元力で球出口部１０４と球計数器１０６の球入口１１１との間を塞ぐので、払出機構１０６Ａへ球が流れなくなる一方、開閉枠１０９が閉じられると払出機構１０６Ａの球出口部１１４の下方に球樋１１０の球入口部１１５が連なるとともにシャッタ１１２が受圧片１１３を介して開閉枠１０９に押されて球出口部１０４と払出機構１０６Ａの球入口部１１１との間が開通されるので球補給樋から球供給管１０３、球出口部１０４、球入口部１１１、払出機構１０６Ａ、球出口部１１４、球入口部１１５、球樋１１０を経由する皿までの球流下経路が構成される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献１では固定枠１００の左側板１０１の上下間の中央付近における内面１０２に球供給管１０３の球出口部１０４を取り付けるためのホルダ１０５が設けられているので、ホルダ１０５の位置まで引き回される球供給管１０３が対応する遊技機裏側部分には遊技機裏側に突出するような遊技機部品を取り付けることができず遊技機裏側の部品搭載スペースが減少してしまう。
また、遊技機枠は固定枠１００と開閉枠１０９とから構成され、遊技者から見て開閉枠１０９の左側の上下には開閉枠側ヒンジ部材が取り付けられ、これら開閉枠側ヒンジ部材が固定枠１００の左側の上下に設けられた固定枠側ヒンジ部材に取り付けられて成る。そして、遊技機の各種遊技部品の設置位置は開閉枠側上ヒンジ部材が取り付けられる固定枠側上ヒンジ部材のヒンジ支点を基準にして決められる。特許文献１では、固定枠１００の左側板１０１の内面１０２に、球補給樋からの球供給管１０３の球出口部１０４を取り付けるためのホルダ１０５（取付部）を設けており、ホルダ１０５の位置が上記固定枠側上ヒンジ部材から離れている。したがって、上記基準に対するホルダ１０５の取付位置精度が悪くなるため、固定枠１００に取り付けられた球通路の球出口部（特許文献１では払出機構１０６Ａの球出口部１１４）と開閉枠１０９に取り付けられた球通路の球入口部（特許文献１では球樋１１０の球入口部１１５）との合わせが悪くなる。
本発明は、遊技機裏側の部品搭載スペースが減少せず、さらに、球補給樋からの球通路の球出口部の固定枠に対する取付位置精度を良くできて当該球出口部と開閉枠に取り付けられる球通路の球入口部との合わせを良くできる遊技機枠を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、固定枠と開閉枠と備え、固定枠の上下のヒンジ部材に開閉枠の上下のヒンジ部材が取り付けられて開閉枠が固定枠に対してヒンジ支点を回転中心として片開き開閉可能に取り付けられた遊技機枠において、遊技機設置設備の球補給樋からの球通路の球出口部を取り付けるための取付部が固定枠の上ヒンジ部材に設けられたものとしたので、球通路の球出口部を遊技機の裏側に引き回さなくてもよいので遊技機裏側の部品搭載スペースが減少せず、また、固定枠の上ヒンジ部材は遊技機の各種遊技部品の設置位置の基準となる遊技機枠の上ヒンジ支点を形成するので、この固定枠の上ヒンジ部材に取付部を設けたことにより、球補給樋からの球通路の球出口部の固定枠に対する取付位置精度を良くでき、当該球出口部と開閉枠に取り付けられる球通路の球入口部との合わせを良くできる。
また、取付部が当該取付部に取り付けられた球出口部の下方にシャッタを備え、開閉枠が上記球出口部に対応する球入口部を有する球樋を備え、固定枠に対して開閉枠が閉じられた場合に開閉枠に設けられた球樋がシャッタを押圧して当該球樋の球入口部が球出口部の下方に連なる一方、固定枠に対して開閉枠が開かれた場合にシャッタにより球出口部と球入口部との間が塞がれるよう構成されたので、球樋でシャッタの開閉を直接的に行うことができることから、シャッタの受圧片を短くできるので、シャッタを小型化できるとともにシャッタの耐久性が向上し、動作信頼性の高い遊技機枠が得られる。
また、開閉枠には球樋を経由して流れてくる球を計数する球計数器と遊技機の制御装置とが設けられたので、球計数器と制御装置との信号配線が開閉枠の開閉の際に邪魔になったり断線したりするようなことがなくなる。
また、取付部が球出口部を受ける受部を備え、受部が球出口部を固定する固定部を備えたので、取付部に対する球出口部の外れを防止できる。
また、受部が球出口部の周囲を保持する筒体を有し、この筒体が球出口部の下端に接触して球出口部の下方への移動を規制する壁と球出口部の下方に連なる球通過孔とを備えたので、球出口部の下端が壁に接触するのを確認してから球出口部を固定でき、確実かつ簡単に球出口部を受部に取り付けることができる。

実施形態の遊技機枠１は、図１，２に示すように、上記球供給管４の球出口部５を取り付けるための取付部６を固定枠７の上ヒンジ部材８に設けた。即ち、遊技機の各種遊技部品の設置位置の基準となる遊技機枠１の上ヒンジ支点９を形成する固定枠７の上ヒンジ部材８に上記取付部６を設けたので、球供給管４の球出口部５の固定枠７に対する取付位置精度を良くでき、球出口部５と開閉枠１０に取り付けられた球樋１１の球入口部１２との合わせを良くできる。

固定枠７は、図３に示すように、下板１３、左右側板１４，１５、上板１６を組み合わせて額縁状の枠１７に組まれた後、この枠１７の角内側にＬ型金具１８が取付孔１９，２０，２０ａ及び止めねじ２１により取り付けられており、下板１３の両端と左右側板１４，１５の下端、および上板１６の両端と左右側板１４，１５の上端とが互いに正確に９０度の角度を保って連結され、このように組付けられた枠１７の下端前面には幕板２２が取り付けられ、幕板２２の左端側及び左側板１４の下端側には下ヒンジ部材２３が取付孔２４，２５及び止めねじ２６により取り付けられ、枠１７の左角上部には上ヒンジ部材８が取り付けられて成る。

上ヒンジ部材８は金属板より形成されたものであって、上板１６の上面３１の左端に形成された凹部面３２に下面３３ａが接する水平板３３と、左側板１４の外面３４の上端に形成された凹部面３５に内面３６ａが接する垂直板３６と、水平板３３の後端３７から垂直に立ち下がる立下り板３８と、立下り板３８の下端３９より枠１７の後方に水平に延長する取付部形成面部４０と、水平板３３の前側に設けられたヒンジ部４１とを備える。凹部面３２に水平板３３の下面３３ａを接触させ、凹部面３５に垂直板３６の内面３６ａを接触させ、ヒンジ部材８とＬ型金具１８とで枠１７の左角部を挟み込んだ状態で取付孔１９，２０及び止めねじ２１で上ヒンジ部材８とＬ型金具１８とが互いに連結されることで上ヒンジ部材８が枠１７の左角外面に取り付けられ、ヒンジ部４１は枠１７の前面１７ａより前側に突出する。このヒンジ部４１に後述する開閉枠側上ヒンジ部材のヒンジ部が着脱可能に取り付けられる。尚、上ヒンジ部材８は凹部面３２，３５により上板１６の上面３１と水平板３３の上面３３ｂ及び左側板１４の外面３４と垂直板３６の外面３６ｂとが同一面となるように枠１７の左角外面に取り付けられているので、固定枠７の上面３１と固定枠７が取り付けられる遊技機設置設備との間の隙間を小さくでき、当該隙間を介して不正が行われにくいように構成されている。

開閉枠１０は、図４に示すように、方形な前側開口５０が形成されこの前側開口５０を囲む格好の額縁状の開閉枠本体５１と、前側開口５０と対応する後側開口５２を有する裏機構板５３と備える。この裏機構板５３は開閉枠本体５１の裏面５４に周縁５５が固定され、この裏機構板５３と開閉枠本体５１との間で形成される遊技盤収納部５６に図外の遊技盤が収納される。開閉枠本体５１の遊技者側から見た上左角部の裏面５４には上ヒンジ部材６０が取付孔６１，６２及び止めねじ６３により取り付けられ、開閉体本体５１の下左角部の裏面５４には下ヒンジ部材６４が取付孔６５，６６及び止めねじ６７により取り付けられている。

開閉枠１０の下ヒンジ部材６４にはピン支持孔６８が設けられ、固定枠７の下ヒンジ部材２３には上記ピン支持孔６８に挿着されて下ヒンジ支点を形成するヒンジピン６９が設けられている。開閉枠１０の上ヒンジ部材６０には上方に突出するヒンジピン７０が設けられ、固定枠７の上ヒンジ部材８のヒンジ部４１には上記ヒンジピン７０を着脱可能に挿着保持して上ヒンジ支点９を形成する保持部７１が設けられている。即ち、開閉枠１０の上下ヒンジ部材６０，６４を固定枠７の上下ヒンジ部材８，２３に取り付けることで形成される上下ヒンジ支点を回転中心として開閉枠１０が固定枠７に対して片開き可能に取り付けられている。

そして、図４では省略しているが、裏機構板５３の裏面７２には、図１，２に示すような球供給管４の球出口部５に連なる球通路としての球樋１１及び球計数器７３を備えた払出機構７４、この払出機構７４から遊技機の前面に設けられる図外の皿への入口７５に繋がる球樋７６が取り付けられている。また、遊技盤あるいは裏機構板５３の裏面７２には遊技機の制御装置（図示せず）が設けられている。すなわち、球計数器７３と制御装置とが開閉枠１０側に取り付けられているので、球計数器７３と制御装置との信号配線が開閉枠１０の開閉の際に邪魔になったり断線したりするようなことがなくなる。特許文献１では球計数器１０６を備えた払出機構１０６Ａが固定枠１００に取り付けられているので、遊技盤あるいは裏機構板の裏面、即ち、開閉枠１０９側に取り付けられた制御装置と固定枠１００に取り付けられた球計数器１０６との信号配線が開閉枠１０の開閉の際に邪魔になったり断線したりするおそれがある。

取付部６は図５，６に示すように取付部形成面部４０に形成される。取付部形成面部４０には上方に突出して上下に貫通する球通過孔８０を備えた筒部８１が形成され、この筒部８１の外周に球供給管４の球出口部５を固定する筒状ホルダ８２の内周が嵌め込まれた状態でこの筒状ホルダ８２に設けられた水平取付板８３の中央８３ａが取付部形成面部４０の上面８４にスポット溶接されている。また、筒状ホルダ８２に設けられた垂直取付板８５には球出口部固定片８６を備えた固定部材８７が取付孔８７ａ，８７ｂ及び止めねじ８７ｃにより取り付けられており、球出口部固定片８６は固定部材８７の弾性により筒状ホルダ８２の外周に形成された固定片挿入孔８８を介して筒状ホルダ８２内に入り込んで球供給管４の球出口部５の外周の蛇腹溝５ａに嵌り込んで球出口部５を固定する。即ち、固定部材８７を手で持って球出口部固定片８６を固定片挿入孔８８から外しておき、球出口部５を筒状ホルダ８２内に挿入した後に固定部材８７を離すことで、固定部材８７が弾性で筒状ホルダ８２側に付勢して球出口部固定片８６が固定片挿入孔８８に入り込んで蛇腹溝５ａに嵌まり込むことで球出口部５が筒状ホルダ８２内に固定される。従って、固定部材８７，球出口部固定片８６，固定片挿入孔８８等で構成された固定部を備えたので、筒状ホルダ８２に対する球出口部５の外れを防止できる。尚、筒部８１と筒状ホルダ８２とで球出口部５の受部が構成され、この受部が筒部８１と筒状ホルダ８２とで構成された筒体に形成されている。そして、この筒体を構成する筒部８１の上面８１ｔが球出口部５の下端５ｅに接触して球出口部５の下方への移動を規制する壁として機能し、また、筒部８１には球出口部５の下方に連なる球通過孔８０が形成されているので、球出口部５を筒状ホルダ８２内に挿入して球出口部５の下端５ｅが筒部８１の上面８１ｔに接触するのを確認してから球出口部固定片８６で球出口部５を固定でき、よって、確実かつ簡単に球出口部５を受部に取り付けることができる。

取付部形成面部４０の下方にはシャッタ９０が設けられている。シャッタ９０は取付部形成面部４０に形成された孔９１を介して上から挿入される回転中心軸９２にシャッタ本体９３が取り付けられてなる。シャッタ本体９３はシャッタ片９４を有する上水平板９５と下水平板９６とこれら上下水平板９５，９６を連結する連結部９７と上記上水平板９５と下水平板９６に形成された孔９７ａ，９７ｂ間に配置されるコイルスプリング９８とを備える。取付部形成面部４０にはシャッタ本体９３の移動ガイド孔９９が形成されており、上水平板９５の上面に形成されたガイド軸９９ａを移動ガイド孔９９に嵌め込んだ状態で回転中心軸９２を孔９１，９７ａ，コイルスプリング９８のコイル孔９８ａ，孔９７ｂに通して回転中心軸９２の下端に止め輪９９ｂを取り付け、コイルスプリング９８の一端９８ｘを取付部形成面部４０の固定孔４０ａに、コイルスプリング９８の他端９８ｙを下水平板の固定孔９６ａに固定することによりシャッタ９０が形成される。

したがって、開閉枠１０が閉じられた状態では、図１，７，８に示すように、球樋１１によりシャッタ片９４が押されて球出口部５の下方に球樋１１の球入口部１２が連なるので、球補給樋２から球供給管４、球出口部５、球樋１１の球入口部１２、球樋１１、払出機構７４、球樋７６を経由する皿までの球流下経路が構成される一方、開閉枠１０が開かれた状態では、図２，９，１０に示すように、シャッタ本体９３のシャッタ片９４がコイルスプリング９８の弾性力で回転中心軸９２を介して回転してシャッタ片９４が取付部６の筒状ホルダ８２に取り付けられた球出口部５の下方を塞ぐので、球出口部５から球樋１１へ球が流れなくなる。特許文献１では受圧片１１３を長くしなければならず受圧片１１３が変形しやすいのでシャッタが正常に動作しなくなる可能性がある。つまり、シャッタが大型化し、かつ、耐久性に問題がある。一方、実施形態では、シャッタ９０はガイド軸９９ａと回転中心軸９２の２つの部材で球圧を受けているとともに、球樋１１でシャッタ９０の開閉を直接的に行うので、受圧片として機能するシャッタ片９４を短くできるため、シャッタ９０を小型化できるとともにシャッタ９０の耐久性が向上するので、動作信頼性の高い遊技機枠が得られる。

また、特許文献１では既存の球補給計数器に接続されている蛇腹状の球供給管をそのまま流用することができず、球供給管を継ぎ足さなくてはならない。一方、実施形態では球供給管４の取付部６を固定枠７の上ヒンジ部材８に設けたので、球補給計数器に接続されていた蛇腹状の球供給管をそのまま流用することが可能となる。また、球供給管４を遊技機の裏側に引き回さなくてもよいので、特許文献１のように遊技機裏側の部品搭載スペースが減少することもない。また、貯留タンク及び整列タンクを無くした構成としたので、整列タンク内での球づまりを解消できる。
