【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明はパチンコ機の入賞開口部に開閉扉部材を備え、V入賞口と一般入賞口を備えたパチンコ機の入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ機の遊技盤に備えた入賞装置で、一般に「アタッカー形式」と呼ばれる入賞装置がある。
従来のアタッカー形式の入賞装置として、特開2000−300749公報、特開平11−206980号公報等がある。前者の入賞装置では、一般入賞口とV入賞口が大入賞口の左右両隅に位置し、球通路はなく、球は開閉扉から直接中央の誘導片に導かれ、誘導片で一般入賞口とV入賞口に振り分けるようにしてある。
また、後者の入賞装置では、一般入賞口とV入賞口との間に球通路片が設けられ、誘導片は遊技球が衝突する当接面を持ち、球通路奥側にあり、その当接面の角度を変化させることにより、一般入賞口とV入賞口に振り分けるようにしてある。
そして、一定の遊技条件が満たされることにより開閉部材を開いて入賞開口部を開き、入賞球が一定時間内にV入賞口に入賞することを条件として開閉部材の開放状態を引き続き保持すること、電磁ソレノイドでV入賞口と一般入賞口との中間の誘導片を切替えてV入賞口又は一般入賞口へ振り分けるものがで開示されている。
また、その入賞装置において、開閉部材を開閉する手段として、開閉部材の軸を開口部の軸受け凹部に回動可能に軸支し、かつ開閉部材の係合ピンに電磁ソレノイドのプランジャーで作用される連動部材が係合され、ソレノイドの作動により開閉部材を開放し、リターンバネにより開閉部材を閉じることが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記入賞装置では、いずれも遊技球を振り分ける誘導片は左右の一般入賞口とV入賞口のいずれかに切替えていずれかの面で常に球を誘導するものであるから、誘導片は常時使用され、その振分け誘導片には常に球が当たり負荷がかかるので、長期の使用で誘導片にガタを生じることがある。従来の中央の誘導片で球を振り分ける構造ものは、一般入賞口とV入賞口は大入賞口の左右に配置せざるをえず、V入賞口の位置を大入賞口の中央に設けることはできなかった。
また、開閉部材の開閉を駆動手段により行うが、開閉扉板が長期間繰り返し開閉されることによりがたを生じやすく、開閉扉板を正確な開位置に止めることが難しくなるなどの問題がある。

前記V入賞口と一般入賞口との間にV入賞口又は球通路を遮るために、片面を球誘導面とし、かつ反対面に球通路を遮る位置を確定するためのストッパー部を設けるとともに、前記V入賞口を遮る位置に切り換え時は球通路を流下する球の邪魔にならない位置に収められるように球誘導片を垂直軸で回動可能に備え、

図17に示すように、扉支持部材の下部に前記支持軸12を嵌合支持する凹部状の軸受け部21が設けられ、かつ上部内側には対向側に突出して凸状のストッパー部22が形成され、かつ後端に取付け部23が形成されている。扉支持部材の取付け部23としては、係止部が設けられている。係止部は先端を鉤型として、後述の箱体30の係止孔51に弾性を利用して挿入して脱着可能に係合できるようにしてある。扉支持部材20は、箱体に対して垂直方向に係止によって固定するので、横方向にコンパクト化を図ることができる。又部品点数を減らすことができるので、組み付けやすくなる。
また、駆動側の扉支持部材20には、前記作用軸14を挿通してガイドするガイド孔24が縦方向に形成されている。ガイド孔24は扉支持部材20に縦方向に円弧状に設けられ、作用軸14のストロークの上限位置(扉部材の開位置)と下限位置(扉部材の閉位置)を規制できる。前記取付け部は係止部を係止孔に脱着する構成としたが、これに限られるものではなく、ねじ等で取着することもできる。

一般入賞口およびV入賞口の前側に球通路37が設けてある。その球通路37は、正面(遊技者)から見て、左右どちらか一方にのみ傾斜している。V入賞口38は球通路37の中央部に設けられ、一般入賞口39はV入賞口より下流側に設けてある。一般入賞口39はV入賞口38より低い位置に設けられている。この構成とすることによりV入賞口38を球誘導室33の中央位置として、大入賞口の開閉扉部材10を開とすると、V入賞口38が入賞開口部の中央に現れ、一般入賞口39が下流端に現れ、斬新なものとできる。V入賞口の位置は中央或いはその近辺とするのが好ましい。
該V入賞口38の下部には球誘導片61を収納、開閉動作するために幅広の開口部38aとスペース41が設けられ、このスペース41に球誘導片61を収納時(ソレノイドの非動作時)には、V入賞口を遮り、球通路を流下する球の邪魔にはならず、球は球誘導片61の外面に沿って球通路を流下するように設ける。
球誘導片61は非動作時には連繋部が受止め面40a或いは後述のソレノイドのバネによる復帰位置で止められる。
箱体30の下部で、球誘導室33の下にV入賞用と一般入賞用検知センサーを並設する区画室42が形成される。区画室42はV入賞用と一般入賞用検知センサー58、59を入れるために区画されている。

図4乃至図8に示すように実施例では、球通路37は左側を高く、右側を低くして右下がりの傾斜としてあり、V入賞口38は球通路37の上流側に球が転入しうる空間Aをあけて後壁36の中央部に形成してある。遊技球が扉部材のリブで誘導されて球通路37の上流の空間に転入するとき、球誘導片に当たらないようにするのが好ましい。そして一般入賞口39はV入賞口38との間に後述の球誘導片61を備えた垂直軸60を備えるための間隔をあけて球通路の後壁36の下流端に形成されている。
V入賞口38は、球誘導片61で下部を遮る時、球が該入賞口に入りうるように縦長とする。すなわちV入賞口38は少なくとも球誘導片の厚みと球1個分の長さを合わせた長さ以上の長さが必要である。
また、球通路37の下流端の区画壁32には球を奥の一般入賞口39へ誘導するためのリブ43が設けられ、かつ球通路37から一般入賞口39まで、内方へ傾斜させた傾斜面(テーパー面)44が形成され、球通路を流下してた球がリブ43と傾斜面44で一般入賞口39に誘導される。リブ43は奥へ球を誘導するように傾斜面としてある。なお、45は上流端の区画壁に設けたリブである。
図19に示すように、一般入賞口39の前側(球一個分)の球通路には、遊技球が奥側に誘導されるように奥側に向かって、テーパーを設けてある。補助として、箱体の側面にも遊技球を奥側に誘導するようなリブ43が設けられている。
箱体30の後壁36の背面側で、V入賞口38と一般入賞口39の背面は球を排出する空間が設けられ、下面に球排出孔46、47が設けられ、箱体30の下部の区画室42にV入賞用検知センサー、一般入賞用検知センサーの検知孔58a、59aを球排出孔46、47に合致させて備え、その検知孔をV入賞口38と一般入賞口39の背面側に臨ませて球を検知できるようにしてある。48は他の球流下路で、箱体の背面側に凹部が設けられ、後述の裏カバーを合わせて構成される。

前記V入賞口と一般入賞口との間にV入賞口又は球通路を遮るために、片面を球誘導面とし、かつ反対面に球通路を遮る位置を確定するためのストッパー部を設けるとともに、前記V入賞口を遮る位置に切り換え時は球通路を流下する球の邪魔にならない位置に収められるように球誘導片を垂直軸で回動可能に備え、
オンとオフとの切り換えにより、該球誘導片をV入賞口を遮る位置又は前記球通路を遮る位置に切り換えるように駆動手段を設け、
前記球誘導室には、前記球通路の後壁に前記球誘導片のストッパー部を受け止める受止め面が形成され、
