Description
このタイヤ空気圧導入装置において、供給通路の流出側端部と導通路の流入側端部が単一であるときには、車軸のフランジ部に車輪を組付ける際に、供給通路の流出側端部と導通路の流入側端部の位置が合っていなくても、供給通路の流出側端部と導通路の流入側端部は環状の連通路を通して連通するため、供給通路の流出側端部と導通路の流入側端部の位置合わせが不要であり、車軸のフランジ部に対する車輪の組付性を良好とすることが可能である。
Claims (4)
- 圧力生成装置から供給される加圧空気が、車軸に設けた供給通路と、前記車軸のフランジ部に脱着可能に組付けられる車輪のホイールに設けた導通路を通して、前記車輪のタイヤ空気室に導入されるように構成されているタイヤ空気圧導入装置において、前記車軸のフランジ部より車両外方に突出して前記ホイールの円環状ハブ部と嵌合可能な円柱状ボス部を前記車軸に設けて、この円柱状ボス部の外周に前記供給通路の流出側端部を開口させるとともに、前記円環状ハブ部の内周に前記導通路の流入側端部を開口させていて、前記車輪のホイールが前記車軸に組付けられることにより、前記車軸における前記円柱状ボス部の外周に前記車輪のホイールにおける前記円環状ハブ部の内周が嵌合して、前記供給通路の流出側端部と前記導通路の流入側端部が気密的に連通接続されるように構成されており、前記供給通路の流出側端部と前記導通路の流入側端部はそれぞれ複数であって前記車輪の前記車軸に対する組付位相に合わせて等角度間隔に配置されていることを特徴とするタイヤ空気圧導入装置。
- 圧力生成装置から供給される加圧空気が、車軸に設けた供給通路と、前記車軸のフランジ部に脱着可能に組付けられる車輪のホイールに設けた導通路を通して、前記車輪のタイヤ空気室に導入されるように構成されているタイヤ空気圧導入装置において、前記車軸のフランジ部より車両外方に突出して前記ホイールの円環状ハブ部と嵌合可能な円柱状ボス部を前記車軸に設けて、この円柱状ボス部の外周に前記供給通路の流出側端部を開口させるとともに、前記円環状ハブ部の内周に前記導通路の流入側端部を開口させていて、前記車輪のホイールが前記車軸に組付けられることにより、前記車軸における前記円柱状ボス部の外周に前記車輪のホイールにおける前記円環状ハブ部の内周が嵌合して、前記供給通路の流出側端部と前記導通路の流入側端部が気密的に連通接続されるように構成されており、前記車軸における前記円柱状ボス部の外周と前記車輪のホイールにおける前記円環状ハブ部の内周との嵌合部には、前記供給通路の流出側端部と前記導通路の流入側端部を連通させる環状の連通路が形成されていることを特徴とするタイヤ空気圧導入装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ空気圧導入装置において、前記導通路の流入側端部には、前記車輪が前記車軸に組付けられることにより、前記導通路を開放し、前記車輪が前記車軸から外されることにより、前記導通路を気密的に閉塞するシール手段が設けられていることを特徴とするタイヤ空気圧導入装置。
- 請求項3に記載のタイヤ空気圧導入装置において、前記シール手段は、ボールバルブを備えたチェック弁であることを特徴とするタイヤ空気圧導入装置。
