Description
建築物用の排水設備において使用するための圧力減衰装置であって、
可撓性空気溜めが確保され設備に連結され可能なハウジングを備え、
可撓性空気溜めが、排水設備内の正の空気圧の過渡現象の際に作動可能であり、
ハウジングが、該ハウジングの中央部分に配置された分離手段によってリンクされた入口領域及び出口領域を備えており
外部ケースが、該可撓性空気溜めと該ハウジングの少なくとも一部とを覆っている
ことを特徴とする圧力減衰装置
が提供される。
ハウジングは、完全なユニットの適切な密封を達成するために、剛性材料で形成することができる。ハウジングは、可撓性空気溜めと嵌合する連続ユニットでもよい。可撓性空気溜めが、ハウジングを覆う場合、通気のための手段が、溜めの周囲へ及び周囲から自由に通過することができるように排水設備から空気の動きを可能にするために使用される。ハウジングのための適当な材料は、例えば、PVCである。好ましくは、可撓性空気だめが、分離手段を含むハウジングの中央部分を覆い、固定手段によって入り口領域及び出口領域の各々に固定される。
好ましくは、ハウジングは、エンドキャップにより密封される上方部分を備えている。
入口6が、排水設備に流体連結で接続される。排水設備の正の空気圧の過渡現象が、排水設備から正の圧力が、分離板12の間の開口空間を介して作用して、図1に示したとおり、可撓性空気だめ10を膨らませる。可撓性空気だめ10は、排水設備から大気への空気の通過を許さない。これは、ハウジング3の入口6及び出口4の端部にてハウジング3に対してOリング8によって密封されており、ハウジング3の内側の空気が、ハウジングの出口4に接地されているエンドキャップ16によって周囲の大気から密封されていることによる。
Claims (10)
- 建築物用の排水設備において使用するための圧力減衰装置であって、
可撓性空気溜めが確保され設備に連結可能なハウジングを備え、
可撓性空気溜めが、排水設備内の正の空気圧の過渡現象の際に作動可能であり、
ハウジングが、該ハウジングの中央部分に配置された分離手段によってリンクされた入口領域及び出口領域を備えており
外側ケースが、該可撓性空気溜めと該ハウジングの少なくとも一部とを覆っている
ことを特徴とする圧力減衰装置。 - 外側ケースが、可撓性空気溜めの損傷を防ぎ、可撓性空気溜めが大気と永久的な接触をすることを可能にする複数の通気用手段を備えている請求項1に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- 可撓性空気溜めが、分離板を含んだハウジングの中央部分を覆い、かつ確保用手段により入口及び出口の各々に確保される請求項2に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- 確保用手段が少なくも1個のOリングである請求項3に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- 確保用手段がシーラントと組にされて使用される請求項3又は4に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- シーラントが未加硫のブチルゴムと溶剤とのペーストである請求項5に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- 可撓性空気溜めがブチルゴムから作られる請求項1に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- 外側ケースが円筒状であり、該ケースの底面に通気手段を備えている請求項1に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- ハウジングが、エンドキャップにより封鎖される上方部分を備えている請求項2に記載の圧力減衰装置。
- 請求項1に記載の圧力減衰装置を少なくも1個備える排水設備。
