Description
(1)仕切板を介して低温流体通路と高温流体通路とを交互に隣接して多数積層したプレートフィン型の熱交換器コアを設け、前記低温流体通路の上方から液状の低温流体を流下させるとともに、前記高温流体通路にはガス状の高温流体を導入させ、両流体を前記仕切板を介して熱交換させることにより、前記低温流体を蒸発気化する蒸発器において、前記低温流体通路の入側に、コルゲートフィンをろう付け加工で収納し上下面が平板で構成された熱交換器パネルを、上下両面のチューブプレートと接触して装着できる通路を設けて、前記熱交換器パネルを着脱可能にしたことを特徴とする蒸発器である(以下、「第1の蒸発器」という)。
(2)上記(1)の蒸発器において、前記低温流体通路の入側に低温流体の蒸発部を設けるとともに、この蒸発部に連続して前記低温流体通路の出側にろう付け加工で過熱部を設け、前記蒸発部をコルゲートフィンをろう付け加工で収納し上下面が平板で構成された熱交換器パネルを、上下両面のチューブプレートと接触して装着できる構造としたことを特徴とする蒸発器である(以下、「第2の蒸発器」という)。
Claims (6)
- 仕切板を介して低温流体通路と高温流体通路とを交互に隣接して多数積層したプレートフィン型の熱交換器コアを設け、前記低温流体通路の上方から液状の低温流体を流下させるとともに、前記高温流体通路にはガス状の高温流体を導入させ、両流体を前記仕切板を介して熱交換させることにより、前記低温流体を蒸発気化する蒸発器において、
前記低温流体通路の入側に、コルゲートフィンをろう付け加工で収納し上下面が平板で構成された熱交換器パネルを、上下両面のチューブプレートと接触して装着できる通路を設けて、前記熱交換器パネルを着脱可能にしたことを特徴とする蒸発器。 - 前記低温流体通路の入側に低温流体の蒸発部を設けるとともに、この蒸発部に連続して前記低温流体通路の出側にろう付け加工で過熱部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記低温流体通路の入側を熱交換器コアから突出させ、前記低温流体通路に低温流体の予熱帯を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記低温流体通路をステンレス鋼で構成した場合に、前記予熱帯の入口から熱交換器コアまでの突出距離が20〜30mmであることを特徴にする請求項3に記載の蒸発器。
- 低温流体用のコルゲートフィンとしてセレート型を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の蒸発器。
- 前記コルゲートフィンが波形で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の蒸発器。
