表2の成分を、高せん断同軸二軸スクリュー押出機中において緊密に混合して、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物AからF(比較実験)およびG(本発明による実験、しかしドライブレンドとしては好ましくない−表3参照)までを得た。特性、硬度、圧縮硬化性(CS)は、6mm厚の未発泡射出成形板について測定した。
二軸スクリュー押出機を使用して、1つのステップにおいて全ての成分をブレンドするよりも、多数のステップにおいて組成物を調製することが有利であることが分かった。したがって、以下の実施例においては、成分(a)、(d)および(f)を含む先に述べた組成物BまたはCを、成分(b)、(d)、(f)を含む組成物DまたはE、他の成分(c)、およびHYDROCEROL BIH 40 2重量%とドライブレンドする。1から5までのプレブレンドは、先の実験セット1に記載したプロセスにより発泡させる。
以下の実施例は、また、種々の成分比が重要であることを示す。
この実施例のシリーズで示す通り、線状結晶性ポリマーの選択は、重要である。
この一連の実験は、成核剤および発泡剤の存在の重要性を示す。また、発泡剤の選択は、最終発泡体の態様に役割を果たす。ここでは、発泡性組成物は、組成物B85部、組成物F10部、MOPLEN HP502、5部および種々の量の成核剤および/または発泡剤からドライブレンドプロセスにおいて調製される。結果として、これは(発泡前)、以下の特性を有する。硬度 3s(ショアーA)58;硬度 30s(ショアーA)53;CS 70℃、72時間=48;CS 85℃ 72時間=50、およびCS 100℃ 72時間=48
この一連の実験は、発泡剤としての窒素の適合性を示す。ここでは、発泡性組成物は、(a)MD6933、100部;(b)G1657、16部;(c)HP1078、59部;(d)PRIMO1352、158部、およびIRGANOX1010およびPS800それぞれ0.2部から調製されている。
Claims (3)
- (a)重合された非水素化モノビニル芳香族炭化水素の少なくとも2個の樹脂状ブロックA、および選択的水素化エラストマーブロックBを有する1種または複数の選択的水素化ブロックコポリマー100重量部[ここで、水素化前の前記ブロックBは、重合された共役ジエン(複数も可)であり、前記ブロックコポリマーは、少なくとも250kg/モルの総見掛分子量を有し、少なくとも18kg/モルの真の分子量をもつ重合されたモノビニル芳香族炭化水素ブロックを含む。]、
(b)重合された非水素化モノビニル芳香族炭化水素の少なくとも2個の樹脂状ブロックA’、および選択的水素化エラストマーブロックB’を有する1種または複数の選択的水素化ブロックコポリマー5から50重量部[ここで、水素化前の前記ブロックB’は、他のコポリマーの小部分、すなわち≦25重量%と混合することができる、主成分が重合された共役ジエン(複数も可)から得られるものであり、前記ブロックコポリマーは、50から180kg/モルの範囲にある総見掛分子量を有し、一方、樹脂状ブロックA’は、3から20kg/モルの範囲にある真の分子量を示す。]、
(c)130℃から180℃の範囲にあるビカー軟化温度、0.5から30dg/分の範囲にあるMFR、および少なくとも4.5の多分散性指数を有する、主成分としてプロピレンを含む線状結晶性ポリマー25から80重量部、
(d)ブロックBおよびB’と相溶性のある軟化剤100から250重量部、
(e)発泡剤と組み合わせて、(a)から(e)の主成分の重量を基準にして、吸熱基をもつ固体化学成核剤0.01から3重量%、
および場合によって、
(f)ポリフェニレンオキシドおよび/またはブロックコポリマー成分(a)と相溶性のある任意の樹脂、抗酸化剤、UV−安定剤、難燃剤、表面変性剤および無機充填剤から選択された1種または複数の二次的成分、
を少なくとも含む、発泡された、可撓性、耐熱性、熱可塑性エラストマー物品を製造するために使用される発泡性組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物から得られる発泡物品。
- 成分(a)、(c)および(d)、または成分(b)、(c)および/または(d)を含む請求項1に記載の発泡性組成物の調製のためのプレブレンド。
