Description
(1)磁気ヘッド装置に用いる圧電バイモルフの駆動方法をパラレル型とし、バイモルフの両面を金属あるいは導電処理を施したセラミックや導電性樹脂等で挟み込んだアクチュエータにおいて、金属あるいは導電性樹脂等のネジでドラムに締結して接地し、中間電極にピンコンタクトやバネコンタクトによって電圧を印加させる構造とした。
(2)上記アクチュエータにおいて、アクチュエータ単品での配線処理を一切行なわないことにより部品点数を低減する構造とした。
(3)上記アクチュエータにおいて、圧電バイモルフの両面をアース電位にすることにより静電気に特に弱いMR素子の破壊を防ぐ構造とした。
(4)上記アクチュエータにおいて、圧電バイモルフの両面をアース電位にすることによりMR素子のノイズを防ぐ構造とした。
(5)上記アクチュエータにおいて、圧電バイモルフの両面をアース電位にすることによりバイモルフの両面にヘッドチップを接合する構造とした。
(2)また、接合されるヘッドチップを接地電位とすることができるので、静電気に対して弱いMR素子やGMR素子のノイズを低減することができるとともに、静電気破壊を防ぐことができる。
Claims (3)
- 一対の圧電素子の間に中間電極を挟んで構成された圧電バイモルフと、
前記圧電バイモルフの一対の圧電素子の固定端側を、接地電位とされる回転ドラムに締結する導電性締結部材と、
前記圧電バイモルフの中間電極に接触され、所定電圧が印加される接触部材とを備え、
前記導電性締結部材は、導電性を有するネジであり、
前記接触部材は、ピンコンタクト及び/又はバネコンタクトであり、
前記圧電バイモルフの一対の圧電素子のうち、少なくともいずれか一方の圧電素子の可動端側に、磁気ヘッドを備えたヘッドチップが接合されていることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記磁気ヘッドは、磁気抵抗効果型素子を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1に記載のアクチュエータを用いたことを特徴とする磁気ヘッド装置。
