Claims (4)
- グロープラグを具備した内燃機関の排気通路に上流側から順に酸化触媒と触媒付きDPFを備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、前記酸化触媒の入口の排気温度を検出する第1温度センサを配設し、前記触媒付きDPFの再生に際して、前記第1温度センサで検出された排気温度が前記酸化触媒の活性温度以下の時に、前記グロープラグをオンした遅延多段噴射制御を行って、前記第1温度センサで検出される排気温度を前記酸化触媒の活性温度以上にした後に、前記遅延多段噴射制御における前記グロープラグの印加電流を段階的若しくは連続的に減少させることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記触媒付きDPFの入口の排気温度を検出する第2温度センサを配設し、前記遅延多段噴射制御における前記グロープラグの印加電流の段階的若しくは連続的減少を、前記第2温度センサで検出された排気温度が前記触媒付きDPFで捕集されたPMの強制燃焼温度以下の時に行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記第1温度センサで検出される排気温度を前記酸化触媒の活性温度以上にした後において、前記グロープラグをオンして遅延多段噴射制御を行っている際に、前記第2温度センサで検出された排気温度がPM強制燃焼温度以上の所定の判定温度より大きくなった時に、グロープラグの印加電流を段階的若しくは連続的に増加させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記第1温度センサで検出される排気温度を前記酸化触媒の活性温度以上にした後において、前記グロープラグをオンして遅延多段噴射制御を行っている際に、前記第1温度センサで検出された排気温度が前記酸化触媒の活性温度より下がった時に、前記グロープラグの印加電流を段階的若しくは連続的に増加させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
