Description
− 押出しチャネル15の入口部分S1の面積(チャンバ11の端部部分の面積に相当)と、同チャネル15の出口部分S2の面積(ダイ4の入口部分の面積に相当)との間の比率S1/S2の値が5〜100、好ましくは8〜12である;
− チャンバ11の端部部分の直径Φと、押出機ヘッド10の長さL(つまり、チャンバ11の端部部分とダイ4の出口部分との間の距離)との間の比率の値が、0.5〜0.05である;
− ブッシュ2の入口部分の直径dbと、ブッシュの長さlbとの比率db/lbの値が、0.1〜1である;
− ダイ4に最も近いが、前記ダイの入口部分と一致しない前記ブッシュの段階的な部分のブッシュの入口部分からの距離lgと、ブッシュの長さlbとの間の比率lg/lbの値が、0.1〜0.5である;
− ブッシュ2の少なくとも1個の段階的な部分の環状表面の外径dgeと内径dgiとの間の比率dge/dgiの値が、0.3〜0.85である;
− チャンバ11の端部部分の直径Φ(押出機ヘッド10の入口部分に相当)と、前記端部部分とブッシュ2の入口部分との間に取り付けられたシール3の長さl0との間の比率Φ/l0の値が、0.1〜1である。
− ダイ4の入口部分に隣接する押出しチャネル15のテーパが、前記チャネルの長手方向軸に対して0°〜45°の角度αにより画定される;
− 前記ブッシュ2の入口部分に隣接する押出しチャネル15のテーパが、5°〜25°の角度βにより画定される;
− 押出しチャネル15のテーパ付き部分が、ブッシュの入口部分から、ブッシュの長さlbの少なくとも30%だけダイの方へ軸方向に延在する。
Claims (13)
- エラストマー材料の少なくとも1個の半完成基本製品を製造する工程と、前記半完成基本製品を隣接する巻回でトロイダル状サポート(30)上に重畳させて配置する工程とを含むタイヤ製造方法であって、前記少なくとも1個の半完成基本製品の製造工程が、前記エラストマー材料を、テーパ付きの押出しチャネル(15)を画定するブッシュ(2)が設けられた押出機ヘッド(10)から押し出すことにより行われ、前記ブッシュが、入口部分(S1)と出口部分(S2)とを有し、前記入口部分(S1)の面積と、前記出口部分(S2)の面積との比率が5〜100であり、前記入口部分(S1)の直径(db)と前記ブッシュの長さ(lb)との比率が0.1〜1であり、前記ブッシュ(2)が、前記ブッシュの軸を含む平面に対して対称的になるように組立て可能な少なくとも2個の部品(2A、2B)を備え、前記ブッシュ(2)が、前記ブッシュに接続された管状本体(1)の内部プロファイルと相補的なプロファイルを有する外面により画成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記半完成基本製品がリボンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記押出しチャネル(15)の断面形状が、連続的かつ規則的に、前記入口部分(S1)の円形の断面形状から、前記出口部分(S2)の平坦な断面形状に変形する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブッシュ(2)が、直径が異なる円筒状部分によって形成され、前記円筒状部分が、前記押出しチャネル(15)の軸に垂直な同軸環状表面により、段階的に互いに接続される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 予め決められた形状および寸法で半完成エラストマー製品を製造するための、チャンバ(11)を備える押出機(50)であって、エラストマー化合物を前記チャンバに沿って前進させるために少なくとも1本の螺旋ねじ(12)が内部に配置され、チャンバ(11)は、一方の端部に押出機ヘッド(10)が設けられ、他方の端部は、化合物が通って導入されるポート(60)を介して外部と連通し、前記押出機ヘッド(10)は、一方の端部が前記チャンバ(11)に取り付けられた外側管状本体(1)と、前記管状本体(1)の内部に配置されて、テーパ付き押出しチャネル(15)を画定するブッシュ(2)と、前記管状本体(1)の内部に、前記ブッシュ(2)に対して軸方向に当接させて取り付けられたダイ(4)とを備え、前記押出機は、前記ブッシュが入口部分(S1)と出口部分(S2)とを有し、前記入口部分(S1)の面積と前記出口部分(S2)の面積との比率が5〜100であり、前記入口部分(S1)の直径(db)と前記ブッシュ(2)の長さ(lb)との比率が0.1〜1であり、前記ブッシュが、前記ブッシュの軸を含む平面に対して対称的になるように組立て可能な少なくとも2個の部品(2A、2B)を備え、前記2個の部品は、前記押出しチャネル(15)、および前記管状本体(1)の内部プロファイルと相補的なプロファイルを有する外面を共に画定することを特徴とする押出機(50)。
- 前記押出しチャネル(15)の断面形状が、連続的かつ規則的に、前記チャンバ(11)に最も近い端部の円形の断面形状から、前記ダイ(4)に当接する端部の平坦な断面形状に変形する、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記ブッシュ(2)の外面が、直径が徐々に減少する円筒状部分を含む、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記ブッシュ(2)の外面が、前記ブッシュ(2)の軸に垂直な同軸環状表面により段階的に互いに接続された、直径が異なる円筒状部分を備える、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記ダイ(4)に、前記押出しチャネル(15)に接続するテーパ付き部分(6)と、一定断面の部分(7)とにより形成された軸方向の孔が設けられる、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記ダイ(4)の外面が、前記ダイ(4)の軸に垂直な同軸環状表面により互いに接続された、直径が異なる2個の円筒状部分を備える、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記チャンバ(11)の端部と、前記ブッシュ(2)の端部との間の管状本体(1)にシール(3)を挿入し、前記シール(3)の内面が、前記チャンバ(11)の出口部分と前記ブッシュ(2)の入口部分(S1)とを結合する、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記出口部分(S2)に隣接する前記押出しチャネル(15)のテーパが、前記チャネル(15)の長手方向軸に対して0°〜45°の角度(α)により画定される、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
- 前記入口部分(S1)に隣接する前記押出しチャネル(15)のテーパが、前記チャネル(15)の長手方向軸に対して5°〜25°の角度(β)により画定される、請求項5に記載の押出機(50)。
