Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, when used in the solidifying material (soil improvement material) and structures, etc., a manufacturing how the cement clinker which can suppress the elution of hexavalent chromium.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following cements have been used as a method to suppress the elution of hexavalent chromium from the ground improved by solidified materials using cement, or from various concrete structures for civil engineering and construction using cement. It was broken.
[0003]
(1) Cement added with blast furnace slag and ferrous sulfate that has the effect of suppressing the elution of hexavalent chromium.
An example of cement mixed with blast furnace slag is blast furnace cement. In Northern Europe, ferrous sulfate is added to cement as a countermeasure against hexavalent chromium (for example, S. Fregert, B. Gruverger and E. Sandahl: Contact Dermatitis, 5, 39-42 1979).
[0004]
(2) Cement produced using raw materials and bricks with low chromium content.
By reducing the amount of chromium contained in the raw material of cement and the amount of chromium brought to the cement clinker from the refractory bricks provided on the inner wall of the rotary kiln, the amount of harmful hexavalent chromium produced in the cement clinker firing process is reduced. It is a measure aimed at reducing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) In the case of cement mixed with blast furnace slag and ferrous sulfate, which has the effect of suppressing the elution amount of hexavalent chromium, it is necessary to obtain such materials, add a predetermined amount, and pay for special silos. Therefore, there arises a problem that manufacturing costs and distribution costs increase. Further, when a solidified material mixed with blast furnace slag is used, there is a problem that the strength development of the improved ground generally deteriorates.
[0006]
(2) In the case of cement manufactured using raw materials and bricks with low chromium content, it is not possible to use cement raw materials with high chromium content, but cheaper cement raw materials or waste materials that contain waste. At the same time, since expensive refractory bricks with low chromium content are used in the rotary kiln, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of cement increases.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a method for producing a cement clinker capable of suppressing elution of hexavalent chromium from an improved ground or a concrete structure without causing an increase in cement production cost. The purpose is to provide the law .

[0020]
In Table 1, the amount of tire input is the input amount (kg) for 1 ton of cement clinker, and iron is the amount equivalent to 15% of the amount of tire input and is indicated by the input amount (kg) for 1 ton of cement clinker. ing. Eluted hexavalent chromium and total chromium are detected amounts (mg) for 1 ton of cement clinker. When the amount of iron input to 1 ton of cement clinker was 0.8 kg or more, the production of hexavalent chromium was suppressed, and the amount of elution was greatly reduced. Therefore, in order to reduce the elution amount of hexavalent chromium, it is effective that the amount of iron input to 1 ton of cement clinker is 0.8 kg or more. Furthermore, in order to reduce the elution amount of hexavalent chromium, it is preferable that the input amount of iron to 1 ton of cement clinker is 1.5 kg or more.

In Table 4, the amount of combustible material input is the amount of input (kg) to 1 ton of cement clinker, and the amount of titanium contained in the combustible material is 5% of titanium to the amount of cement clinker of 1 ton (kg). ing. By setting the amount of titanium to be 0.1 kg or more per 1 ton of cement clinker, simply adding 0.4 kg or more of iron to 1 ton of cement clinker, The amount of elution of hexavalent chromium could be reduced to the same extent as in the case of the above introduction. In other words, by introducing titanium, the production of hexavalent chromium can be more effectively suppressed even if the amount of iron input is reduced. This also shows that the introduction of iron and titanium is much more effective for reducing hexavalent chromium than the introduction of combustible waste such as tires and plastics.
