Claims (5)
- 変換器ヘッドを有するアクチュエータアームと、
磁性表面上に複数の同心データトラックを有する磁気ディスクと、
各トラックが少なくとも一つのサーボセクタを有し、前記サーボセクタは、各々時間的に互い違いとなるように配置され、かつバースト幅を有する複数対のサーボバーストを有し、各対のサーボバーストは、トラック方向に隣接しており、かつ磁気ディスクの半径方向に前記バースト幅だけ偏倚され、これにより前記トラック方向に隣接する各対のサーボバーストの縁が同一直線状に位置してトラック空白を形成し、前記サーボバーストの各対同士は、前記磁気ディスクの半径方向に前記バースト幅の半分の距離で偏倚されている、
磁気ディスク上で情報を処理するべく、前記アクチュエータアームの変換ヘッドに動作系合する制御回路とを有し、
前記サーボバーストは、各トラックの一幅内に二つ以上のトラック空白を形成すべく配置されている磁気ディスク駆動装置において、
バーストの数が6であり、バースト対の数が3であり、各々のバースト対は一般に1つのトラック幅の4分の1の幅に等しい距離だけ他の2つのバースト対から半径方向に偏倚されている磁気ディスク駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載された磁気ディスク駆動装置であって、各々のデータトラックがバースト対の数に1を加えた数値に等しい数のトラック空白を含む磁気ディスク駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載された磁気ディスク駆動装置であって、トラック空白がトラック境界線と一致されている磁気ディスク駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載された磁気ディスク駆動装置であって、トラック境界線がトラック空白間に位置される磁気ディスク駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載された磁気ディスク駆動装置であって、制御回路がトラック空白を基準にして変換ヘッドを制御する磁気ディスク駆動装置。
