Claims (1)
- 中空枠材の長手方向端部間に治具を嵌挿配置し該治具を介して直列に複数連結した加工組立済のアルミ建材製品を処理液中に縦吊り乃至傾斜吊り浸漬して電解着色処理を伴う一連の表面処理を施す表面処理方法であって,上記アルミ建材製品の中空枠材端部と治具との対接面をなす該中空枠材内面に長手方向全長の突条又は溝条による水素ガス誘導空隙を形成するとともに治具に該中空枠材の端部にその端縁に掛るように交差する交差横向き溝を配置し,上記複数連結した直列上位のアルミ建材製品の中空枠材における治具の交差横向き溝によって,直列下位のアルミ建材製品の中空枠材長手方向連結側端部近傍の水素ガスを捕捉し且つ水素ガス誘導空隙により該中空枠材の内部上方に誘導することによって該直列上位側の中空枠材における水素ガス表面伝い上昇を防止して,上記電解着色処理を施すことを特徴とする加工組立済アルミ建材製品の表面処理方法。
