【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、乗りかご側に、かごドアの敷居と乗場ドアの敷居との間の隙間を塞ぐ塞ぎ部材を設けたもので、特にダブルデッキエレベータに好適なエレベータ装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、ダブルデッキエレベータは図6に示すように構成されている。

すなわち、それぞれかご枠1に支持された上かご2A及び下かご2Bは、連結装置3により上下方向に連結されるとともに、上かご2A及び下かご2Bの各かごドア21は、かご床面に設けられたドアの敷居(sill)22に沿い開閉するように設けられている。従って、エレベータが停止階に着床すると、停止階の各乗場ドア4もかごドア21に連動し、敷居41に沿って戸開する。

ダブルデッキエレベータに限らずエレベータ装置では、乗りかご(2A,2B)が昇降路壁に接触することなく安全に昇降移動するために、予め昇降路内壁と乗りかご(2A,2B)との間には、常に最小限の空間(距離)が確保されている。 従って、乗りかご(2A,2B)が停止階に着床した際には、かごドアの敷居22と乗場ドアの敷居41との間に隙間(クリアランス)5が生じており、利用客は、その隙間5を跨ぐ形で乗り降りが行われる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のようにエレベータの着床戸開時に、利用客は、かごドアの敷居22と乗場ドアの敷居41との間の隙間5を跨いで乗り降りを行うので、図6に示したように、上かご2Aの乗客がその乗り降りの途中で持ち物6等を落としてしまうと、その落し物6は隙間5から下かご2B側あるいは昇降路内に落ちてしまう恐れがあった。隙間5から物が落ちるのは、乗客の持ち物6に限らず、例えば乗客の靴底に付いたごみ屑や乗客の傘に付着した水滴等も同様である。また両敷居22,41間の隙間5は、乗降客がつまずいたり、寝台車の車輪を脱輪させる恐れもあった。

また、ダブルデッキエレベータの場合、上かご2A側の隙間5から物6が落ちると、下かご2B側の乗降客上に落下する恐れがあり、特に、ごみや雨水が落下した場合は、利用客の衣服を汚すことも考えられる。

またダブルデッキエレベータでは、上かご2A側の隙間5は、乗り降りする利用客を下かご2B側から見上げて覗き見ることができる状態にもなるので改善が要望されていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するためになされたもので、請求項1に係る発明は、エレベータ装置において、乗りかごドアの敷居と乗場ドアの敷居との間の隙間を塞ぐように細長に形成されるとともに、両端部において長さ方向に突出するガイド棒が設けられた塞ぎ部材と、前記乗りかごに設けられ、上下方向に開口し前記ガイド棒が挿通されると共に挿通された前記ガイド棒を前記上下方向に案内する案内口を有するガイド機構と、前記塞ぎ部材と前記乗りかごのドア開閉モータとを連結する連結部材及び前記塞ぎ部材を下方に引っ張る重りを有し、前記塞ぎ部材を前記乗りかごドアの開閉動作に連動して前記上下方向に駆動する駆動機構とを具備し、前記乗りかごドアの開動作に伴い前記駆動機構が前記連結部材を前記重りに抗して上方に引っ張ることで、前記ガイド棒を前記案内口の上方に移動させると共に前記塞ぎ部材を水平方向に位置するよう回動させて前記隙間を塞がせる一方、前記乗りかごドアの閉動作に伴い前記駆動機構が前記連結部材を緩めることで、前記ガイド棒を前記重りの作用により前記案内口の下方に移動させると共に前記塞ぎ部材を垂直方向の向きで収容するよう構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明によるエレベータ装置及びダブルデッキエレベータの一実施の形態を図1ないし図5を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、図6に示した従来のエレベータ装置ないしダブルデッキエレベータと同一構成には同一符号を付して、詳細な説明は省略する。

すなわち、図1は、本発明によるエレベータ装置の第1の実施の形態をダブルデッキエレベータに適用した状態を示す図で、図1(a)はダブルデッキエレベータの正面図、図1(b)はその右側面の断面図である。また、図2は、図1 (b)に示した右側面図の要部拡大図で、図2(a)は以下説明する塞ぎ部材23が閉じて隙間5が開いた状態を、図2(b)は塞ぎ部材23が開いて隙間5が塞がった状態を示す。また、図3は図2(b)に示した状態の要部平面図である。 そこでまず、エレベータが停止階に着床すると、図1(a)に示すドア開閉モータ7が作動し、かごドア21及び図1(b)に示す乗場ドア4は互いに連動して戸開する。

乗りかご2A,2Bには、図2及び図3に拡大して示したように、かごドアの敷居22と乗場ドアの敷居41との間の隙間5を塞ぎ得るように細長の塞ぎ部材23がそれぞれ取り付けられている。その塞ぎ部材23の長さ方向の左右両端部には、かごドアの敷居22側に向けそれぞれ長さを異にし、断面がくの字を形成するように折れ曲げて突き出した袖部231,232を設けている。そこで塞ぎ部材23は、この袖部231,232の中間部で、かごドアの敷居22に突設して設けた回転支軸22aに支持され回動自在となるように構成されている。

また、塞ぎ部材23の右側端に設けられた袖部231の先端部とドア開閉モータ7との間には、ワイヤ24aと複数個の滑車24bで構成された駆動機構24が連結され、ワイヤ24aの一端は袖部231先端部に、また他端はドア開閉モータ7にそれぞれ結合されている。塞ぎ部材23の左右両端部には、袖部231,232とは反対側に重り25を吊り下げたので、回転支軸22aを中心軸とし、駆動機構24による引っ張り力に抗して、反対側には常に下方への引き下げ力が働いている。

また、かご枠1の隙間5に面した側には、塞ぎ部材23の開閉動作に応動するスイッチ26が設けられ、このスイッチ26の作動信号が図示しないエレベータ制御盤に供給されるように構成した。従って、エレベータ制御盤は、スイッチ26からの信号を受けて、塞ぎ部材23が図2(a)に示すように、完全に閉じられた状態か否かを識別してエレベータを昇降移動制御するので、塞ぎ部材23が開いた状態で誤って乗りかごが昇降移動してしまうような不具合は回避され、円滑な運行を確保することができる。
