Claims (3)
- 金属帯を探傷して該金属帯に内在する非金属介在物欠陥を検出する探傷装置からの探傷信号を入力とし、該探傷信号を処理して合否の判定を行う非金属介在物欠陥の合否判定装置であって、
検出される欠陥信号が、前記金属帯の長手方向および/または幅方向に、それぞれ所定長以上連続する場合に、前記処理を当該欠陥信号の消去処理とすることを特徴とする非金属介在物欠陥の合否判定装置。 - 金属帯を探傷して該金属帯に内在する非金属介在物欠陥を検出してなる探傷信号を処理して合否の判定を行う非金属介在物欠陥の合否判定方法であって、
検出される欠陥信号が、前記金属帯の長手方向および/または幅方向に、それぞれ所定長以上連続する場合に、前記処理を当該欠陥信号の消去処理とすることを特徴とする非金属介在物欠陥の合否判定方法。 - 金属帯を探傷して該金属帯に内在する非金属介在物欠陥を検出してなる探傷信号を処理して合否の判定を行う非金属介在物欠陥の合否判定方法であって、
検出される欠陥信号が、前記金属帯の長手方向および/または幅方向に、それぞれ所定長以上連続する場合に、当該欠陥信号の消去処理を実施してから非金属介在物欠陥の情報として蓄積し、
予め登録した、顧客と合意した合否判定基準を該蓄積した非金属介在物欠陥の情報と対比して合否判定を行うことを特徴とする非金属介在物欠陥の合否判定方法。
