前記パネル保持部材は、双方の下保持部材に沿って上下に延びる一対の上保持部材と、双方の上保持部材を覆うカバーパネルとを有し、このカバーパネルが、前記双方の太陽電池付屋根パネル間の空間を塞ぐことにより、一次防水の機能を有するように構成され、
