Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solar cell panel mounting structure.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, there is a solar cell panel that converts solar energy so that it can be used as electricity. A solar energy conversion device is configured by installing a plurality of such panels on the top, bottom, left, and right along an inclined surface of a roof such as a house.
At this time, the plurality of solar cells provided in the solar cell panel are electrically connected in series with each other, and the connection lines are concentrated on the edge side of the solar cell panel.
[0003]
On the other hand, as a mounting structure of such a solar cell panel, a pair of rail-like support members are laid along the inclination direction on the roof base plate, and both ends of the solar cell panel are supported by the pair of support members. In addition, a cover material that prevents intrusion of rainwater or the like is attached between adjacent solar cell panels.
At this time, the cover material was slid into the grooves formed at the opposite edges of each solar cell panel.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the connection lines connecting the solar cells are concentrated on the edge side of the solar cell panel, there is a problem that the appearance of the solar cell panel is impaired when the aggregated portion is visible from the outside. It was.
In addition, since the cover material is slid into the groove of the solar cell panel, if the width dimension between adjacent solar cell panels changes due to manufacturing error or mounting error of the solar cell panel, each solar cell There is also a problem that it is difficult to fit the cover material into the groove of the panel, which makes it difficult to attach the solar cell panel.
[0005]
A first object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell panel mounting structure having a good appearance.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell panel mounting structure that facilitates mounting work.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Describing the present invention with reference to the drawings, the present invention includes at least a pair of
[0007]
By covering the connection lines with the cover material, the aggregated connection lines are not visible from the outside of the solar cell panel, and the appearance of the solar cell panel is improved.
Thereby, the first object described above is achieved.
At this time, the connection line may not be completely covered with the cover material, and may be covered to the extent that the appearance of the solar cell panel is not impaired.
[0008]
Also, since mounting the cover member to the support member, as compared with a case fitted by sliding into the groove of the conventional respective solar panel as a manufacturing error or the mounting error of each of the solar cell panel adjacent almost There is no need to consider it, and even if the width dimension between adjacent solar cell panels changes, the cover material can be securely attached, and the solar cell panel can be easily attached.
Thereby, the second object described above is achieved.
[0009]
Furthermore, Runode have mounted rotatably the cover member to the support member, for example, by a mounting error of the solar cell panel, even if each solar cell panel has been slightly attached obliquely to rotate the cover material Accordingly, the mounting position of the cover material can be surely matched with the upper surface of the solar cell panel, and the water stoppage between the solar cell panels is improved.
[0010]
Moreover, it is preferable to form the
[0011]
In particular, if a cylindrical part is formed at the lower end of the cover material and a holding part is formed on the support member, the cover material is supported by the cylindrical part in order to attach the cover material to the support member. It is only necessary to fit the holding portion of the member, and the mounting work is further facilitated.
[0012]
Furthermore, the cover material may be made of iron or wood, but if it is made of aluminum in particular, it will be lighter and easier to handle, so the cover material will be easier to install, and thus the solar panel installation will be easier. It becomes even easier.
