【0024】
(工程A)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shield used for a wall of a public facility, hall, hospital, school, corporate building, house, etc., a glass surface or a resin panel surface, or a display unit of a device that generates electromagnetic waves, which requires an electromagnetic wave shield. The present invention relates to a sheet manufacturing method and an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet obtained by the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various methods have been proposed for electromagnetic shielding of shielded surfaces such as walls of public facilities, halls, hospitals, schools, corporate buildings, houses, etc., glass surfaces or resin panel surfaces, or display surfaces of devices that generate electromagnetic waves. Has been. For example, a method of applying an electromagnetic shielding coating over the surface to be shielded, a method of bonding a metal foil on the surface to be shielded, an electromagnetic shielding sheet formed by thermally laminating a metal-plated fiber mesh on a resin plate, Generally, a method of bonding to a surface, a method of bonding conductive fibers knitted in a mesh shape to a surface to be shielded, and the like are performed.
[0003]
Among these, when shielding a shielded surface such as a transparent glass surface, a transparent resin panel surface, or a display surface of a CRT or PDP, an electromagnetic shielding sheet that can cover the shielded surface in a transparent manner is required. Yes.
[0004]
In response to such a demand, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet A produced by a method of thermally laminating a metal plate-woven fiber mesh or conductive fiber knitted into a mesh shape on a resin plate, a metal layer bonded onto a substrate Electromagnetic wave shielding sheet B manufactured by a method of etching into a mesh shape by photolithography method, manufactured by a method of forming a conductive layer by electroless plating after pattern printing a catalyst paint for electroless plating on a flat substrate An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet C, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet D manufactured by a method of forming a conductive layer by pattern printing a conductive paint on a flat substrate, and the like are used.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet A manufactured using a fiber mesh or the like to which conductivity is imparted, a distortion occurs between the fiber mesh or the like and the resin plate during thermal lamination, and the perspective image is distorted. A problem peculiar to the manufacturing method has occurred, such as cracking in the plating layer during the heat laminating, and deterioration of electromagnetic shielding performance. In addition, the thickness of the fibers to which conductivity is imparted is limited to about 50 μm due to the manufacturing method, and it is difficult to reduce the diameter, and it is difficult to improve the transparency or to reduce the thickness of the entire electromagnetic shielding sheet. There was a problem of being.
[0006]
Moreover, in the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet B manufactured using the photolithographic method, there existed a problem that there were many processes and became expensive.
[0007]
Moreover, although the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet C manufactured by the method of forming a conductive layer by electroless plating is described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-170420, the line width of the formed conductive layer is increased in thickness, bleeding, etc. In particular, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet used for applications requiring transparency has a problem of poor appearance. Furthermore, since the size of the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet C depends on the size of the plating line, it is necessary to connect two or three electromagnetic wave shielding sheets C to manufacture an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet having a large dimension of about 2 m in width. For this reason, there is a possibility that electromagnetic waves may leak from the joints and cannot be shielded sufficiently.
[0008]
In addition, the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet D manufactured by a method of forming a conductive layer by applying a conductive paint has a problem that the conductive paint bleeds during printing and the appearance is poor.
[0009]
Furthermore, among the above-described electromagnetic wave shielding sheets, those having a conductive layer formed by electrolytic plating or electroless plating often have a metallic luster. For this reason, there is a problem that light is reflected in the conductive layer, the transparency is lowered, and the object is difficult to see.
[0010]
The objective of this invention is providing the manufacturing method of the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet which does not produce the problem mentioned above, and the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet obtained by the method.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The manufacturing method of the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of the present invention applied to achieve the above object includes a base material, a resin layer formed with a concave portion made of an electromagnetic wave shielding pattern, and a catalyst layer for electroless plating provided in the concave portion. And a method for producing an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet having an electroless plating conductive layer, the step A forming a recess in the resin layer on the substrate, the resin layer Whole surface Applying a dark-colored electroless plating catalyst coating to Applied to other than the inner surface of the recess Step C of wiping a dark-colored electroless plating catalyst paint, Along the inner surface of the recess Step D for forming a dark electroless plating catalyst layer, by dark electroless plating The thickness is 1 to 5 μm so that the distance between the surface and the resin layer surface is 5 to 20 μm. A step E of forming a dark electroless plating conductive layer; and a step F after forming the dark conductive layer by applying a wiping and applying a dark color conductive paint on the entire surface after the step E. , The dark-colored electroless plating catalyst coating applied in the step B is 1 to 10 μm so that the thickness of the dark-colored electroless plating catalyst layer formed in the step D is 1 to 3 μm. The dark color conductive paint applied in thickness F is applied in a thickness of 3 to 10 μm so that the dark conductive layer has a thickness of 1 to 5 μm. It is characterized by that.
[0012]
According to the present invention, the recess formed of the fine electromagnetic wave shielding pattern can be accurately formed by the process A. And the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet excellent in transparency can be manufactured by forming the electroless-plating electroconductive layer in the recessed part.
[0014]
Also this According to the invention, since the dark-colored electroless plating catalyst layer or the dark-colored electroless plating conductive layer is formed on the base material surface side, light reflection does not occur when viewed from the base material side. An electromagnetic shielding sheet excellent in properties can be produced.
[0016]
According to this invention, since the dark conductive layer is formed on the surface of the resin layer having the recesses, the reflection of light does not occur when viewed from the resin layer side, and an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet excellent in transparency can be manufactured.
[0017]
Moreover, in the method for producing an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of the present invention, the step A is to press-bond a shaping member having irregularities of a predetermined pattern to the resin surface before curing coated on the substrate, and then press-bonded state thereof The resin is cured on the shaping member formed of a concavo-convex plate formed in a predetermined pattern, or the step A1 of shaping the concave portion in the resin layer by curing the resin while maintaining the thickness and then removing it from the shaping member. It is characterized in that it is a step A2 in which a resin is cured after laminating and laminating a base material thereon, and thereafter removing from the shaping member, thereby forming a recess in the resin layer.
[0018]
According to this invention, the recessed part which consists of a fine electromagnetic wave shielding pattern can be accurately formed by the process A1 or the process A2.
[0019]
As described above, according to the method for manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the diameter, improve the transparency, improve the appearance, and reduce the thickness of the entire electromagnetic wave shielding sheet by forming the concave portion as designed. Therefore, the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet having the desired transparency and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics can be manufactured as designed. Furthermore, it is easier to manufacture and more productive than the conventional manufacturing method described above, and there is no problem of distortion based on a thermal laminate such as a conventional fiber mesh, or the problem of thickening or bleeding of the conductive layer. There is also a special effect that the conductive layer can be formed only in the recess.
[0020]
The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of the present invention applied to achieve the above object includes a base material, a resin layer formed with a concave portion made of an electromagnetic wave shielding pattern, and a dark-colored electroless plating catalyst layer provided in the concave portion. And dark electroless plating conductive layer The electroless plating catalyst layer is formed with a thickness of 1 to 3 μm along the inner surface of the recess, and the electroless plating conductive layer has a thickness of 1 to 5 μm on the electroless plating catalyst layer. And the distance between the surface of the electroless plating conductive layer and the surface of the resin layer is 5 to 20 μm, On the electroless plating conductive layer, 1-5 μm thick A dark conductive layer is further formed.
[0021]
According to the present invention, since the electroless plating conductive layer is provided only in the concave portion of the resin layer, there is no problem based on the thermal laminate like the conventional fiber mesh, and the problem is that the line width of the conductive layer is increased or the bleeding is caused. Does not occur.

In particular, the scale-like and needle-like conductive particles can further improve the conductivity. In addition, the conductive particles can be doped with a metal such as indium or tin or a metal oxide such as tin oxide, indium oxide, or lead oxide. The average particle size of such conductive particles is preferably 0.1 to 10 μm, and more preferably 1 to 5 μm. When the average particle diameter of the conductive particles is below the lower limit, the particles are too small and the dispersibility is deteriorated, and the particles are aggregated to deteriorate the conductivity. On the other hand, when the average particle diameter of the conductive particles exceeds the above upper limit, the particles may be thicker than the coating film thickness, and there is a disadvantage that irregularities are generated on the coating film surface.

[0089]
As for the appearance of the obtained electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, the lattice lines of the pattern spread wider than the design value, and the corners of the lattice shape were also rounded. Moreover, the minute print omission that occurs rarely is conspicuous in the transmitted light, and decreases the production yield of the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet. Moreover, the aperture ratio, total light transmittance, and electromagnetic wave shielding degree of the obtained electromagnetic wave shielding sheet were evaluated, and the results are shown in Table 1.
[0090]
(Comparative Example 2)
A mesh was prepared by bundling 30 polyester filament fibers having a diameter of 1 μm and knitting them at intervals of 300 μm. The mesh was subjected to electroless plating using the same electroless copper plating solution as in Example 1 to produce a conductive mesh. Thereafter, nickel plating was further performed to blacken the plating surface. The obtained mesh was laminated on a substrate made of a polycarbonate resin having a thickness of 300 μm to produce an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of Comparative Example 2.
[0091]
This electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is difficult to process so as not to give distortion to the mesh during lamination, and the appearance of the obtained electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is distorted by the lattice shape due to the tension applied to the mesh during lamination. It was happening. Furthermore, the unevenness | corrugation based on the thickness of a mesh produced in the surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, and it was inferior to smoothness. Moreover, the aperture ratio, total light transmittance, and electromagnetic wave shielding degree of the obtained electromagnetic wave shielding sheet were evaluated, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0093]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the method for manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of the present invention, since the dark electroless plating catalyst layer is formed on the substrate surface side, An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet excellent in transparency can be produced without reflection. Further, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the diameter, improve the transparency, improve the appearance, reduce the thickness of the entire electromagnetic shielding sheet, etc. Thus, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet having transparency and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics can be produced as designed.
[0094]
The manufactured electromagnetic shielding sheet of the present invention is suitably used for applications requiring transparency, for example, public facilities, halls, hospitals, schools, corporate buildings, houses, etc. that require electromagnetic shielding. It is preferably used for a glass surface or a resin panel surface, or a display portion of a device that generates electromagnetic waves.
